Exploring The Health Benefits And Superior Quality Of Ceremony Grade Cacao Over Modern Chocolate
Todd Herman Guys, what if the healthiest drink you had every day tasted like chocolate? Properly prepared, ceremony grade cacao is completely different from the processed junk chocolate. And researchers studying the Kuna people found dramatically lower rates of heart problems among those who drink cacao daily. I drink it. It is absolutely natural and it just fills your body with goodness. Modern chocolate processing destroys up to 60% of Cacao's beneficial compounds. Ceremonial grade cacao preserves that. These are naturally occurring flavanols. It contains 63 times more oxidants than broccoli. And theobromine provides smoother, longer lasting energy than caffeine without the jitters.

Introducing A Disciples View With Todd Herman And Discussing Election Integrity And Security Concerns
And that's why we do this show.
Jeff Chamblee Welcome to a Disciples View with Todd Herman.
Todd Herman When the God of the universe created the world, he didn't snap his fingers or wink his eye. The Lord spoke. God, let there be light. Because we believe. We speak about the happenings in this world, mindful that our true home is with Jesus Christ and his kingdom. I'm Todd Herman. Welcome to a Disciples View. I'm going to talk later about an experience I think all of us should have and sadly, many young people will never, ever experience. and it's the act of people coming together on election day, not necessarily an agreement. but standing there voting together. I think our society has lost a lot. And it's not just election integrity. I do think, that election machines are innately insecure. Anything that can be coded can be hacked. I, I think the absence of a paper trail is insane.
Praying For Fair Election Counts And Addressing The Plans Of Evildoers Through Divine Intervention
And it's offensive to. It's offensive to common sense, not to mention not checking IDs, etc. And God Almighty can befuddle all plans of evildoers. He does this. He frustrates the plans and schemes of wicked people. I'm in prayer. Over this election cycle, I want every single ballot, even ones cast by people with whom I absolutely disagree. I want them to be counted fairly because that's only, only in that, can God really bless our elections. So I'm going to pray over my ballot. I'm praying over yours.
Discussing Artificial Intelligence Super Intelligence And Voting For President Trump In The Midterms
I'm in a posture of prayer right now, in the studio and I don't want to run, afoul of the warning that Jesus gave us about having, had my rewards. but I do want to share with you. I think we should pray over our ballots in closing arguments for President Trump. This is funny. President Trump put out a truth Social post that went over to Twitter and he said, when is the Wallnua Street Journal going to stop calling it artificial intelligence, start calling it super intelligence? Which soon everyone's going to be doing.
Analyzing Crime Statistics Under President Trump And Criticizing The Democrat Party As Pro Criminal
It's not catching on. I just, I like that kind of aspect of his personality that. Come on, everybody. that's not a reason to vote for President Trump. And he's not on the ballot, although he is, he is. The midterms are about him and his agenda to some degree. The Bureau of Justice Statistics, ah, publishes a survey and it's considered, had been considered the gold standard, for criminal statistics. It's a nationwide survey that they do and they collect, they analyze this data. it's the criminal offenses, offenders, the justice system and how it works. And this is a regular statistical report as data tables, online analysis tools. Anybody can go look at that. You can go look at it. And what it shows is that President Trump has had the biggest success in, in the history of presidents in lowering crime. Now, there's a very low bar here, but if you're looking for a reason to vote, that's one because the Democrat Party is a pro criminal party.
Monterey County Jail Conflict Between Federal Agents And Local Officials Over Immigration Enforcement
Example Monterey County Jail, in California, beautiful area of the world, Monterey County. It's a jail in Salinas. ICE officers, federal agents of the federal government, the United States government showed up in Salinas at the Monterey County Jail. And county officials said, we're not America. You have no business here. That's not what they said, but that's what they mean. They told them to leave. When the federal agents, agents of the United States government said, no, the Supremacy Clause allows us to stay here. We're doing a targeted operation to remove people from your, jail who are in the country illegally. County officials refused again to participate. And according to ksbw, those agents were stationed behind the jail on Tuesday. And an agent on camera, just. It's a targeted operation at the jail. The sheriff, the countywide elected official sheriff, decided to suspend all new bookings. No one's getting into the jail.
Sheriff's Actions Suspending Bookings And Releases Due To Federal Conflict And Sanctuary Laws
Which means that they could have criminals released rather than going into the jail. He decided to stop inmate releases so people could be held past their sentences. And he closed public visitation, meaning prisoners or inmates as they prefer to be called or we prefer supposed to call them. Inmates didn't get to see their families and families didn't get to see their, their, their loved ones who were inmates. So kids didn't get to see moms and dads. All of this to thwart federal officials. The sheriff said the office was not notified and cited a state law, SB 54, California sanctuary law, which limits how much law enforcement can work with ice. the federal government's supremacy clause overrides everything here. The Democrats are obsessively pro crime. Voting for Democrats is voting for a party that has decided to organize its efforts to help criminals keep committing crimes.
The Impact Of Democrat Policies On Crime And The Importance Of Christian Voting Principles
And it's not just illegal immigration. The open air drug markets in governments in, in Democrat run cities are ruining lives. They're ruining communities and property. That's why the crime statistics in this areas are shot so high that what those cities did is they change the definition of crime. Vandalism is not a crime in Seattle. Stealing something, below $999 is not a crime they're going to pursue in Seattle or San Francisco or Portland or Los Angeles. Assault is often not a crime. Drug dealing is often not a crime. Sex trafficking is often not a crime. We Christians have to vote because our society is asking us as ambassadors of Christ, what does Jesus say about this? And remember, Jesus doesn't have opinions.
The Truth About Jesus And Reasons For Voting Based On National Issues And Values
Jesus has truth because Jesus Christ is truth. He doesn't just speak truth, he is the truth. So let's keep that in mind as we go through these reasons to vote. We're told, of course, that black people all have to vote Democrat, that this is, this is a requirement somehow, I guess genetically in black people, this black woman begs to differ.
Speaker C I voted. I was standing in that voting booth thinking about high gas prices, expensive groceries, housing costs, and the financial pressure on working families. Then my mind went to France, to Dearborn, Michigan. And I realized this election is about far more than gas and groceries. It's about our future. Radical Islam, national security, illegal immigration, our borders, education, parental rights, sex and gender policies, and the values our children inherit.
Reasons For Voting Republican Based On Patriotism And Preserving The Country For Future Generations
I couldn't see myself voting for a party that hates America, apologizes for our country, is ashamed of, our flag, and wants to rewrite our history and abandon our values. So I voted red. Not because Republicans get everything right, always do right by everyday Americans or are free from corruption. But because I believe we can only fix this country if we still have a country left to fix.
Todd Herman That's a great, great ending line.
Utilizing IVoterGuide For Voting Decisions And Encouraging Godly Candidates And Civic Engagement
And if there's some positions in the ballot that are, are confusing to you, and sometimes politicians do that on purpose, particularly on state initiatives. Please go to ivoterguide.com and make sure you're voting for godly candidates. If you have friends of yours, who are those people who ask you who are you voting for? I mean, feel free to tell them and print out a copy of ivoterguide.com and give it to them, for, you know, elections for your area, or just send that to them as a resource. You know, it's legal in most states to take your smartphone, into the, the election booth with you if you actually get to vote in person as we do.
The Joy Of Voting And A Detailed Account Of A Heroic Act During A School Shooting
I'll talk about that later. it's just I, I get excited. It's no, it's like a Christmas Day thing to me. Not quite because this is birth of the savior. It's like a Thanksgiving Day for me voting. The Democrat party is pro criminal. They are in favor of keeping people who are profoundly mentally ill on the streets. They're in favor of releasing repeat criminals. And it leads to horrible circumstances like what happens in Bend, Oregon a few weeks ago. A shooting at a school in a special needs classroom. Not only are they pro crime, they're anti second amendment. This gentleman is going to describe what he did, and then I'll tell you the implications of what he did. It's not just the saving of lives. Praise God that he did save lives. Caleb Giamanco is the father who took out the Bend, Oregon shooter last week. Here he is describing what happened. I
Caleb Giamanco started hearing children pleading for their lives. And then I started hearing gunfire. And I just started army crawling faster and faster.
A Firsthand Account Of Confronting A Shooter And The Resolution Of The Threat
And I told myself, this is probably the last thing that I'm ever going to do. And I just crawled faster and faster. And I went prone around a recycle bin that was sitting there into the corridor where the doors were. And that's when I crawled through the bottom window that was shot out and continued, onto the rug inside where there's a little breezeway with stairs. And then the special needs classroom was to my left. At that point I was on the ground on my hands and knees. I reached, re. Racked my weapon to make sure that a live round came out so that I knew that I was ready to go. And then I peeked through the window. And at this point I found My opportunity. And I seen a teacher on the left struggling with the gunman, on the right with the rifle. And I knew that they were both sides of me. And I knew that he did not know that I was there. And so at that point, I swung the door out and open and I stepped in and I fired.
Todd Herman And praise God, he ended the threat by taking the life of that incredibly disturbed young man.
Discussion Of Legal Ramifications And Second Amendment Rights In The Context Of The Oregon Shooting
But sadly, not before that young man took life and grievously injured a teacher who later, to her credit, came out and clarified that she didn't. She didn't, succeed in disarming him. And she was shot. Brave woman, no doubt. The election. Oh, by the way, the election. He broke the law. Caleb Giamanco literally broke the law. Now, Tina Kotak, the, so called governor of Oregon, she spoke about this, this horrible happening. She thanked the first responders, thanked a brave teacher, and then mentioned a, a neighbor who helped. Didn't, mention his firearms. She can't because he broke the law. You're not allowed to carry in Oregon. If that man had followed the law, other kids would have died, including m. His daughter. I will vote for a party that supports our second amendment for reasons like that. We have a right to defend the lives God gave us.
Reflections On Voting As A Christian Duty And Hope For Fraud-Free Elections
We're headed into this election cycle and it's a Friday before election day. And have you praised God that we have this opportunity to share what the Lord Jesus thinks? Reminding ourselves that his thoughts are not opinions. They are fact? I hadn't. I, don't believe I've ever. I don't know that I've ever sat and truly reflected upon the fact that we get some say. Even in an imperfect election system, which is an open doorway to fraud, we still get to have our say. And I firmly believe and hope. I have a great expectation that God is done allowing fraud in elections. And I want to see, a fraud free election for every single ballot, which means I'm going to pray over ballots. I'm praying over your. In these closing days before the election, go to ivoterguide.com and make sure you're voting for godly candidates. We'll come back on the disciples view.
Faith Filled Finance Segment Discussing Retirement Account Blind Spots And Investment Opportunities
A lot of you guys know that, every Friday I have my friend Zach Abraham, Chief Investment officer, Bulwark Capital, on with me for a faith filled finance segment. Zach has been noticing something about people's retirement accounts, and it reveals a blind spot. And a lot of people, even financial managers and even some fiduciaries, are just blind to something. They're so focused on AI they're so focused on sugar highs in the stock market and not really digging into what is, what's, what's driving this. Guys, it's government spending, it's data center building. Those are the two pillars holding up the American economy. But there's a massive blind spot and it might be in your retirement account. My friend Zach Abraham will give you three free, no obligation consultations where they will look at your account with a fine tooth comb and they'll tell you what they find. If they can help you, they'll, they'll make that clear. If you're in good stead, they won't even let you change. It's easy to sign up. Just go to Know your Risk podcast. Com that's K n o W. Morality Of Microsoft's Actions Towards Employees And The Legality Of Income Taxes
Every Friday on Disciples View, we chat with my friend and brother, Chief Investment Officer, Bulwark Capital Management, Zach Abraham. Zach and I had a conversation today about the, morality of what Microsoft is doing to American employees. Zach Abraham, you are many things. Chief Investment Officer, Bulwark Capital Management. know yours, podcast.com, you're also dad. You're also entrepreneur. You have kids who are going to enter the workforce. So, and primary and above all of this, you are a servant of Christ. So I want to look at this across the board because I used to work at this company, Microsoft, and I saw this note go out and I heard from people I know who work there that they're offering a buyout. And, and, and by the way, this bridges back to a conversation we've had many times about the illegal unconstitutional income tax.
Analyzing Microsoft's Buyouts And Layoffs In Light Of Financial Performance And Tech Industry Trends
I don't think it's a mistake that they're buying out. I hear largely Redmond based employees. Yeah. and this comes at a time Microsoft, is asking thousands to resign. They just reported a net income of 133.7 billion in net income for fiscal year 26. That's up 31% and a. You heard about the buyout. And what did Zach, Chief Investment Officer Bulwark Capital Management think in terms of the buyout? I gotta think. You think, hey, it's a good idea. They don't need all these people.
Zach Well, look, I think that this is what's so insane about the state doing what it's doing right now. Meaning when you look at how central tech is to Our local to this area.
Todd Herman Yeah.
Zach And when you look at why it is meaning it, the reason this became a hotbed for tech, the
Todd Herman Seattle.
Zach Yeah. Was because you had a lot of really smart people. It's a port city on the west coast with easy access to Asia, just like San Francisco is. And it's a beautiful place to live. And most importantly, you get all of that at a cheaper factor than you did California. Right. Well, when all of a sudden you flip that on its head and you start throwing around income taxes that are illegal. Right. And, and you and I both know as business owners.
The Legal Implications Of Washington State's Income Tax And Its Impact On The Tech Industry
I keep bringing up the illegal point because that's something that has completely gotten lost in this debate and in this argument, which is as a business owner, I'll tell you the most frightening thing about this. It's that if this law stands, I know that I have no longer any legal protection under the law.
Todd Herman That there's no law
Zach because there is no law because. Because it is expressly against the Constitution. And so it isn't even that they reap. They, they amended the Constitution in a way I disagree with. They just passed a law that was directly invited in conflict with it. And, and previous precedent found it in conflict with it. Right. So it's not like it's just my opinion. so then you go do all of this right at the time that AI is hitting. Right.
Todd Herman Yep.
Zach And do you. If you're gonna cut jobs, think about the fact. Look at that. If this tax stands, we will now be the highest tax in tax, state in the country. Okay. You combine that with 200 days of rain. I mean like, and then you look at the cost of real estate here, you look at the cost of living. Why in God's green earth would this would be the first place you cut.
Todd Herman Right.
Zach If you were going to cut headcount, of course.
Todd Herman And they're doing it. And this comes at a time where AI is now successfully writing some codes, even building some units, etc. Microsoft got behind the curve on that. They did the strategic investment with chat GPT. and that's really their quote, their AI. And I'm sure they're working on their own flavor of that.
Evaluating Microsoft's AI Strategy And The Company's Workforce Decisions Amidst Economic Pressures
There's no way there short of buying that company, which would be a pretty big price tag even for Microsoft. that they're going to stay in that. But now is this a good, I mean honestly, putting on your, your CIO hat, is this a good move for that company?
Zach I mean like just numbers wise.
Todd Herman Yeah,
Zach sure. I mean, because, I mean because they're they're going to be dedicating so much capital to AI and the truth of it is we won't really know how good of a decision this was until probably several years down the road.
Todd Herman Yeah.
Zach to be fair, I will say just speaking to people in the know, I mean, and you know, I'm not saying anything is controversial. Everybody probably hasn't heard from multiple different places at this point. But when you look at what AI is already doing and the role it's playing, I mean it's, it's already the eliminated the need for so many different jobs in tech based business like that. But, but when you see a technological evolution happening like that as a legislature, don't jump in and give them added reasons to cut people in your area. I mean, it's just so dumb it hurts. It's so dumb it hurts. And I. So is it smart on their hat? I mean, sure, by dollars and cents probably. Right. the other thing I will say is when you look at what a run they've been on for as long as they've been on it, you and I, things like that happen over time. You just, you build up inefficiencies and typically you build up too much headcount and then something big comes along like AI and it kind of makes you re examine everything else. Right. And this is why I'm saying such an idiotic time for the state legislature to pass something like this because we all of these companies are going to get rid of some headcount. You literally stood on a chair and waved your hand and said cut here first.
Todd Herman Yeah. I,
Zach mean that's what you do. Yeah. Right. So,
Todd Herman so, so there's another aspect to this and this is where it gets a little murky to me.
Discussion On Foreign Labor Programs H1B And PERM In Relation To Microsoft's Workforce Reduction
You and I have talked about the the use of foreign labor and the H1B program and the PERM program. And I heard you say, that you are pro competition, so am I. And that, that you as an investor, of course we want to be able to take advantage of global talent. I get that. but here is the kind of twist of the knife I think to a lot of people in this, you have to be an older employee for the qualified. This your time of service and your age have to add up to 70. So you have to be 35 years and work there for 35 years or have been 50. When you're hired and worked there for 20 years, it has to add up to 70. And at the same time, someone posted this to an Internal, discussion group in Microsoft. if Microsoft is actively encouraging thousands of employees to leave, how should the public reconcile that with the claims that the company needs foreign workers because it cannot find sufficient qualified talent in the United States?
Reconciling Microsoft's Workforce Practices With Claims Of Talent Shortages And Ethical Considerations
How can the company credibly maintain that it has not abused the perm labor certification process if it is simultaneously trying to reduce its existing workforce while asserting that it needs immigration sponsorship to fill talent shortages? So I want to start there because then there's a reply that comes from a person at Microsoft, apparently named Yiling Luke, and this is a, someone's last name, Sanchez, making that comment. Help me take the roles of, of you as father, Christian business owner, entrepreneur, chief investment guy. And let's reconcile this together. I mean I have to look at that, Zach. And my first response, I, I want to say it's Christian response. It's not. Honestly, my first response is as an American going how dare you? And I, I don't like that about myself. My first response should be a Christian response of withholding pay from the workers.
Analyzing The Two-Tiered Economic And Legal Systems In America And Their Impact On Big Business
But I look at that and as an American I say it's gross.
Zach I think that this needs to be discussed in two different tiers. All right. And the reason why I say that is that we all know that we have a two tiered system in this country in so many different ways. Right? Two tiered economic system, a two tiered legal system. and so when you look at the, to me these are much larger questions because when you look at the role that government is played in the way it is corroborated with big business in, in as it relates to companies like Microsoft, I 100% agree to you. Agree with you in the sense that, I would sit there and say, look, if, you know, I think there should be some type of setup that's like, oh no, look, you guys can hire anybody you want, but your corporate tax rate is going to be significantly higher.
Todd Herman Yeah,
Zach right. Like I, I think there's sort of. Now you flip around now. Am I just speaking my own book? Yes, but there is a real example right. When we're talking about an LLC that gets taxed at twice the rate of
Todd Herman a club. Yep.
Zach Right. Yeah. That's got less than, you know, it's got 20 employees or less.
Examining Corporate Access To Power And The Discrepancy Between Profits And Tax Contributions
And if they say that there's a foreign born person that they need, like I trust that. Why? Because they don't have shareholders. They're not just trying to eke out a little bit of extra profit and they're not trying to make the quarter to make their shares go up. Do you know what I'm saying? It's, it's a completely different setup. The other thing is, is those businesses do not get unequal access to those in power and you know, get to help design regulatory capture and all that kind of stuff where you've got a setup right now where you look at the biggest company, the biggest, companies in this country. And when you look at the percentages of it, Am I thankful for all the things they do? Yes. And they provide jobs and I'm not making them the enemy. But why would the biggest, richest, richest companies get the most access, have the most power and pay the least?
Todd Herman Because how
Zach does that make any sense?
Todd Herman Because there are people lording power over others. right, because there are people who are practicing, what I think it's Mark calls the sin of. Or maybe it's James. the sin of. He doesn't call favoritism. But that's effectively what it means. And then I go back to this number and I believe in free markets. I do, but you just described an unfree market. Because it's an unfair market. I want to read this again. $133.7 billion in net income.
Zach Net.
The Shift In Profit Margins And Its Connection To Outsourcing And Its Impact On American Workers
Yeah.
Todd Herman Net of expenses.
Zach Yep. Yeah, but, but again, up 31
Todd Herman over. But here's my point. You could afford to pay a premium for American workers in your home country, but you choose not to. You, you, you're gonna tell them. And what the, what the letter says to the employees is this is offered for now.
Zach Yeah. The
Todd Herman buyout's available for now, but not always.
Zach Yeah. Platyplomo.
Todd Herman Right, Right. So I heard. I believe, you know, a man who will not care for his family is worse than a non believer. What about a group of men and women who will not care for their community?
Zach Yeah, and, and this is why, and I, and I think that this is a much longer conversation. And I think it's a conversation that needs to be specifically guarded or protected against knee jerk type reactions or knee jerk type of legislation. Yeah, but we need to ask a lot of tough questions in this country. You know, for instance, if you look over the last, you know, 120, 130 years of financial history, you, you saw this number move up and down over time. But it's magic. Like the, the, the average profit margin of the United States. And if you think about it, it's like again, this data goes back 120, 130 years.
Rebalancing Capital And Labor In Free Markets And Addressing Corporate Advantages
The average profit margin of public companies or, you know, big companies in The United States just for whatever reason, magically hovered. Like I said, it went a little higher, went a little lower at times, but average 16%. All of a sudden for the last 15 years, you've been averaging 25 to 26. And you go all of a sudden, what happened? Well, what do you mean? Outsourcing to China is what happened. Outsourcing International is what happened. Yeah. Right. You're taking advantage of one tenth the labor costs and selling back into the economy. That's what happened.
Todd Herman Yep.
Zach Okay, so that happened at the cost of places like West Virginia, Appalachia, the Rust Belt, Ohio. Right. All those places. So what did we realize? We made some big errors. Right. And, and we went, we went to. As a guy that manages money, I don't say this lightly, but what did we do? We went too far on the capital side where we flavored, we favored capital way too much over labor and it's time to swing back. But we can do it and still maintain free markets. As a matter of fact, we can do it and preserve and save free markets. Because what you have right now and like what you were just describing perfectly, I think was, you know, like we were talking about this two tiered system. They don't play by those rules, yet they reap all the advantages of operating here in the United States. The protection, operating in the deepest, most cap rich capital markets. Access to investors, access to talent. Right. stable geographies, stable geopolitics, all the different things that they get to, they get to take advantage of. And yet why are we just letting them loot the bird?
Examining Microsoft's Internal Communications Regarding Workforce Changes And Immigration Policies
Right? And the reason why is because they're paying for it. Right? Right. I mean they're, they're putting money in the right pockets. I mean that's the end of the day. That's what's going on.
Todd Herman So this is the other aspect of this discussion. And again I'm to left to understand. This came from an internal chat group or maybe a lockdown Slack, or Facebook looks like a lockdown. But they have, they have these chat groups in Microsoft. Remember these? So, this employee Sanchez says this and they blanked out the first name. I don't know the first name is And someone named Yelling Liu writes, I believe you still work with immigrant colleagues in your team. Question mark that's very interesting you posted such comment here. It
Zach wasn't anti immigrants,
Todd Herman but that is written, I think low key threat and oh
Zach yeah,
Todd Herman totally very interesting that you posted that here. And the person writes back, there's no contradiction between Respecting immigrant colleagues and questioning whether Microsoft is using H1B and perm in accordance with the intended purpose. Workers shouldn't be pitted against each other and companies shouldn't get a free pass from scrutiny simply because the issue involves immigration.
Addressing Entitlements To Foreign Workers And The Human Equation Of Corporate Decisions
that to me speaks to some entitlements that big companies have been floating, I think to foreign workers for quite a little while now. And also an awareness of American culture, that this person's writing and I don't know that they're not American, but I'm suggesting perhaps that it's Asian labor saying, hm, what if I were to suggest your arm? Racist.
Zach I. Well, she was probably the same kind of person that was applauding the fact that our friend Brandy Cruz got kicked out of a game for wearing an XXXY T shirt. Right, right, right. Like say, same, same type of thinking, same type of logic, same type of just vapidness.
Todd Herman Right. And this has a human equation to it. Ah. A dear friend of mine who gave Microsoft about 28 years of service, and I mean award winning service, never got a negative review, never got below a five zero. No, four zero. four O is perfect. Five O's above that got multiple, multiple additional stock rewards and was managing a global business unit in business development. got informed that an Hispanic woman who had never negotiated a deal in her life, would be taking over his business unit. And it's because she's Hispanic and a woman.
Zach Well, and we. And well, and that means this business unit works better now.
Todd Herman Well, yeah, except
Zach adversity.
Todd Herman Right. Except when she got on the phone call to introduce herself, one of the employees said, yeah, during the question and answer period. Do I understand that you got this job because you're a Hispanic woman? She said, yes. And you're going to keep it even though you've never negotiated a deal in your life. You don't know a thing about tech. You're a communications manager. Yes, I'm going to take it.
The Impact Of Corporate Decisions On Individuals And The Role Of Morality In Business Practices
I'm going to occupy this space. And that worker, that longtime Microsoft executive said, you'll do it without me. And she and another guy left that team. That's the human equation to this, Zach. That shouldn't happen. And, and it's blatant and it's gross. And I mean you and I have managed people enough to know I could not sleep if I did that to a person. I could not sleep.
Zach No. And more importantly, I mean, again, I'm not a perfect person by any stretch of the imagination. But more importantly, and again, I. It, it's It's. I'm careful when I say this because I do not believe morality, the most part, should be legislated. Yep. As much as I selfishly would like that at times. Yep. I don't, I don't, I don't believe that's the case.

The State Of New York's Financial Assault On The Amish Community Over Vaccination Mandates
Welcome back to Disciples View. I'm Todd Herman. We'll get to the tower of babbling in a personal oath here in just a moment. Eryn Seri, is talking about what the state of NewSong York has decided to do to the Amish people, which is to attempt to destroy them. And he has a theory as to why they're doing this. And what they're doing is they are financially assaulting them. Amish people, as I'm sure you know, do not, inject their kids with what the world likes to call vaccines. Some of them are even actual vaccines. The Amish people also do, not suffer from autism. Oh, I know you read about this. Oh, did you read about this? The, the, the autistic Amish kids, that puts a hole in this, this observation. They were adopted, from families who, vaccinate their kids. The Amish do not experience autism. They don't experience a lot of the neurological issues, that kids who are vaccinated experience. Now some of that is environmental. The Amish kids don't spend their day staring at screens and, and watching Tick tocks etc. They still read books, they still work. there's a lot of physicality involved. They're outside doing things. They've got, family structures. they are, biblical people and spend time in church. So there's a lot of factors to this. They eat meat, that is natural, it's not processed meat. And they, they eat farm fresh foods. So there's a lot of reasons that they're healthy. but autism is an outlier. And the, public health authorities in the state of NewSong York, who have way too much authority and not enough health, are attempting to financially ruin the Amish. And if you think A court case is going to solve this. No.
Healthier Amish Children As Models For Public Health And The Financial Ruin Posed By Fines
The NewSong York Supreme Court stood against the Amish. And this legitimately has the ability, the capability, the level of fines they're bringing about to force these people to move. and it is a massive assault on religious freedom. This is Eryn Seri.
Speaker F Among the families, of the the kids in these three schools, there's about 168 children, something like that. It's in our court papers. And they don't suffer from any of the chronic diseases that plague American children. In fact we provided a declaration from a medical doctor that compared that population of Amish children. Explain that. There should have been like 15 cases of asthma and a whole host of other medical conditions. And they don't have any of these. So these kids are healthy. So they don't have cause for medical exemption. They apparently have been able to do that without the need to violate their religious beliefs. They shouldn't have to violate the religious belief to quote unquote, make themselves healthier. And when you think about these over 160 children who are healthy, if this was about health, NewSong York State should be looking at these kids as models and asking why are they healthier? Why do these 168 approximately Amish children not suffer from the chronic health conditions that are plaguing over 40%? According to the CDC, some data reflects even higher of children in America today.
Todd Herman There are schools, Amish schools that have piled up millions of dollars of fines because they're finding them. I believe it's $2,000 per child per day that haven't been injected.
The Obscene Effort To Force Vaccination On Amish Children And The Importance Of Voting For Liberty
And this is landing on real people because the Amish schools are owned by the Amish community. They're not government schools, they're donation based. And so the fines will roll down to the Amish, families and the schools will either need to be shut down, in which case these kids are probably going to be homeschooled and then they're going to roll the fines down on the tops of the heads of the families directly. And it's an obscene effort. Now if this makes it to the Supreme Court, of course the Amish will receive relief. No, that's not necessarily the case in that the Supreme Court has stood with injection diktats. This is yet another reason to go to ivoterguy.com prior to this election and make sure that you're voting for pro liberty candidates and most importantly, Christian candidates who are, who are abiding Christians abiding in God's word, who are Pro liberty candidates. And sometimes that can be hard if you're looking at races like judicial races etc or initiatives. Ivyerguide.com has you covered. It's a project of the American Family association, and it is truly a vital resource.
The Tower of Babylon Segment Featuring Bill Gates On Health And Barack Obama On Political Decency
On this program, we thank the Lord for placing supposedly wise people on tall towers of shaking sand with their feature called the Tower of Babylon.
Jeff Chamblee You know about the biblical truth of the Tower of Babel. A disciples view presents the Tower of Babylon.
Jeff Chamblee Well, the answer is listen to Bill Gates. Bill's right around about a lot of things and he's steep learning curve in global health.
Todd Herman I think, no, I think I'll I'll opt out of listening to Bill Gates on topics of, health at all. Three sound bites in today's tower babbling. That is almost always the case. Barack Hussein Obama had an observation about modern politics. Barack Hussein Obama, author of, you know, they bring a gun, probably.
Character Matters In Politics Criticizing Abdul El Sayad's Stance On Muslim Brotherhood And His Dubai Residence
They bring a knife, we bring a gun. That guy, the guy who said, I want you to get up in their faces, you know, if you're at, Thanksgiving dinner and Uncle Harry says something fishy, fishy, about Obamacare, I want you to go online and use hashtag fishy. Report them, you know, we'll get in touch with them. He has an observation about modern politics.
Barack Obama, Jake Auchincloss, and other unidentified speakers There's a decency that we should expect out of our public officials. And I don't know what's happened where the standards of behavior have gotten so low that somebody can run an ad like that. There's got to be something inside you where you just say, you know, no office is worth stooping that low because, you know what? Character matters.
Todd Herman Says the guy who sold, stole the primary election, from Hillary Rodham Clinton and Bernie Sanders. Yeah, they, they obviously right out the open stole that. Next sound bites in today's tower babbling Speaking of character, Abdul El Sayad, who is in writing supporting the Muslim Brotherhood, whose family members support the Muslim Brotherhood, who has a second home. I didn't know this. I just learned this in Dubai. he's been running an ad criticizing his opponents, Mike Rogers, for having a second home in Florida. He's running in, in, in, in Michigan. His second home's in Dubai.
Questioning Dual Loyalty And Support For The Muslim Brotherhood By Political Candidates
this is Abdul El Sayad talking with Brett Baer, of, Fox News.
Zach Mike Rogers has been really hitting this Muslim Brotherhood thing. I know you don't want to talk about your family and the history there, but he goes back, he Goes back to his pain. Let me just stop there.
Speaker I You are asking
Speaker F this question to raise a question about.
Zach I'm not. Whether
Speaker F or not I have dual
Zach loyalty. This is specific. His campaign of the United States. Thank you. And as. As, every senator who's ever served, I will swear an oath to that constitution. He's not interested. I'm not interested in any of the,
Todd Herman He's not interested in answering a very simple question? No, of course they don't support the Muslim Brotherhood. It's a terrorist organization. What are you talking about? No, I don't support terror in any way, shape, matter, idea, faction or form. I'm an American. I support the United States Constitution. I don't support Sharia law. He does support Sharia law. Abdul El Sayad is. Is effectively a foreign agent, just like Ilhan Omar. Vote accordingly.
Jake Auchincloss Advocates For Gun Control And Against Untraceable Firearms And Assault Weapons
I voterguide.com Next sound bite and last one in today's tower. Babbling. this is a guy named Jake Auchincloss. You might have heard this earlier. the longer version of this. Jake. Jake wants you to know something that, is vital to him is, his principles. I'm
Jeff Chamblee Jake auchincloss. As a data 3, I order lots of stuff online. Clothes, school supplies, you name it. But you can also order the parts to build an untraceable gun. As a marine, I know that fire arms demand training, accountability and responsibility. Yes, On9 keeps protections against ghost guns and assault weapons in place and helps police solve crimes. I approve this message because while
Speaker F you
Jeff Chamblee can order almost anything
Speaker F online,
Jeff Chamblee an assault weapon
Speaker F should
Jeff Chamblee not be one of them.
Todd Herman Yeah, so, he's running in Massachusetts, by the way. it is illegal per 18 USC 922 to have a firearm, including a strip lower, being ships your house but. So that's illegal already. And Jake Ochin Kloss apparently doesn't care. And that's a wrap for today's tower Babylon.
Zach You don't have a choice. Normalcy only returns when we largely vaccinated the entire global population.
Speaker C You need to get vaccinated. And if you don't, you are going to die.
The Tower of Babylone Segment Discussing Vaccine Mandates And The Stance Against Unvaccinated Individuals
Speaker J If you're willing to
Zach walk among
Speaker J us
Zach unvaccinated, you are an enemy.
Speaker K You have no right not to be vaccinated. They should be removed from the hospital.
Speaker L Those who refuse to be vaccinated should be denied health care.
Jeff Chamblee That was the Tower of Babylone on a disciples view.
A Personal Reflection On The Voting Experience And The Importance Of Civic Engagement And Security Measures
Todd Herman On a personal note, today I, really, look forward to date night with my wife. when it's combined with voting night with my wife Now I just look forward to the dates. but I, I can picture in my mind what will happen. We'll drive up to our local, fire station. For real. It's a quick drive from our house and our fire station's in beautiful location. It's right down on a lake. and it's not an old firehouse. I mean, it's fairly modern, it's not fancy. and I know what will happen. They'll probably be by the time we go. We usually go around 2:00'. Clock, very, few people in line, but there'll be people inside voting. And I'm probably going to see the same faces I do every year. volunteers. I can picture their faces. Most of them are older women. There's one gentleman who does this every year. Often the firefighters are in back and sometimes they set up coffee and little snacks for people to say hi. It's volunteer firefighting force, largely, I think, I know the captain is paid, and I think one of the lieutenants gets a partial salary now or comes some kind of stipend. And I know that when we get there, they're going to ask for our id. They're going to not just look at it, but they're going to scan it. They're going to ask us a quick question. What's your address? they're going to hand us a ballot according to that, and that will go in an envelope. And then we'll go to a voting table afterwards. We're supposed to put our ballot back in that envelope. The lady who's going to take it doesn't want to see it. we are the ones who have to put it into the lockbox. She doesn't touch it. Chain of evidence.
The Ritual Of Voting The Sticker And The Desire For Enhanced Ballot Security Measures
And sometimes. I forgot to say this. Sometimes they check our ID twice. They love those days. Sometimes they ask us a security question twice. I love those days. So we put our envelope or our valid in the envelope. Try to hand to the lady, no, I can't touch it. Please put it in the, lockbox. And we do. And then we get a sticker. Now we're going to drive straight home. It's, it's five minutes. Why do we take the sticker every year? You know, you know, it's not that we're gonna go out and show people. Sometimes we go to dinner after that. In that case, yeah, we wear a sticker and remind other people to go vote. But why do we do that? You know why? It's because the ladies like it. They like it when we take the Stickers. Their, their faces light up. Old people walking around stickers. This is an experience everyone should have. it's not just voting in a more secure way, and it is because of the paper trail.
The Experience Of Voting Civic Engagement And The Importance Of Making Disciples For Christ
It could be made more secure. I think you should get a upc, coded receipt for your ballot. You're the only one who has it. and it indicates, what, you voted. And if you have a question about how your vote was recorded with that UPC no one else has, you can look online to make sure your vote was recorded correctly. But it's not just that. It's watching civic engagement. I'll never forget voting in Virginia when we lived there briefly when I was working in Washington D.C. and, and we, I went after work and the line, to get into the school was maybe an hour. And of course it's Virginia. Everyone there is political. Everyone there works in government. So many people there take, home money from taxpayers. And a lot of them there are to. They're there to vote themselves more money or a lot of them work in campaigns. So obviously. But it was civic engagement. So much so that they actually had roller skating set up inside for the kids after voting. The kids could put on some rented skates that didn't. They were charged for that and they could skate knowing that their parents just voted. It's an experience everybody should have. In the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God. The Word was God because we believe. We speak because he first loved. Thus we speak his word. We walk in the path of Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations until God grants us permission to speak again. The other means peace wash over you. On, behalf of Randy and afr. I'm Todd Herman, and this has been a disciples. Ra.

Ra.
