Exploring The Health Benefits Of Ceremonial Grade Cacao And Its Superiority Over Modern Chocolate
Todd Herman: Guys, what if the healthiest drink you had every day tasted like chocolate? Properly prepared, ceremony grade Cacao is completely different from the processed junk chocolate. And researchers studying the Kuna people found dramatically lower rates of heart problems among those who drink cacao daily. I drink it. It is absolutely natural and it just fills your body with goodness. Modern chocolate processing destroys up to 60% of cacao's beneficial compounds. Ceremonial GR cacao preserves that these are naturally occurring flavanols. It contains 63 times more oxidants than broccoli. And theobromine provides smoother, longer lasting energy than caffeine without the jitters. I take cacao bliss in the afternoon.

The Christian Imperative To Vote And Utilizing I Voteguide For Godliest Candidate Selection
Todd Herman: When the God of the universe created the world, he didn't snap his fingers or wink his eye. The Lord spok and God said, let there be light, because we believe, we speak about the happenings in this world, mindful that our true home is with Jesus Christ and his kingdom. I'm Todd Herman. Welcome to a Disciples View. Been making the case since, last week, that if you're a Christian and have given yourself back, to your creator, Lord Jesus, I believe you are required to vote. And if you're still at this moment and you haven't done it yet, go get it done, please. And if you are, seeking help on the person for whom to vote, you want to vote for the godliest candidate or, godliest ballot proposition, go to ivoterguide.com so let me go through the reason why I think this is true, and then I'll give you some breaking news. And it's good news in terms of election integrity, really good news. you've been given much. Therefore, much is expected.
Understanding God's Gifts To Us And The Importance Of Stewarding Truth Wisely
And in terms of our nation, you've been given much. It's a relatively safe place in comparison to the rest of the world. It's relatively free in comparison to the rest of the world. It's particularly relatively free in expressing your faith through your daily life, in comparison to the rest of the world. You've been given Much, much is expected. we are to care for our homes and our families and that which we're given. And you've also been given the truth. So Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. You have been given the truth. That is a treasure that we should cherish. It is an asset. We should steward and use it wisely. So your states and your governments are asking you a question. Does Jesus have an opinion on stealing elections?
Election Integrity As A Godly Pursuit Rooted In Old Testament Principles
I say that because President Trump is fighting for election integrity. He's the first president ever to make this an issue. Well, aside from Al Gore, who wasn't president but had been vice president. And I believe election integrity is godly. We can tie it right back to the Old Testament. You shall not steal is a good and easy one. But we could also talk about using equal weights and measures. If we have you, we use equal weights and measures. Now, that's a reason to vote for a party that is seeking election integrity. Most of the Republicans are seeking that in terms of unbelievably easy, stupid, simple ideas like, hey, let's check voter id. Let's make sure that American citizens are voting because if non citizens are voting, they are stealing the votes of other Americans. Does Jesus have an opinion on stealing? No, he does not. He has truth because he is truth.
The Christian Obligation To Vote And SCOTUS Wire Ruling On Ballot Restrictions
If you're a Christian, you have the Holy Spirit. God has given himself to you in your bodies. When the civil society asks, what say you, ambassador of Christ, I believe you are obligated as a Christian to go vote. This is breaking news. It was breaking as of this morning. This is SCOTUS Wire. It's a good, helpful follow on Twitter if you're interested in Supreme Court stuff, in judiciary stuff in general. In a 2 to 1 vote, the 9th Circuit Court lifted restrictions on the Trump administration's efforts to have states set aside ballots from suspected non citizens, allowing it to resume such requests, and warns election officials of prosecution and, that they may pursue additional investigative steps. Here's what this means. Several states, including the separate countries really of California and Washington, have said they refuse to set aside these ballots.
Debating The Legality Of Non-Citizen Voting And Political Stances On Election Integrity
That the DOJ says, we believe these are illegal immigrants or noncitizens. It might be legal immigrants, but non citizens and they shouldn't be allowed to vote. So we're asking you to set these ballots aside to sequester them until we can complete this investigation. These States have said, no, no, I played audio for you yesterday. The Secretary of State of Washington State said that they have no way to know if they're citizens or not. And in that statement, he effectively said, we don't care because only a small number of non citizens would vote. It doesn't matter. I will go to the fire station today with my wife. I will cast my ballot. I've been up and down the ballot. I don't see in our state any Democrat for whom I could vote. I'll be voting for a party that is much more interested in election integrity than a party that is openly, against election integrity.
Critique Of Kamala Harris's Political Agenda And Its Potential Impact On The United States
And Democrats are that. They're much else. If you believe that God is a God of law and order, not chaos. If you believe that the Constitution is the law of the land, and if people don't like the Constitution, they should use the legal method of changing the Constitution, which is a constitutional amendment. If you believe that coveting is a sin that we should not pursue, and that when we find ourselves coveting, we should stop that behavior and repent of our sins and ask Jesus to save us or, to change us and to sanctify us away from such sin. If you believe these things, then listen closely to this. Kamala Harris, who's clearly running for president, is pushing for a multifaceted destruction or deconstruction of the United States.
Proposals For Structural Change Including Supreme Court Expansion And Electoral College Revision
Kamala Harris: Part of what I've talked with President Johnson about and what I do believe we need to do going forward is not only vote and have our voices heard, but there's some structural work that needs to be done, including we need to expand the Supreme Court. There are 13 circuit courts. There should be 13 justices. You know what I'm saying? We need to fight, if the people there want it, for statehood for D.C. and Puerto Rico. We need to, and I say this as the former Democratic nominee for President of the United States, We need to revisit the Electoral College.
Todd Herman: Okay, it's going in reverse order. Kamala Harris did not lose because of the Electoral College. She lost the popular vote and she lost the Electoral College vote. She was not an elected nominee.
Analysis Of Kamala Harris's Electoral Performance And The Impact Of Open Borders On Elections
Not a single Democrat voted for her to be the nominee. That never happened. They moved Joe Biden aside and they crowned her nominee. So a woman who refused to engage in election with her own party, who's lying about how she lost, wants to restructure the Electoral College, which is a constitutional requirement that was designed to keep this nation knit together so that you don't have people in cities like NewSong York deciding how ranchers in places like Arkansas and Wyoming, deal with their land because people who live in NewSong York have no idea how to deal with ranch land and ranching. And likewise in reverse, the Electoral College was set about to do that. Now you can go change it Constitutionally requires a constitutional amendment. M. But they're already changing the Electoral College. Open Borders stole between 25 and 30 congressional seats stolen because the bodies being present, the mere presence of the bodies of people in those districts as congressional districts gives those congressional districts additional seats. This was the decision that the Democrat party made to adopt open borders. All of them were about border control until someone did the math and showed them, hey, if you will be racist and sexist towards straight white men and become the party that loves everybody except straight white men, you could win elections based upon merchandising, racism, which Kamala Harris does. She wants to add Puerto Rico, puerto Rico and D.C. to statehood. Why is D.C. not a state? Because Maryland and Virginia gave land of their own to form DC as the seat of power of the country, knowing it would never become a state. Because no one who lives in the seat of power should be allowed to vote for their own power. Everyone who lives in D.C. has the right to move across a bridge, a 10 minute drive to Maryland or Virginia.
The Political Implications Of Statehood For Puerto Rico And D.C. And The Christian Duty To Vote
If they choose to live in D.C. they've chosen to live in a place where they do not have the right to vote for president. That's it. and they don't have senators and congresspeople. That's it. So Kamala Harris is a sign of what the Democrat party wants to do. You want to add Puerto Rico as a state, you can have that conversation because it's not constitutionally prohibited. We know why she wants to do this. So again, if you're a Christian, I believe you are required to vote. And here's a question. Does Jesus Christ say anything about using race to divide people? Well, we know from Galatians in the body of Christ, there's neither Greek nor Jew, servant nor master. There's none of that in the body of Christ. We are one. Does Jesus Christ have a, thought or two about coveting, as she clearly covets permanent power for the Democrat party by way of making D.C. a state or giving it the rights of a state.
Navigating Political Decisions With I Voteguide And Examining Candidates' Stances On Key Issues
If you are holding back a vote because you're confused, you can go to ivoterguide.com if you're thinking you're not going to vote to teach the Republican Party a lesson, I would just say, does Jesus want us to remain silent when there are issues like ones that Kamala Harris would back. Kamala Harris backs the sexual and chemical mutilation of children. She backs kidnapping kids from parents who will not lie and tell their son that he's a girl. Does Jesus have an opinion? So there's a guy running for governor in, California, and he is, the very picture of someone who lies for a living. I wonder if Jesus has an opinion about this. This is a, well, not really highlight. It's more of a lowlight of Ashley Zavala's interview with Xavier Bacara.
Xavier Becerra: If you want to know where a leader is going to take, you know where they've come from. I don't know if we've ever had a governor who comes from where I come from. And so will it be different? You may not. Sacramento. I'm from, born and raised in Sacramento, but I mean, in terms of my root.
Todd Herman: What he means is his skin color.
Analyzing Political Rhetoric And Candidate Backgrounds Through Media Interactions
He's trying to pretend to be an immigrant. He's trying to cleverly lie. And she calls him out and I love it. Journalist said, you, you come from Sacramento, the seat of power in California. This is a party thing. They all do this. Kamala Harris used to brag about being the first Indian American to be an attorney general. Then she switched, and now she is the first black woman to be vp. Identity politics. Does Jesus have thoughts? KTLA had a few questions for Xavier Beccara as well.
Ashley Zavala: During your time as HHS secretary, a NewSong York Times investigation found the Health Department couldn't find some 85,000 children it had released.
: That's not accurate.
Controversy Surrounding Child Welfare And The Responsibilities Of Government Agencies
What you just read is not accurate. First, that's what I'll say, because it was never the case that we could not find kids. You're essentially, I don't know if you got those talking points from Donald Trump.
Ashley Zavala: It's from a NewSong York Times article.
: That's not what the NewSong York Times article said. The NewSong York Times said that individuals, the children and their sponsors did not respond to calls. They didn't say, we couldn't find kids
Ashley Zavala: working overnight in slaughterhouses, replacing roofs, operating machineries and factories. Children as, young as 14 years old.
: That part occurred after these children had left the care of Department of Health and Human Services.
Ashley Zavala: Do you let these children go into those individual sponsors in their responsibility?
: Some of these kids, probably because they needed to earn some money, started working in places that were very exploitive.
Todd Herman: Did you hear that, man? Oh, yeah. We let these kids go with labor traffickers. Some of them went to live in strip clubs. Some of them were probably being sex Trafficked, almost certainly. And lo and behold, the fake phone numbers that the traffickers gave us didn't allow us to reach the children. But we didn't lose them. Then when the Trump administration came along and found them doing these things, oh, well, that happened after we let them go. That's not our fault.
The Christian Mandate To Vote And Seeking Divine Guidance In Political Choices
Woe be to those who caused these little ones to stumble on the way to me, said Jesus. Better off they would be with the millstone tied around their neck and being tossed into the ocean. He represents a party who let that happen to millions of children. Please, if you're Christians, please pray. See if you agree with me that as Christians we're required to vote. And again, you go to ivoterguide.com to help. We'll come back under Disciples View.

Introducing The Biblical Rebellion Ministry Focused On Men's Eternal Missions And Spiritual Growth
Welcome back to Disciples of View. I'm Todd Herman. We'll get to the tower. Babbling. And a personal note here in, in just a moment. We are called to be in this world and not of it. And coming in 2027. we've been working on this a long while making some pretty enormous changes, to how I'm trying to carry out what I believe God wants me to do. and I've gotten some really, really Helpful emails from guys, and I'll get back to you guys. I promise I will, in regard to this thing I'm starting called the biblical rebellion. And the job of the biblical rebellion is to help men find and fulfill their eternal missions through their daily lives. Now, the eternal mission we have, of course, is to get closer and closer to Christ. And we're told to go and make disciples of all nations. That's not a request or a suggestion. This is an order, from the Lord Jesus. So that's the eternal mission. But we're given ways of doing that within our ministries. And your job should be a ministry and your profession. And I think what my pastor said something to me once about, I don't know, that Jesus cares where you're at. I think he cares about who you are while you're there. And so we're to be ambassadors of Christ in all those ways and to lead our families. And what I've learned is, you know, I'm nearly 60, and there's a lot of men who have no idea that that's part of living close to God is finding that eternal mission and then fulfilling it. And so we're going as far as looking into, in fact forming this as a ministry, which is crazy. I even had a discussion with a pastor church about maybe, maybe becoming a pastor. And I for years have said, I am not, you know, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not really qualified to do that. And yet we talked a little bit about ordination. And I gotta tell you, that's.
The Conviction Of Pastoring And Personal Accountability In Following God's Word
That's really, that's. It's scary for me, intimidating. That word really means something to me, Pastor. Now, it's interesting because of course we are called to be pastors of our home. How interesting then, though. But becoming ordained, if I were to make it through the process, because it's a rigorous process at our church, I don't know that I can make it through. I mean, God can help me, and if he chooses to, I will make it through if I listen. But so interesting that that title. You, know, I'm feeling really convicted because I was thinking about this and I was talking with my wife about it and said, you know, I could never get another speeding ticket and I shouldn't be getting speeding tickets. This happens to me when I'm stressed out and Satan gets at me and my time is more valuable than following the law. And look, speeding speed laws are not. You're not, they're not violating God's word. I Don't have any business speeding. And I've been doing a far better job. I told my wife I'm never getting another speeding ticket. But putting the title pastor on me, I can't.
Reflecting On Christian Behavior And The Importance Of Living Out Faith Consistently
You know, if I were pastoring people and I got a speeding ticket, how would I explain that? I was thoughtless, I was egotistical, my pride. I promised I'd be on time. But then I started to think about this. Why, why haven't I had this at all times? Are you this way? It's sort of like church behavior. You know, very few people curse at church. Even people who curse a lot tend not to do that in church or at a funeral. And so there's this church behavior. Maybe I've been practicing church behavior just thinking of putting this word pastor on myself and suddenly started to think about, man, I can't make any mistakes and I will because we're human. But shouldn't we think about all of our ministries this way? You know that phrase, it's a joke. You know, Jesus is coming back, look busy. But I think about that Jesus is coming back. It's not about looking busy. It's about really taking account of what we've been given we've been called to be in this world and, not of it.
Navigating Worldly Influences And Maintaining Integrity In Professional Environments
And for young men and even men who are a little bit older, that's a big quandary because going into church, oh, no, I'll mind my P's and Q's in church and I won't curse in church, but you know, outside's a little different and I've got a code shift. And I was talking the other day to someone, whose son has been raised in a really godly home. We were visiting at, I was having pizza with friends and we were just visiting and their son was raised in a godly home and is working right now in a, in a professional construction related field. Everybody cusses. And he's come home to his parents as a young guy, he's 20 years old, come home to his parents and saying, man, I went to trade school, that wasn't this bad. But oh my gosh, every other word is the F word. And I don't think I can be around this. And man, I think I wasted my life in this and your money in this trade school. And. And his dad had to say to him, but son, son, be the light, be the one who doesn't curse.
The Power Of Respectful Communication And The Transformative Impact Of Faith In Jesus Christ
People are eventually going to notice as you gain friends and respect because you're good at what you do as you become an integral member of teams and smaller teams. At some point, some guy is going to say to you, man, I've noticed that you never curse. Why is that? And you have an opportunity to say, hey, understand something. I really respect you as a friend, and I love you. And I just don't do that because as Christians, we're to keep in our minds thoughts that are pure and righteous and commendable and godly and to meditate upon these things. And I choose to respect this mouth I've been given. We're warned as Christians that the tongue is a flame. It's the very world of inequity. It sets on fire. The course of our lives has been set on fire by hell. So this is just who I am. But, man, I tell you, if it wasn't for Jesus, I'd be a really different guy. So, yeah, that's. That's why I just. I love Jesus so much for what he's done to me, for me, I just.
Engaging In Conversations About Cursing And Maintaining Biblical Standards In Speech
And you have that opportunity for. For someone to sit back and say, well, does it bother you when I curse? Now? What do you say? Yeah. What do you say? Yeah, but does it bother you when I curse? What's the honest answer? I guess it hurts me a little for you because you're so smart and capable and you don't need to do that. And I love you. Does it mean we can't be friends and colleagues? But yet it hurts me a little bit for you, because you know what? Most people know they shouldn't do that. I was at youth group, and it was in the summer, and things are a little bit more loose during the summer. And I was walking through the facility, and, this kid just flew off with the F word. And I went up and I put a friendly pat on his shoulder. I said, hey, how do you feel about saying the F word here at church? And he went, oh, no, not good. Yeah, we really don't do that here. I'm sorry, sir. I'm sorry. Do you do that a lot? Yeah, I guess I do. And it's just cursing, see? But we're called to be in the world and not of it. And part of the biblical rebellion is to recognize something, that Satan is here to get you off course by just this tiny little bit. So if it's cursing in the F word, what thought is that putting in your mind?
The Biblical Rebellion Ministry's Goal To Align Lives With God's Design And Language
What words you use and how you communicate put thoughts in your mind, it sets into motion courses of events. M. The tongue is a flame, right? Sets on fire the course of our lives. It gets you off course. Part of the biblical rebellion is to help people chart a course. You tie your finances to God's finances, your family to God's design. It's just good old fashioned. Oh, pastoring.
Analyzing The Language Of The Enemy And The Deception In Redefining Neurodivergence
Part of the biblical rebellion is to not speak the language of the enemy, to not speak the devil's language, speak the language of God. So here's sort of an example of some of this happening in real world. This isn't a parody, this isn't made up. This is actually happening with our neighbors to the north. We'll do a quick check in on the, language of the enemy in Canada.
Speaker G: Neurodivergence, is a numerous amount of different types of disabilities. All of those are, most of a majority of those are invisible ones. So you have your autism, you have your adhd. People, could have dyslexia. So it falls under that obscure your, weird little space there. So you have like so many different types of things. It's hard to list them all because there's so many out there. But it affects different the way that a person learns and the way they can remember things, the way they read things, it affects their language.
Todd Herman: Now you didn't see the video. Everybody on that call, and there were four of them, were pretending to be a different gender.
The Dangers Of Gender Ideology And Its Misrepresentation As Neurodivergence
So when they're talking about neurodivergence, here's the new play. Well, people have autism and we love on them. And people have down syndrome. Now down syndrome is physical and trackable. Autism is observable. You can see the changes in someone. They are taking gender defiance and true gender dysphoria or gender denial. And they're now rolling that up into autism because it's the same thing. It's just neurodivergence. You know what we don't do with down syndrome people? We don't chop their bodies up to give them neuro to give them neuro affirming care. We don't do that with autistic people. We're no longer giving frontal lobotomies to people because that was brutal and it was horrible. The wrong sex hormones and surgeries are brutal and normal. But see what this Satan's doing? See what he's doing with the language? Oh no, I'm not confused about my gender. I'm neurodivergent. We're all neurodivergent. God didn't create cookie cutter people.
Challenging Language Of The Enemy And Redefining Terms Based On God's Definitions
But this is how the enemy does things. Gets you off track a little bit. So we don't speak the language of the enemy. This is another example. A guy named Joshua Hames hosted a Change my mind debate on a college campus. Here's part of how it went.
Joshua Hames: So in what sense would you say that you are a man?
Joshua Hames: I use he, him. Hm. Pronouns, and identify as a man.
Joshua Hames: Okay, so if I said that I am a cat, would
Joshua Hames: that make me a cat? Sure.
Joshua Hames: Really? I literally do not care. No, I know you don't care,
Joshua Hames: but we're talking about reality, so would that make me a cat
Joshua Hames: for real? That's a different species, so no.
Joshua Hames: Okay. If I said that I am black, would that make me black?
Joshua Hames: No, because that is a different race.
Joshua Hames: Yeah, but, that's a different sex. Men and women are different sexes.
Joshua Hames: Gender. Sex and gender are different.
Joshua Hames: Are men and women different sexes?
Joshua Hames: Different sexes, yes. Different genders, sure. But you could be a woman if you wanted.
Joshua Hames: But I can't be black.
Joshua Hames: No. Why not? That's a different race. Yeah, but
Joshua Hames: why does it. Why are you only confining the ability to change to gender and not race?
Joshua Hames: Because you can't just change a phrase that doesn't make any sense. Well,
Joshua Hames: I would say it doesn't make any sense for someone to change their gender. That doesn't make any sense. So I'm with you. Like, we're getting down to the heart of it.
Todd Herman: Okay, so he's doing a good job of starting broad and getting more narrow. We don't speak the language of the enemy. We do not accept the words in our mouths, like cis. If someone calls you a CIS male, part of being biblically rebellious is to say, hey, I know that's a word you use. gosh, I find it offensive because you and I are both made in the image of God, and he made us male and female. And so I'm not going to use that word with you. I'm not going to use the word transgender.
Debating Gender Identity Versus Biological Sex And The Inconsistency In Defining Identity
I'm not going to pretend that someone who is gender defiant is neurodivergent. Part of being biblically rebellious is. No. My definition for things are based on God's definition, because the Lord Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. So this conversation continues in Joshua. Haimes tried to pin her down with this clarifying question.
Speaker K: So then what does it mean, then, to
Joshua Hames: actually, why can you change your gender, but I can't change my race?
Joshua Hames: Okay.
Speaker L: I'm not trying to get you. I really want to know what you think. Yeah. Huh? Uh-huh. Yeah.
Joshua Hames: Because race is a. Like is a thing that is like, a physical Characteristic. Right. Like, Werbo's white. Okay. If you look around, we have a few black people around. Right. We have a few brown people around. Not, like, right in this vicinity. I don't know. Can't really see. It's kind of bright. But that is something that, like, you're born into that. And you could say, yeah, you're born into sex, you're born into gender. You're raised as a certain gender. But at some point, like, I. At, some point when I was growing up, I started to get uncomfortable being a woman, and being a man was more comfortable for me. I never was uncomfortable being white, and so I wanted to be black or brown. That's not.
Understanding Personal Experience Versus Objective Reality In Identity And Definitions
That's weird. That's not how that works. Yeah.
Joshua Hames: I appreciate you giving me your experience. And what I would say is that, why can't I have that same experience with race? So, like, if I said. You said you gave me your experience with gender. and if I said I have never really identified with white culture, I always listen to 50 Cent and Jay Z, and I really don't feel like I'm a white person. why can't I be black?
Todd Herman: See, it's a great question. And part of being a biblically rebellious person man, because I'm going to be dealing with men in this ministry, is we take all of our definitions for things from the Bible. We can't do that because the Bible doesn't contain the word computer. Sure enough, it doesn't. But we're also not debating computers as living entities. Or are we?
Taking Thoughts Captive To Christ And Guarding Against The Enemy's Twisted Language
Oh, wait, we are. We are as biblically rebellious men, we hear a phrase like super intelligence, and, we have to pause and we have to go back and take all thoughts captive to Christ. Okay, are these servers in these data centers intelligent? No, they're designed by intelligent people, but they're not an intelligence. In every way possible, we need to make sure that we are not accidentally speaking the words of the enemy.
Remaining Vigilant Against Deception And Maintaining Sober Minds In Spiritual Warfare
When I hear the word superintelligence, I think of only one superintelligence. That's God Almighty, who is the designer of all things. Part of not getting off track is making sure that we check all definitions, particularly when we're talking about issues of debate and how they're debated. Part of being a biblically rebellious man is looking for the ways that the enemy is twisting language in order to twist our thoughts, just to move us just gently away from the Lord. So we remain of sober minds and alert because the enemy is pragging around looking to kill us. We'll come back under the supples view.

The Christian Responsibility To Vote And Concerns About Data Centers Fueling Surveillance States
Welcome back to Disciples View. I'm Todd Herman. I hope that you have got out and voted. And if you haven't, I pray that you will, do that and really, really seek, God's guidance on this. If you are making a decision as a Christian to not vote, I really hope that you will pray and make time to listen to what God tells you about that. Because I believe as Christians, we are required to vote. Some things are about, locally that aren't around the rest of the country. For instance, data centers and people of good faith and good nature and good intent, can debate these things. Contrary to popular belief, I'm not against data centers. they have existed for a very long time, but not in this form. They weren't 160 acres large. They weren't being designed to back a surveillance and control state. And you wait until I share on Friday when I say surveillance and control. I'm going to share with you on Friday during our first segment, a story about an example of the control state which is being used against people. Phenomenal example.
The Terrifying Reality Of A Surveillance State And Demands For Property Taxes
Terrifying, and really profitable for companies who can just send you a demand for money in the mail. Hey, we saw your car in a different city too many times. Now you owe us property tax. Send it to us. And they're a company, they're not a court. They just been deputized. And you can prove to them, oh, no, we live here in this town. Here's a copy of our mortgage, proving that we live here. This is where the car is parked every night. Send it to a private company. The private company goes, ah, insufficient evidence. Give us money. You'll hear that on Friday. That's the control portion of the surveillance state. So for me, data centers, if they're going to be located in North Idaho, begins with, you will not provide any service to any entity that engages in warrantless surveillance of any American or group of Americans. Well, right there, if they're going to live by that, they can't be located here. And I follow on with you will not benefit from any form of, eminent domain, meaning you will not use it. You will not benefit from it being used on your behalf to bring energy or water. I, have a whole lot of other rules, but I'm not against the data centers.
Establishing Rules For Data Centers And Residents' Protest Through Sound Disruption
Now I'm adding to my rule set, and it has to do with sound and decibels. This is on the ballot in many states. I hope you vote because people of good faith can disagree on this. But I'm going to add to my rule about data centers. And I'll tell you what, my rule is going to be here in a second, just after we get to this cleanup item. This Kentucky City council didn't like it when residents played the sound of a local data center during their meeting.
: A loud noise interrupting the Carroll County Fiscal Court meeting Thursday morning, and it's a little annoying. Sorry. You're going to
Xavier Becerra: 24, 7. 365.
Speaker M: Oh, I didn't know what it was. I'm
: sorry. After the first outburst, more phones and audio devices joined in.
Xavier Becerra: You guys have made your
Speaker N: point, okay? But we
Speaker G: have to live with this now. So you have to live with this. Yes, we do.
Todd Herman: So the guy at the. At the. The, the council is visibly furious. Oh, you have to live with it, do you? Yes, we do.
Making Opponents Live In The World They Create And The Principle Of Not Seeking Revenge
They're doing something I call making your opponent live in the world they're creating for others. These city councils have created a world in which those residents have to live. That's the sound they hear in their yards, in their house 24, 7 for the rest of their lives unless they sell. And who's buying? So here's. I'm adding this to my rule, or, rule set for data centers. You will have to reproduce the sound of the houses nearest the data center in every one of your offices and on, every one of your phone lines in perpetuity until that sound is gone. I guess it would be easier and less like revenge, which is the purview of the Lord. Not me.
Addressing Noise Pollution From Data Centers And The Importance Of Voting On Related Issues
To simply say, at no point will sound exceed this amount of decibels. That would be more likely. This is on the ballot in many states. Politicians who represent positions on this are on the ballots. Many states. Now, this doesn't really run afoul of God, does it? I mean, it's stealing people's peace. You could look at it that way. I hope you vote today. On this program, we thank the Lord for placing supposedly wise people on tall towers of shaking sand with their feature called the Tower of Babylon.
The Tower of Babylon And Concerns About School Initiatives Affecting Children's Well-being
Jeff Chamblee: You know about the Biblical truth of the Tower of Babel. A, disciple's view presents
Joe Biden: America is a nation that can be defined in a single word. I was going to put him
Jeff Chamblee: the tower of Babylon.
Todd Herman: Three sound bites in today's tower. Babbling. Starting here. This fourth grade teacher in the separate country of Washington, says kids in its. I'm not trying to be rude. In its Rainbow Club are scared.
Speaker P: My school, I teach fourth
Speaker G: grade
Speaker P: and I work with students in
Speaker G: our,
Speaker P: Rainbow
Speaker G: Club.
Speaker P: And
Speaker G: they
Speaker P: are
Speaker G: worried
Speaker P: about the state of the world today. And I want to make sure that they feel comfortable
Speaker G: and like they belong everywhere at
Speaker P: school. These
Speaker G: initiatives
Speaker P: are really scary, not just for trans kids, but for CIS girls as well. And I don't understand why we're putting barriers in place against kids playing sports. Kids need sports.
Debunking Myths About Gender Identity And Sports Participation For Children
Todd Herman: So I said it because I'm not trying to bear false witness. Having seen the video, I'm convinced that is a woman pretending to be a man. You probably heard the tinny false pharma voice. Now, these ballot measures are not just in the separate country of Washington state. No one in Washington state is trying to stop kids from playing sports at all. There are no barriers that have, haven't always existed. Boys play with boys, girls with girls. There's no such thing as a CIS girl, which is what this teacher says. And it's not invasive. Kids can have their doctor sign a paper saying this is a girl, or they can take a genital exam, which every single boy who ever plays athletics in Washington state, beginning in junior high, has to have to check against hernias. Yeah, it's no fun and people get used to it once a year. Or you can have a cheek swab that takes two seconds. It's not invasive at all. Next sound bite in today's tower, babbling. Listen again to this, gubernatorial candidate in California.
Examining Political Candidates' Integrity And Their Statements On Child Welfare
This is, Ashley Zavala's important clarifying question for Xavier Bacara.
Ashley Zavala: During your time as HHS secretary, a NewSong York Times investigation found the health Department couldn't find some 85,000 children it had released.
: That's not accurate.
They didn't say we couldn't find kids,
Todd Herman: but you couldn't find them because they wouldn't return your calls because the coyotes and sex traffickers and labor traffic to whom you gave the kids probably gave you a fake number. Politicians like this are on the ballot across the country. I hope you voted today. If not, I hope you go do it. Oh, just for good measure, because this is funny.
Critique Of Political Spin And The Deceptive Practices In Political Discourse
this is once more from, KTA's interview with Xavier Bacara.
Xavier Becerra: If you want to know where a leader is going to take, you know where they've come from. I don't know if we've ever had a governor who comes from where I come from. And so will it be different? You may ask Sacramento. Well, I'm from born and raised in Sacramento, but I mean in terms of my root.
Todd Herman: Yeah. What you mean is you want to be pretending to be an immigrant. You were born in the seat of California power. You live in the seat of California power. You are seeking California power. And that's a wrap for today's tower babbling.
: If I stood up and lied, you would be the first person to say James Carville lost all credibility last night when he said X, Y and Z. Yeah, I can spin, I can shade. Everybody does that.
Jeff Chamblee: That was the tower of Babylon on a disciple's view.
Personal Growth Through Faith And The Conviction To Live Out Biblical Principles
Todd Herman: Man, I love it. I love it when God uses my friends, to show me just how much of an infant I am, in trusting God. It's so revealing. I shared with you last week. I was convicted during a youth ministry. our pastor, the youth pastor was talking about, he was in, James and, and faith without works. And he'd said that our beliefs drive our behaviors and our behaviors reveal our beliefs. And I shared with you on this program since we got these kind emails and I've had this idea for really doing the biblical rebellion the right way. I think God gave it to me and just because in my body it might I just my doubt. Oh, God couldn't use me for that. Well, what did he do with Moses? I'm not Moses. Nothing like Moses. What did he do with Joseph? I'm not like Joseph. I'm nothing like Joseph. No, I'm me. And God can use broken vessels. And I was convicted. I shared that with the youth group. I was convicted, guys. The sermon convicted me. Do you know what's incredible? A couple of the guys I'm talking about, in one case, a, almost 17 year old and a 16 year old, they've started texting me just out of the blue. What action did you take? In the biblical rebellion today.
Inspiring Action And Accountability In The Journey Of Biblical Rebellion
What's your next action step? Love that. Iron. Sharpening iron. God is working in their lives.
Witnessing God's Work In Young Men Through Disciple Making And Developing Empathy
Some time ago we were having a leader meeting and we were talking about, our students and what progress they were making and how we see God working in their lives in areas for prayer where the other leaders could come around them in prayer and in hope that God will do some things in their life and telling some praise stories and some things that were working. And it's, always fun when we do this and check in with each other's progress. And, I happened to mention that I was concerned about one of my students because I could not see how he's going to develop thinking outside himself and empathy, an emotional connection because, man, he's brilliant. He's a brilliant kid. There's no one in class who knows the Bible better than he does. And he's a sweet kid. I just, I love him. I just love hanging out with him. but empathy is not a strong suit. Being vulnerable is not a strong suit. And I said that to the guys, I just don't know in terms of being a disciple maker, maybe an apologist.
Leaving Room For God's Intervention And Observing Miraculous Transformations
And two of my friends said, wow, you're not leaving a lot of room for God in that, are you? One of my friends laughed and said, you might be surprised what God's going to do for him. You should leave room for that. And he was grinning knowingly. You should leave room for that. Not long after that, in fact, that night, there was an apologetics series. We were in Jesus Messiah or myth? And that student said to me, oh, man.
Encouraging Empathy And Vulnerability Through Thoughtful Engagement And Openness
And he, he said, a guy who hasn't been in youth group for a while goes, oh, I wish he could be here. He loves debating this stuff. Oh, I wish he could see this. And I just, I, wow, you just did it. You just thought outside yourself. Wow, you truly said that. An empathetic sense. And I, you know, God guided me to say to him, man, thank you. You're right. Oh, I love that you're thinking more outside yourself. I love that you haven't seen this guy in a while. And he goes, how is he? Said, I see him from time to time. Super hard worker. And he's in, ah, a, he's in a tough spot.
Praise Stories Of God's Work In Young Men And The Development Of A New Ministry
So he's working a lot and going to school and oh, wow, that's hard. So now I had said empathy. There it is. The same night that my friend said, you might be surprised what God does. Not long after that, you want. This is just Such a praise story. We're all sitting around in the youth group and we're talking about areas in our life where we've had trouble putting what we know about God into practice. And some of the guys revisited what I'd learned about myself, what I. How I'd been convicted. Like, hey, Todd, are you putting that into practice now? Much more so I've taken some concrete steps. Yes. I've determined it's something I have to do. The structure of it. Yeah, I think it's going to be a ministry.
Practicing Faith In Daily Life And Witnessing God's Power In Young Men's Lives
And I'm going to finalize that this week. And I finally put down the production schedule for the videos we're going to do and the curriculum. And during this course, this conversation, we're talking about things people have trouble putting into practice. And that same boy, the one I was worried about in terms of disciple making, not, any other one. He's got great parents. Such a brilliant kid, man. Great parents. He said that he needs to practice being positive. But then he said the most remarkable thing. Guys, these are teenagers. He said, can I ask you a fellow as a question? Did I strike you as someone with an anger issue? And one of the boys said, no. Maybe some, impulse control challenges. And another boy said, no, I just think you get more frustrated than a lot of people. And they said it with love in their eyes. That same night, another boy confessed. I had them do quick little, testimonies. About two minutes. He didn't have anywhere near two minutes testimony. He didn't need it. He said, I used to be super angry. I used to punch things and break things. And I prayed to Jesus and he took it away. And I don't do that anymore because I don't have much prepared beyond that. I said, you don't need it. You don't need it, man. I love it. I love seeing what God is doing with these young men. I love seeing them become biblically rebellious young man. As I'm getting ready to launch this thing. And I appreciate all your support.
Concluding Thoughts On Faith, Discipleship, And God's Enduring Love And Guidance
In the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God. The Word was God. Because we believe, we speak because he first loved us. We speak His Word. We walk in the path of Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations until God grants us permission to speak again together. Man's peace, which transcends all understanding, rests upon you and your families. On behalf of Randy and afr, I'm Todd Herman, and this is Ben. A Disciples View.

In this episode of A Disciple’s View, Todd Herman makes the case that Christians should take an active role in civic life, arguing that voting is a matter of stewardship, truth, and responsibility. He discusses election integrity and recent court action involving requests to set aside ballots suspected of being cast by noncitizens, then considers how political debates over representation, identity, and public policy connect to his understanding of Christian beliefs.
Herman also introduces his planned ministry, “The Biblical Rebellion,” aimed at helping men discover and live out their faith in everyday life. He reflects on being a Christian at work, resisting pressure to compromise, and choosing words carefully. Along the way, he shares stories about mentoring teenagers and the unexpected ways he has seen them grow in empathy, self-control, and faith.
The episode also explores concerns about data centers, their noise and community impact, and the importance of scrutinizing the language used in cultural debates. Herman closes with personal reflections on humility, trust in God, and the work of making disciples.
