Before I even tell you who's going to be on the program today—actually, I will. I'll tease you with one of them. Bill Federer is one of our guests for today. Anyway, Bill will be with us and some other folks, but I got to give you an update. Man, yesterday was a huge day for Patriot Academy and for the country and for all of you that helped us save the Patriot Cottages. You may recall that we've had a few opportunities to talk here on the program about the existential threat that we were facing with an Islamic invasion in our backyard at the Patriot Academy campus in Constitution City, Texas. Think about it; that's what James is saying. He uses it to teach you patience. He certainly taught me that perseverance, boy howdy! And then to be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. You need the trial to get to that point. He's making us better; he's getting us to where he wants us. I pray that in the future, the next trial—because life is going to have its tragedies and its trials—that I will remember this and count it all joy, and I hope you will today as well.

"Hey, appreciate all that you're doing. And just by the way, I know it's not our main topic for the day, but just the incredible wealth of wisdom and history that you have been bringing to the Islam debate and the Islamification of America. Thanks for coming down to the campus, doing that event. I'm seeing people share stuff from you all the time, and I'm sharing stuff from you all the time. It's been so important to educate people on that. You have a way, from your metaphors and your analogies, of making it make sense to people regarding the threat we face. So anyway, that's a long way of saying thanks for standing up on that one. I think people are listening to you now. I hope they are."

"Well, there's a trend where you see several things working together. You can observe that Western civilization has gone from a Judeo-Christian past into a secular, free-sex, 'anything goes,' LGBTQ, transgender present, before it goes into an Islamic future. It's a progression. In other words, they guilt-trip Christians into being more Christian than Christ. They say if you're really Christian, you will tolerate this alternative sexual agenda, and then you'll tolerate this, and then you'll tolerate that, until pretty soon you just tolerate everything. And that includes Islam, which has a 1,400-year track record of wiping out Christianity wherever it comes in."

"Now, wait, Bill, you just described for me an answer I needed. I always wondered: how in the world does the LGBTQ crowd team up with Islam? It makes no sense when you know they are killed in Islamic countries. You just explained why they use that to create the tolerance pattern in the Christian church, and then they come in with Islam after they've done the whole sexual revolution thing."

"Yeah, and it's what they call an immunodeficiency syndrome. If you have a healthy immune system and a virus comes in, your white blood cells attack it. But if you have an immunodeficiency syndrome, the virus comes in and your body doesn't recognize the threat, so it's allowed to grow and kill you. The whole woke agenda disables your body politic's ability to identify threats and remove them. In other words, if we had an MS-13 gang coming into a neighborhood wanting to sex traffic young girls and kill people that want to leave their gang, we would say, 'No way, not in my country.' But if they wave a religion flag and say, 'Oh, this is a religion,' people go, 'Well, I guess we can let you come in and have your nine-year-old brides and kill people that want to leave with the apostasy laws.' You disable what normal people say: 'We're not going to allow grooming gangs. We're not going to allow a quarter of a million young girls to get raped by immigrants.' But then they say, 'You have to be super tolerant to these people because it's a religion.' It disables your mental ability to realize that there are things that want to harm you."

"You just explained the mental illness. That has had so many of us befuddled because you see people literally putting up with exactly what you just described all over Europe. They're putting up with mass numbers of rapes for exactly what you just described, and it would have made no sense whatsoever before. Now it makes sense. Sorry to derail us from our main topic, but that's good."

"No, it's... so Europe's gone from a thousand years of Catholic cathedrals, the Protestant Reformation, and Jewish neighborhoods to a secular Europe with the French Revolution and free sex—anything goes, encapsulated in John Lennon's song 'Imagine.' There's no religion, no morals, no guidelines. And then into Europe comes Islam. They have their four wives, they put them in different apartments, they go down to the welfare office and say their husband's not around and they get welfare checks. The more kids they have, the larger the welfare checks get. He is living like a prince using these frauds. They milk the system, and it's all paid for at state expense. Meanwhile, European families are maybe having one child, and for a Muslim woman, it's a social stigma to have less than five. Within a short amount of time, they will have a majority population in Europe. If you Google it, the most popular name for newborns in Europe is Mohammed. And they don't even need a majority; they just need it where there are two parties neck and neck, and they'll agree to side with one party against the other. They have 'Trump arrangement syndrome'—where I hate that other party so much that I'll take any reinforcement to beat them, even if it means giving concessions. They'll pinball from one party to another like a ratchet wrench; they'll gain a little and never give it back, until finally, they institute Sharia law."

"I just was reading where in Minneapolis they're having calls to prayer five times a day on loudspeakers. If you're not a Muslim and you hear someone broadcasting prayers at 5:00 AM, it's very disconcerting. It's all day long, every day. You cannot live without being constantly aware of this. What happens is non-Muslims no longer feel safe and they move out. And that's the goal. Then they take over that intimidation, like the marches in the streets. We're seeing it in Dearborn, in Minneapolis, and in Houston. It's definitely an intimidation factor."

"Bill, I know I'm supposed to be asking you about a rant, so let's go to a rant real quick. What are your thoughts on the situation in Iran—the on-again, off-again negotiations, back to attacking, back to negotiations? What do you make of all this?"

"The studying of treaties in Islam is called hoodna (H-U-D-N-A). It means when you're weak, you make treaties until you get strong enough to disregard them. Mohammed was weak when he first fled into Medina in 622 AD, and he made a treaty with the three Jewish clans. Then he reaches a position of strength, goes back into the city, gets offended at one of the tribes, chases them out, and they have 'Trump arrangements' where the remaining tribes are glad the others are gone. He picks on the second, confiscates their property, chases them out, and eventually, there is only one tribe left, and he chops off their heads and sells the women and children into slavery. He takes advantage of political differences. It's this idea that he made a treaty when he was weak, but then he breaks it when he's strong. That went into the DNA of Islam. Treaties in the Islamic mindset are just a time to restock missiles or reposition yourself so that you can get a victory later."

"Iran did something that few people recognize: they switched from GPS to BDS, which is the Chinese global positioning system. Why is this important? GPS is American, and we could turn it off anytime we wanted and they'd be blind. But once they switched to BDS, they were able to do it. Now they can move all their stuff around and we don't know, and we can't turn it off. It's encrypted, and they've upgraded their ability to target. GPS can go within a couple of feet, but BDS can go within inches. They've been upgrading it while they've been playing games with our negotiators."

"In Islamic treaties, if one tribe is winning and the other is losing, the losing tribe will seek out the winning tribe to negotiate a deal to maybe get a couple concessions so they can save face. The very fact that we want to negotiate, in their mind, is us surrendering. You don't negotiate because if you negotiate, all they're going to do is reposition themselves to be stronger the next time around. You have to do a regime change. I hate to say it, but that's it. It's like when Barbary pirates were defeated and forced to do a treaty; the victor said, 'Drop the treaty as you wish, but as soon as you leave the harbor, it's going to be waste paper.' Mohammed said don't make friendship treaties with infidels. That's why President Trump has to use such harsh language. He's speaking their language—saying what they understand."

"And in their minds, any negotiating is weakness. Herbert Samuel was the first mayor of Jerusalem during the British mandate in the 1930s. He thought he would be really nice and let all these Muslim terrorists out of jail. Well, they didn't view what he did as niceness; they viewed it as Allah blessing them for being terrorists. He even made Haj Amin al-Husayni, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem—a man who organized riots that killed dozens of Jews—the Grand Mufti. By promoting this guy, he allowed him to spout anti-Israel and anti-British sentiment from a position of authority. It's called toxic empathy: you let in a criminal because you want to be nice, but if they don't have a DNA change, they will view that niceness as weakness. It's the law of the jungle. If the zebra shows weakness, the lions are going to pounce."

"No doubt, man. And you know, of course, you write a lot about courageous Christians—the need for Christians to understand the world and stand up and be courageous, and certainly not to have toxic empathy. That book is available at American Minute. Let me ask one last question: Are Christians courageous enough to stop the Islamic spread? Can we be as courageous as centuries ago when it took some time to finally find the backbone and be willing to make the stand? Do we have that courage today?"

"Looking at scriptures, God always seemed to wait until things look hopeless, and then He raises up little nobodies who are small in their own eyes but big in faith and courage. From a scriptural point of view, it only takes a small number of courageous people to turn things around. If I were to look in the natural, it would be a little bit depressing, but I have to look at the spiritual. It's important to distinguish between the person and the religion of Sharia. We love the Muslim person; we just don't love the Sharia teaching. It's not a hardware problem; it's a software problem."

"Yeah, we love the person, we just don't like the Sharia. There's a great quote from Patrick Henry: 'I know how well it becomes us as a Christian to forget and forgive as individuals practicing a holy religion... but when you consider wrongs done to your country, your political duty tells you of vengeance. Forgive is a private man, but never forgive public injuries.' I remember talking to Charlie Kirk when Oprah Winfrey was trying to malign Turning Point members. I told him, 'You need to hit back hard. You need to threaten to sue Oprah Winfrey and The View,' because you are standing up for all those young men and women. If you just forgive and let it go, they're going to be embarrassed in front of their classmates. You have to make her apologize."

"It is a wonderful thing to love your country, but first and foremost we have to love God and His word. The promises that God gave to the Jews are for all time. There's a theology called replacement theology that says the Church replaced the Jews when they supposedly rejected Christ. But many Jews accepted Him as well; the Apostle Paul was a Jew, and every single one of the disciples was a Jew. There is no Christianity without Judaism; we stand on their shoulders. We need to become more knowledgeable about our Bible, and I want to encourage pastors to start preaching to your young people what the Bible says, because there are direct theological consequences when a nation rejects what God has said."

"Countering is so important—having good tools that others can share so they can be a force multiplier. So much of it is just irrational. I remember thinking after October 7th that the American people would rally to the good side, which most did, but I was shocked at how many people since that horrifically evil day have taken the other side. The arguments are irrational and the lack of reasoning blows my mind. But that number makes sense to me now: 40 to one. If you're just getting these whacked-out theories and you're not hearing the truth, I can see why people are falling for the lie."

"And here's another reason why we're seeing such a huge change among the American population against Israel: it has to do with the country of Qatar. Qatar is a very tiny country, but they're the number one funder of terrorism in the world. They can afford it because they control more than 14 percent of all natural gas supplies in the world. They are rabidly Islamist. They have spent over a hundred billion dollars targeting your kids specifically. They know old people like me are not going to deviate from my support of Israel, but younger people aren't formed. A hundred billion dollars goes into influencers, media rooms, and websites. This is why your child is turning; this is the eighth front of the war—the narrative war and the media war. And they're winning wildly."

I am shocked at the number of kids that have bought into the idea that 'I just don't care about Israel,' and some have even bought into the idea that 'Israel is the problem.'"

"I am. The rise and increase of Jew hatred is one of the most bizarre things we've seen in our lifetime. We remember the big revivals in the 70s, 80s, and 90s when there was a huge increase in support for Israel and the Jewish people. If you read the Bible, it's very clear: the centerpiece of the Bible is God's covenant to redeem all of mankind, and He chose the Jewish people. When we hate the Jews, we are rebelling against God's choice. This coincides with the mass immigration of people from the Middle East into the United States—primarily Muslims—who have brought ancient hatreds into our country rather than assimilating into our Christian nation. There has been a huge increase in physical assaults. In just three years, from 2022 to 2025, we've seen a 70 percent increase in antisemitic incidents. Physical assaults against Jews have increased by 83 percent. On college campuses, incidents against Jews have increased by seven hundred percent by the 2024-2025 academic year."

"Which city do you think has seen the largest increase?"

"It's New York, primarily in Brooklyn, because that's where the greatest number of Jews live. I also read an article this week about Jews fleeing France, the United Kingdom, and Belgium because of the increase in physical assaults and persecution. It is even happening in K-12 schools in the United States. The biggest increase started in 2023, following October 7th, and it is a result of mass immigration from Muslim-majority faces using physical violence and intimidation. People are coming into the United States who don't want to agree to the social contract or adopt our way of life; they want to conquer. They want to strike fear in the hearts of the Jews."

"This has theological underpinnings. As Christians, we need to recognize that the Bible says to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse Israel will be cursed. America has overall been a blessing to Israel, and this is something we need to take seriously. How especially did the youth turn against Israel, Rick?"

"It's the social media they are consuming. It's unbelievable. It's probably 40 anti-Jewish posts to every one positive post. It's lies. People are told 'Jews are killing babies in Gaza,' and young people don't know it's false. At the Israel Institute at Regent University, we are working to bust these myths. We are launching a podcast on September 1st to share real data so people don't become captured by the lies of this age."
