Rick Green: You have to choose wisely what you listen to and where

Thanks so much for joining me this afternoon, and for just being an AFR listener. You know, this speaks well of you. It means that you are paying attention to what's going on in the culture, that you're willing to learn, and that you've got good discernment on what your diet of information is. I don't know if you figured this out or not, but, man, I'm noticing my echo chamber in social media. The algorithms are locking us in to smaller and smaller groups. it's like, I mean, I like hearing from people that think like me, but also like to hear some of the other opinions out there just so I know what's going on and what people are thinking. It's like Zig Ziglar used to say, every morning, read the Bible and the NewSong York Times, and then you'll know what both sides are up to. I think that's funny. Anyway, that's true, though. It's true. my point is this. You have to really choose wisely what you listen to and where you get your information. And I mean, obviously, American Family association has been around and has proven itself to be a good source of information, whether that was lobbying 40 years ago or just informing citizens on what was going on or, you know, straight up what happened in the news today. And, and that's now the challenge. How do you find good information? How do you even get good information on what the president is doing or what his positions are, who's been fired and who hasn't, that sort of thing. So, anyway, you've found a good source in American Family radio throughout the day. but obviously on Wednesdays, you know, at the core is, of course, your favorite program. I'm sure it is. You need to. Yeah, no doubt. I mean, even when Walker's got it, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, it's still your favorite program, but definitely Tuesdays, Thursdays, when I've got it right. Okay. I'm just having fun today.
Chip Bergen: I just want President Trump to stay strong on immigration
Let's get to the headlines. Not a lot to cover today, and of course, the phones as well. And, I, you know, Minneapolis, still in the forefront. I know there was a lot of, you know, oh, should President Trump even be talking to Waltz and Frey and, these instigators, the people that actually set this up, I mean, set this whole situation up. It's the bad policies of guys like Tim Waltz that leads to the violence in the streets. And I do not plan on spending all day on Minneapolis. It's, I think, garnered the headlines long enough. At this point, I just want President Trump to stay strong, to not cave. I don't believe he will, and be strategic. And I think strategic at this point is in the messaging, continue to do what they've done from the beginning. You might recall that, even from day one, when President Trump came in, they went after the worst of the worst. So as long as the bulk of your deportations, and certainly the public relations part of the deportations is focusing in on the fact that these are quite literally rapists and murderers and gang members and pedophiles and drug dealers and other other forms of crime being committed in addition to coming here illegally. So I don't even like, really the term criminal illegal alien, because if you're an illegal alien, you're already a criminal. You're here illegally. But I get the PR and the, you know, the necessity, to make sure people do understand there is a difference here. Chip, Roy had a great post last, I think it was last night that said it better than I could say it, but he essentially said, you know, this is not your 1980s immigration issue. I grew up in construction, okay? I don't know about anybody else out there that grew up in construction, but if you grew up in construction like I did, you know, you. You could not go to a job site without being pretty sure there's some. There's some illegal aliens, in the, in the vicinity. And you also could not go to a job site without realizing this job site's probably gonna fall apart if they send home all the illegal aliens. And so, you know, I. I Know, that's a whole nother debate, you know, And I definitely do not think we should bend the rules because Americans aren't willing to do certain jobs. I think the price should go up until you get to the point that Americans will do the jobs. And I think you should bring back the Becerro program, where people could actually pay a fee to come here and work. And it's a minor fee compared to what they make here, compared, to what they make at home. And so it's worth it. It works. I mean, if you do it all by the book and you do it legally and you have a process for that, the system will. Will work and you'll. Everything will. You know, the market will take care of itself. And what I mean by that is the free market supply and demand for those jobs. And the government's only role is protecting the border and making sure we know who's coming in charging a fee for that. And. And, it all works if we would just use our common sense and do that. But unfortunately, you have all these nefarious, players and, intent that, messes it up. So criminal, illegal alien right now apparently means you're not only here illegally, therefore already a criminal, but we're adding the word criminal into the phrase because you've also committed some other crime in America. And let's again, get some context here. As we think about, you know, Minneapolis and other places around the country, if someone's a criminal, illegal alien, meaning they've committed another crime and they've been caught, then, now they're in the system, they're being held by law enforcement somewhere, local, state, whatever. I mean, m. It might be in Texas, Department of Public Safety. It might be a local sheriff's department, might be a local police department, but somewhere law enforcement has detained and has this criminal illegal alien. And the big difference, the deciding factor over whether or not you have this chaos in the streets like Minneapolis is dealing with, or you don't even know what's happening, like in a lot of places in Texas right now is that law enforcement locally and in your state is cooperating with the federal government, who has the responsibility to do immigration. And they're actually turning over the people that they end up arresting for something else. They've been arrested for something unrelated to their illegal status here in the country. And then, boom, there's a trigger there. They know because of the fingerprint or whatever. Somehow, at that point, they know. and so they turn them over to ICE and to the federal government, and they get deported. And like I said, in Texas and Florida and places like that, tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands even. I mean, I know Texas is the number one place that this is happening, are being deported. And you don't hear hardly anything about it. You don't even. Most Texans don't even know what's going on, even know what's happening. Yet in Minnesota, it is the headline. It is the entire focus of the governor, the mayors, the people. Why? Because their law enforcement, because of their governor and their mayor in Minneapolis and other mayors across this liberal state are not turning over these. Don't forget, what's a good way to say this? Double criminal, ultra criminal, like, criminal plus. I mean, they're not just an illegal alien. They've also committed some other crime such that it was a bad enough crime that they got detained, they got arrested, they got detained. We find out they're also an illegal alien, instead of handing them over to ice. What does Minneapolis do? What does Minnesota do? California? Most of these places that have sanctuary cities, they. They release them back into your neighborhood. They just let them go. And they don't want to hold on to them because then ICE might come get them. So they care more about this criminal plus illegal alien than they do you or your kids or your neighborhood. So how people like that stay in office? Gavin Newsom, Tim Waltz, Jacob Frey. it blows my mind. I mean, you talk about echo chambers.
Rick: The only way to win this fight is to arrest sanctuary city officials
Back to our first topic of the day. It's because these echo chambers in social media are lying to these people. And these liberal progressive women, these white women that are progressives, are the worst of the worst of all these people, they are like crazy people screaming and yelling at these ICE agents, giving them the finger, doing all this nonsense. And it's because they're getting ginned up on these social media algorithms, these echo chambers that are lying to them and making them think that that pedophile that's just been detained by ICE is just your, your local sweet, you know, fruit picker or, maintenance or construction, worker that's just trying to take care of their family back home in Mexico. That is not the case. It's no longer the 80s. That was the case in the 80s. That was the immigration issue in the 80s. and this is a completely different scenario. You are talking about a coordinated attempt to completely destroy the United States of America, to completely, dilute our values, to dilute our communities, and to bring in a criminal element that's not just here to work and send money back home to their family, but a criminal element that wants to completely destroy the country, that wants to take advantage of our freedom and our system, and now thinks that we're idiots, for making it possible for them, but that they're idiots if they don't take advantage of it. Yes, now I'm referring to the Somali daycare deal. All right? So that's the lay of the land. That's how we got to where we are. That's why you're not seen in Texas and, Florida and other red states that are not sanctuary cities or states. You're not seeing the violence in the streets. You're not seeing the chaos. It's only in the blue areas and specifically in Minnesota because you've got a mayor there that also started the BLM riots and encouraged that kind of nonsense. and so the only way, in my opinion at this point to ultimately win this issue, which is the issue that the presidential, election happened on, that, that, that most of Congress was elected. This is the issue. The only way you're going to win this eventually is if you arrest any of the public servants who are refusing to cooperate with federal law enforcement. So if you are a governor or a mayor or a city council member or, or a police chief or whoever, and you are purposely saying, we will not comply with federal law or federal, law enforcement officers or, follow federal law, they can call it nullification if they want. They can say, oh, rebellion, the tyrants is obedience to God. But then they're going to have to win that argument in court. Are they actually standing between an out of control, tyrannical federal government and, and their citizens, which I would support, or are they actually thwarting actual federal law? Not tyranny. Tyranny is when you don't have the authority to do what you're doing and you do it anyway. Tyranny is when a president or a governor goes beyond the authority the people have given them. This is not tyranny. This is the exact opposite. This is actually following the law, implementing the law. So if you are the person standing between the execution of the law, the implementation of the law, and the person that is rightfully, justifiably, and in a system and a rule of law and justice on the receiving end of the, implementation of that law, in other words, the criminal, illegal alien being arrested, if you are standing in the way of that and you are purposely thwarting law enforcement, whether you are physically standing in the street or you are calling for it in your position as governor, Mayor or whatever, you should be arrested, you should be detained, you should have the book thrown at you. It is not okay. It is not legal to do so. And the only reason that doesn't happen is the PR battle. It's, it's, you know, and this is why I started today with I, I want Trump to continue to be strategic. So maybe the strategic call is not to arrest them. Maybe my calling for this right now ends up being not the right answer at the end of the day when they debated and talk it and bounce it around and poll it and all that stuff. Maybe I'm wrong, but right now, I don't see any other path. I think as long as you have these governors and mayors that are willing to absolutely thumb their nose at the rule of law, again, not a tyrannical, out of control government like what we saw in the Biden years. I'm talking about just simply following the law, doing a proper constitutional function. This is not even outside, you know, this is not some new federal program or what. no, this is. The founding fathers gave immigration to the federal government. This is actually executing the law that, that the Founding Father said should be done. So, it's not gonna happen overnight. This is gonna be a long one, folks. It's gonna be a big battle anyway. I'd love to know what you think about that. All right, we're back here on at the Core with Waka Wabner, Rick Green at Greene, America's Constitution. Coach, thanks for stopping. Thanks for staying with me. Let's, let's jump back in. one of the things you can do, I know you're probably thinking, well, Rick, I don't live in Minneapolis. I can't do anything about what's happening in Minneapolis. I can't vote against Tim, Walton for Mike Lindell, who would make a great governor of Minnesota. I can't do any of that because I don't live there. What can I do? All right, there's plenty for you to do. And by the way, we'll be talking more and more about rebuilding Liberty and the 12 Steps to Recovery for our country and all those action items between now and July 4, 2026. 7. It's got roughly a year and a half to save the country, everybody. so we'll be talking about a lot of different steps, a lot of different things that you can do. And I'll reiterate that over and over and over and over again on the program, because every single one of us can play a part. But right now, this week, there's something specific you can do that's not just going to put a good policy in place in a state or even replace a governor, any of that. Was there systemic racism in America in the past? Was there
As I was going to break, I was talking about this, this idea of actually arresting the instigators, not just the people that are on the street attacking an ICE officer at the time. And you know, this feels exactly like 2020 because it is exactly like 2020. The whole thing Then was systemic racism a lie? Was there systemic racism in America in the past? In some places, not all of America, which is another one of the lies, but in some places, yes, Democrats have been systemically racist, pretty much, from the beginning. All right, so they're the ones that wanted to keep slavery, they're the ones that fought to keep slavery, they're the ones that had the white only primaries and all the other things that they did, that were completely racist. So there was definitely systemic racism in some pockets of the country where the Democrats dominated. All right, but that's been a long time ago. And even in most of those areas, there was no longer a systemic racism problem in our police departments, maybe in the random small little town somewhere in some podunk, I don't know, whatever, and I'm a country boy in a podunk area myself, but we're not racist. And the racism has actually become reverse racism for the most part in this country. So it was a complete lie. In 2020, they used George Floyd and the whole thing to just, it was all a Marxist plot. They were waiting for that moment and then they pounced. And of course we watched our nation burn, for three months and it led to, you know, helping that combined with the COVID thing to defeat Donald Trump. And hey, in the long run, all things work together for good, for those who love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. Because Trump wouldn't have been near as good as in a back to back term, as he is right now. But that same spirit, that same rebellion and hatred, of authority and hatred of the rule of law is what we're dealing with now in Minneapolis and in some of these other places where the Marxists have ah, been attacking ice. And so as we're watching that happen, you're thinking, well, how do we stop this? Well, I've talked last week, I talked about the insurrection acts, gave the history on that, talked about what President Trump could and should I think do, to stop this nonsense. and that is absolutely one of the paths. But what I mentioned before the break is, another thing that needs to happen and that is that the politicians that are instigating this, they need to go to jail. any public servant, any of these police chiefs, any of these nurses, frankly, that is a public servant because you walk into a hospital, you don't know which nurse or doctor you're gonna end up with and whether or not they're a radical, you know, feminist, Marxist, Nazi, whatever you want to call them. But I mean, when you get online and you say that you want somebody's baby to die or that you want them to, you start giving formulas for how to inject people that are maga so that you can kill them in the hospital. You're all of those things that I just mentioned. so when, when that kind of stuff happens, arrest them. It should. They should. They're act. They're literally making a threat that you could arrest them for. And so I think that next level's got to go. I got to happen. I. And, And I don't know. You know, DOJ is subpoenaed some of these people, but for the fraud, not the, not the, you know, inciting to violence. and they're careful. I know it's some. Some of these, you probably couldn't get them. You probably couldn't get Waltz. I mean, honestly, he's wordsmithed the things that he said carefully, so it'd be hard. Frey, I think you could probably get Jacob Frey. I think he's gone so far as to stand down, law enforcement in a way that he could. And I think that's probably why, after Trump's call, the police finally did intervene and start helping ICE in some of those situations, because Frey probably knows that he is subject to, potentially prosecution for being a part of, of those things, but that's what needs to happen all across the country. And so I'm a, I'm a press the gas kind of guy at this point. I think Holman, you know, being sent into, into Minneapolis, probably the right move. I don't know that I would have removed, Greg Bovine, but, you know, again, strategy. And there's some things, that, that, that those guys are privy to in information that I'm not. A lot of things they're privy to that I'm not. so, So I don't know what all went into that decision, but it's working. It's better, optics and, and. And maybe even a little bit less, on the violets. I haven't had a chance to even check, in and see, what else is happening in there. But,
David says some politicians should be arrested over sanctuary policies
All right, let's go to the phones because I want to know what you think about that. Am I, am I going too far when I say that some of those people, should be arrested, the politicians themselves. >> David: Hey, I think there's people all across this country, millions of people that would love to see these people get arrested. They would love to see the law being upheld and consequences. But here's a rhetorical question. Is it going to happen? I mean, will it ever happen? It's not like they don't. We haven't had, you know, enough examples of, or not examples, but we've had enough people breaking the law. They just don't ever pull the trigger and you never hear about it.
>> Rick Green: Yeah, yeah, it's a great question, David, honestly, because, you know, I think that's the measurement for most of us is the indictments, the arrest, actually seeing somebody go to jail and pay for the things that they've been doing. you know, Rudy Giuliani, when he was mayor, of NewSong York, he had this, they called it the broken windows policy. And it was basically, I mean you so much as jump the turnstile, we're going to prosecute. Like there's going to be no, no letting up, no mercy, no grace that we're going after everybody in order to deal with the out of control crime in NewSong York. And it worked. He cleaned up NewSong York and you could go to Central park again. You could, I mean it was, it was a, it was a significant turnaround. I think that's what has to happen here. I don't think any amnesty that would be the worst thing you could do. Don't make the mistake Ronald Reagan made in the, in the 80s with, with amnesty. but any, anytime you let these people be frantic for that, what's the word I'm looking for, where they're just out of control. and, and, and, and just continue to let that boil up like they're letting, like it's happened. I think it just gets worse. And, and I think this, this, this pretty guy is, is a perfect example. I mean now all the videos were out last night of him, the day before, two days before, whatever it was, I think it was the day before, just being a nut job, in the middle of the street, yelling and screaming, spitting at the ice guys, kicking the car and knocking the tail, you know, busting the tailgate, tail, light. and then they take him when that happens, because he went that far. They Stop the Suburban. They get out, they put him on the ground. There's crazy again. White, liberal women, progressive lady, you know, yelling the most at these guys and others. and then they let him. Let him go, and they drive away. You know, he would be alive today, you know, 99% sure he'd be alive today if they had gone ahead and arrested him right then. And, he'd be sitting in a cell, and he'd be, you know, probably let out in a few days, but he would have been. He would have been alive. so there's an example of it's better to have justice and rule of law. and I'm not saying there's never a time for mercy and grace. There is. You know, I had a friend in Pennsylvania that was the name of his ministry. I think it was justice and Mercy. I think one of the words was, you know, yes, you got it. You got. You do the crime, you do the time. But then the mercy side of it is not normally the grace of, you don't go to jail and you're not prosecuted. But sometimes it's a lesser sentence or sometimes it's a, you know, what we do to serve and meet the needs of those who are serving sentences, visiting people in jail and having prison ministry, that sort of thing, that's where the grace and mercy should be. but this business of letting this thing foment anybody, anybody that assaulted, any of these ICE officers or be, you know, these videos of people destroying the private property of these hotels where they just think that ICE might be staying. I mean, any of those people, absolutely prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. That's how you get less of it. just my opinion, but I think history proves me right.

>> Samuel: Yes, hello. Rick, I just wanted to say I believe they should arrest and they should prosecute everyone involved, especially the instigators. you know, you think about what they. What happened with Trump when he just made a simple statement, peacefully go down and protest, and they turned that all around into insurrection when nobody was charged for insurrection. And I know they'll come back and try to pretend, well, they're doing it as police, political, and they're doing it and this and this and that. But in reality, the noun culpability is perfect for people like Governor Waltz and for The Mayor Fry, and for anyone else, like the nurse who's been on there talking about what I'm going to do, what you should do to ICE agents. Because they are responsible for the wrongdoing of someone and as a result, the death of, the lady.

>> Samuel: And the man, Pretty. They're responsible for it. They're responsible for the individuals, the women who bit the finger off of an ICE agent, another one who bit an ICE agent, and that's all a felony. They're obstructing justice, and they need to be brought to justice. And we will see how quickly that will end.

The Ninth Circuit says DHS order to end protections for Venezuelans was illegal
Welcome back to at the Core with Walker Wildmon and Rick Green. I'm Rick Green, America's Constitution Coach. Get right back to the phones. I do need to mention real quick, M. Looks like the appeals court in. of course, it's the Ninth Circus. the Ninth Circuit, has said that the DHS order to end protections for Venezuelans in the US Was illegal. Okay. So they're literally saying. They're acknowledging according to the decision, or at least the summary of the decision I'm reading on the Epoch Times. So they acknowledge that Congress created this and gave dhs. The secretary at, DHS has the discretion and the authority to designate, extend and terminate a country's status. In other words, whether or not they're going to be able to come here because things are so bad in their country. We're going to let them into our country and, and then we take care of them. Which is, you know, not smart. well, okay, there are extreme circumstances where it should be. Let me leave it there. But Kristi Noem, they're saying, overstepped her authority when she ended temporary protected status. Supposed to be temporary, but what happens? They come here and then they stay Forever. Right. Well, let me get this right. They acknowledge that she has the authority to give tps, so why would she not have authority to take away tps? I don't. I'm not even following their logic on this. Like, what do you got to do? Get an act of Congress through to take away tps? Well, if that's the case, you should have to have an act of Congress to give TPS Temporary Protected Status. So here we are again. The courts thwarting the agenda of a president and his staff and his team elected in a landslide to do exactly what they're doing, and the courts overturning it and, preventing it from happening. I think it's Andrew Jackson time. Nice opinion. You have their ninth circus. Now let me see you enforce it.
Not all Minnesotans are backing what's happening, CJ says

>> CJ: You bet. I just wanted to let you know that, not all Minnesotans are backing what's happening.
>> Rick Green: Amen. glad to hear you say that. And I know because I got a lot of Constitution coaches in Minnesota and some good people up there. Yes.
>> CJ: I love, the majority of what we see, where the radicals, happen is from the highly populated areas, which unfortunately takes control. Which unfortunately controls who gets into office.
>> Rick Green: Yeah. Where are you administered?
>> CJ: it's a town called Austin.
>> Rick Green: Wait, Austin like Austin, Texas?
>> CJ: No, Austin like Austin, Minnesota.
>> Rick Green: Good comeback. Do you know where Otter Tail, Minnesota, is?
>> CJ: it's. It's way up north. Yeah, we're on the other end.
>> Rick Green: Other end. Okay. All right. I just. I did a Constitution class.
>> Bobby Roza: I think it's next to Beaver Lake.

>> CJ: I just. Like I said, I'm just defending those of us who are, Rational.
>> Rick Green: Yes. Well, C.J. you're not alone. Not only in Minnesota, but in virtually every state. It's the same way, man. These blue areas. And the founders warned about this. They talked about how cities are pestilential to the morals, of mankind. That's literally a quote from Rush and Jefferson in this great exchange where they say, God made the country, man made the city. That's from Cowper, the Poet. but they go on to say, it's just like the place. It's where all the impurities flow. It's just like Benjamin Rush being a medical doctor. It's a little gross. So if you're eating, put your food down. He said, it's like an abscess on the human body where all the impurities flow. That's what the blue cities are like. And that's biblical. I mean, that's the depravity of man. That's just the nature of man. You put a whole lot of depravity together and it gets worse. But CJ's right. I mean, there are really good people all over Minnesota, and that's why I'm hoping they elect Mike Lindell as governor. But it's going to take a big turn, there for that to happen.
Second Amendment advocate says people should not carry guns in situations involving law enforcement
I have to say, before I go to the next caller, because I forgot that I didn't, because the ice and everything didn't get to do a live show on Tuesday. So I haven't even talked about Preddy yet. let me just say this. It is a tragedy, but I am a big believer. You guys know, if you listen to this program, I'm a Second Amendment guy. I carry my weapon everywhere I possibly can. I, hate going to states where I don't have reciprocity and I have to carry my Taser instead of my 1911. but, you know, so I'm. I mean, we train thousands of people on how to do this. If you haven't been through our Constitutional defense course, you need to come to Patriot Academy and Constitution City, Texas, and do our course. Because we train people to do this right and do it responsibly. And that's my point here. There is a responsibility that comes with every right. If you go to Valley Forge in Pennsylvania right now and you go visit the Freedoms foundation, they have the big monument that's the Bill of Responsibilities. On one side, it's got the Bill of Rights, the other side's got the Bill of Responsibility. So I'm just telling you, as a major Second Amendment guy, I mean, Charlton Heston did a spot for me. If I need to give you my credentials here, as a major Second Amendment guy, that, that has passed major Second Amendment legislation, has probably taught more people on the Second Amendment than anybody. I'm, just telling you that doesn't mean that you should carry your gun into a situation where you, you know, there's a high probability you're going to get into a scuffle or a fight with a police officer or multiple police officers, or in this case, a lot of law enforcement. You're. You're an idiot if you do that. You are an absolute moron if you, if you're an ag and you go in there with a, with a loaded firearm and extra magazines, that is not exercising your second amendment right. You're not doing that to defend yourself against an attack. You're not even doing that to fight off a tyrannical government, which is the other reason to have the second amendment. You're lying to yourself if you think that or that you think you have any chance of going in there and using that weapon effectively. That's why I told people that we're going to be arrested for January 6th. That asked me, should I fight back? Should I, should I. Should, others were asking, should I go over there to my neighbor's house who's going to be arrested and stand in defense with them and fight the fight? The FBI, when they come to arrest, I said, no, that would be moronic. It would be idiotic. You cannot win. And you're going to give them exactly what they need to then take away firearms from law abiding citizens. So don't play that game. That's ridiculous. You don't do that. And I have chosen not to carry my weapon into places where I thought there was a chance that it could in any way cause an issue with law enforcement who I would have zero chance of, of, of winning a gunfight with. Well, I might win the gunfight, but I'm not going to win the overall fight. And I say that because we actually, our test is harder and, we're trained better than most law enforcement. No offense to you law enforcement guys out there. If you're on m. The squat team, that probably doesn't apply to you, but, but I've had SWAT officers tell me that our training here at Patriot Academy is the best training they've ever been through. Okay, I'm digressing. I get excited about this issue. my point is, like, when I did the event with JD Vance back in October m. before the election, and I knew Secret Service was gonna be there, and I'm like, you know, it was, it was, it would have been dumb for me to carry my firearm in there, even though my part of the program, I was, you know, I was on a cup about an hour and a half before J.D. vance. So I was going to leave when I finished my talk to get to the airport in time. And I've told this story in the air, so I'm not going to tell the whole story again. But, so I didn't carry my gun. I left it in the car in my vault. Tec safe, nice and secure. And then when I left the event and, went to the airport, I ended up getting pulled over because, maybe I haven't told this on the air. I wish I had more time today. anyway, I end up getting pulled over. I thought for speeding or something like that. Turns out when I got pulled over, all of a sudden there's a semicircle of six Suburbans and a SWAT tactical team is taking me down. All right? And so I'm like, hands out the window. And I always tell everybody this, listen, anytime you get pulled over, roll down the windows, turn on the light in your car. If it's at night, don't be shuffling around for your insurance card. Keep your hands on the steering wheel. Well, in this case, I went above and beyond. Hands on the steering wheel. Man, my hands were literally, I'm sticking them out the window so they can see them. Well, I go through a 30 minute takedown, they shut the highway down to do this, okay? And by the time it's all said and done and when they started, you know, going through my pockets, took out my tactical flashlight, I'm wearing a 511 shirt. And finally the guy goes, all right, something's different here. What do you do? My shirt says Patriot Academy. I said, well, train guys like you. Which I don't know if he took that as, Anyway, bottom line is, turns out one of the guys taking me down actually, he says, when I started explaining what Patriot Academy does, and I mentioned the fact that we do, train, church, security teams and do, biblical citizenship, constitution classes at churches, he goes, do you know Calvary Chapel, Chino Hills? And I said, well, yeah, Jack Hibbs is a good friend and he's in the class that we teach. He's on our biblical citizenship class. And the guy's like, man, I just did training for their security team last weekend. So all of a sudden I had a friend. And that was great. Bottom line is this. The car that I was in was a rented car from a major rental car agency. And I picked it up at midnight the night before to go to this event. Well, the car was used in a murder the day before, and that's why they were pulling me over. It had nothing to do with, I thought because I left the JD Vance event and there's all this Secret Service. I thought maybe they thought I'd planted something or whatever. It had nothing to do with any of that. The car was used in a murder, and. And they returned it to Avis. Is that not weird? Anyway, they returned to Davis. I rent it. They pull me over because they think, well, they obviously figured out I'm not the guy. all of that to say, thankfully, my weapon was still locked up. Now, normally, even. Even in a situation like that where I would not wear it into the event because Secret Service or whatever, I would still put it on, you know, my hip as soon as I get in the car. and even just for the drive to the airport. But for whatever reason, God just protected me in that. And. And I did not have. Because even when they took me down, I mean, literally, this was a step by step walk backwards, hands up, I'm in the middle of the highway situation.
Some people say this guy was just like Kyle Rittenhouse
And soon to be face down in the highway. but they ended up not, having to disarm me. Had they had to disarm me, that would have been even worse. And, so anyway, all that to say, you do not go. This guy was a known agitator. He. He. He knew that he was going to end up in a fight with law enforcement. And to do that with the weapon is just foolish. Foolish, foolish, foolish. So these people that are. I mean, you have liberals right now chanting the Second Amendment. It's crazy. It's kind of weird. they're all talking about his right to keep. Where were they when Kyle Rittenhouse happened? I mean, where were they when you have a kid? And some of them are even now trying to say that this was just like Kyle Rittenhouse. No, it's the exact opposite. Kyle Rittenhouse was going not to protest, but to protect buildings from protesters. He was going in to do what the police should have been doing. And by the way, his marksmanship and his, his situational awareness as a 17 year old, his situational awareness and his ability in that city, when you go watch the Kyle Rittenhouse videos, it's unbelievable how he. I think God had to have helped, because to not press the trigger on any of the innocent people and only press the trigger on the people that were literally about to take his life, threaten his life was. Was insanely well done. Anyway, totally opposite situation. And where were these people when. When he was absolutely exercising his second amendment right and, and. And. And doing it? Well, where this guy pretty. Was being foolish and purposely trying to get in A fight with law enforcement. And Kyle Rittenhouse, of course, did nothing like that. So, anyway, I could go on this one all day, day long, and I promise to get back to the phone.
Kevin in Arkansas: Could federal marshals actually arrest politicians involved
So here we go, Kevin in Arkansas. Let's see how many of these we can get in before we run out of time. Kevin, go ahead. Go, Hogs. Go, man.
>> Kevin: Okay, what's the, Boo.
>> Kevin: What's the, charter for the federal marshals? Can we use them to go into the rest? Some of these.
>> Rick Green: Interesting. Interesting. yeah, Kevin, good. Good. Good thinking. there. Well, there's very few of them. there's not enough of them to be, I don't think. If I remember right, I have to look that up. But compared, to ICE in terms of number of soldiers, law enforcement officers. But I think what you're saying is, could they be the ones to actually arrest these politicians, the instigators, the ones that aren't on the street themselves, but they are the ones that are stoking the fires? Is that what you're saying?
>> Kevin: That and the street, What's their charter? What's their legal responsibility?
>> Rick Green: Ah. Ah. okay. Would they have the authority to. I think they would definitely have the authority to participate in what's happening, and they may be. Actually. I. I would be surprised if they're not, to some extent, involved. But I don't think there's enough. I don't think that's a, A. Ah, large enough force. You know, the Border Patrol, you know that. That is, first of all, constitutionally sound, and they're specifically doing the act of immigration and, enforcing the immigration laws. The marshals are a little bit broader, pretty much. I think if I. And again, I'll look this up and maybe cover it on Tuesday in terms of all federal law, often used with witness protection and a lot of these other, things that they do. Man, that's interesting. I'll look into that. That's a great question, man. I don't know the answer to, whether or not they're involved at this point or what's the extent to which they could be deployed on that front.
Jerry in Texas says judges are replacing the Constitution with court decisions
All right, let's go to Jerry in Texas. Jerry, you're up next. Go ahead.
>> Jerry: Well, I'm using a phrase. I'm sure you're familiar with things as if we're now in a court situation instead of a Constitution.
>> Rick Green: That's right. Yes.
>> Jerry: I think it's ridiculous. I kind of tend to agree with that more after reading David Barton's original intent book.
>> Rick Green: Yeah.
>> Jerry: Some of the best 376 pages I've read lately. I encourage everybody wants to know what happened with our system to read that book.
>> Rick Green: Yeah.
>> Jerry: Lays out, I think a plan in it, if you think about it, on how to get back to that original intent. and I'm gonna let you go and comment. I just.
>> Rick Green: I lost you there. yeah, Jerry, no doubt the coursetution, of course, the phrase that, that I use in constitutional live and Biblical citizenship and all our Constitution classes. And I came up with that term just because it was literally replaced the Constitution. and, and for these judges to do this, that's essentially what they're doing. They're replacing the commander in chief. They're replacing the chief executive, the one that is to under article to execute the laws. And, and in this case it's Kristi Noem, but she is a representative of the chief executive. She's doing what the Constitution, the Constitution empowers the president to do is she's doing what Congress empowered the Department of Homeland Security to do. So. Yeah, no doubt. And we, man, that's a whole other issue we could spend all day on is how to reign in these courts.
