“And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night. And let them be for signs and for seasons, and for days and years.” Genesis 1:14 (ESV)
Among the many things God has provided, He’s granted us the blessing of times and seasons. He’s also blessed us with the clocks and calendars to measure the passage of time.
As we evaluate last year and set goals for the new year there will be many competitors for the throne of hearts. But Christ deserves top billing. May your New Year’s calendar be filled with unwavering resolve and exponential growth in your commitment to follow King Jesus.
