The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments on President Trump’s temporary immigration suspension order.
During the argument Judge Paul Niemeyer questioned the ACLU lawyer.
Judge Niemeyer asked “if a different candidate had won the election and then issued this order” would it be constitutional?
After a bit of verbal squirming the ACLU lawyer admitted, “Yes, it would be constitutional.”
Evidence, that the issue is not the Constitution. It’s Trump. The political elite cannot allow a successful President Trump. So, they must destroy him.
