Abraham Hamilton III Darkness is not an affirmative force. It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light.
Abraham Hamilton III This is the, Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
Abraham Hamilton III It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite, delivering people
Abraham Hamilton III out of the bondage of mainstream media and the philosophies of this world.
Abraham Hamilton III God has called you and me to be his ambassadors, even in this dark moment. Let's not miss our moment.
Abraham Hamilton III And now, the, Hamilton Corner.
Abraham Hamilton III Good evening everyone. Welcome to the Hamilton Corner. My name is Abraham Hamilton iii, joined by the corner contingent right across from me, my man, 100 grand, Mr. Bobby Roza. And in the screening room we got my main man, the mean in pristine, twin brother of the formerly Mrs. Greene, none other than Mean Cold Greene, but he's a really nice fellow. Nice young man. Yes, it was his sister who interned with us this summer. But Cole said we not trying to intern, we trying to make it official, like a referee with a whistle. Well, we're ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the program. I'm the host of the program, and at this very moment, many of you, if not most of you, are making your transition from your part time jobs where you generate an income, to your full time jobs where you cultivate an outcome. And as you do so, I want to remind you to do so with intentionality. That's right, intentionality. Understanding the primacy that God places on family and welcoming God's view to govern, to guard and to guide your engagement. Because what goes on in your house is far more important than what goes on in the White House. Of course, that is not meant to denigrate or minimize the significance of what happens in the White House, but it's simply to place proper significance onto what happens in our homes. Because the reality is that as vitally important as it is, we must, and I'm going to emphasize that throughout today's program, we must vote. We must let our voices be heard. If we refuse to do so, we are saying we are content with allowing others to dictate to us the direction that our country should follow. And as you've heard me say numerous times, darkness is not an affirmative force, but it does reoccupy the space that is vacated by the light. And if the people of God refuse to help shape the direction and the trajectory of our nation, we must understand that godless people will. You must understand that. I'm still, pondering the reality of Israel's election. With 77.7% of the eligible voting populace participating and the historical average in our country, particularly for midterm elections, is only about 40%. 40% of eligible voters participate. Guys, that. That's embarrassing, frankly. That is embarrassing. And we've. We've been able to be the longest enduring constitutional republic under one form of government in the history of the world. Well, we should be a part of helping to shape its future. So as you're making your transition, I will reiterate what I say, what I said previously. What goes on in your house, guys, it's more important than what goes on in the White House. But we have an opportunity to help to shape what happens in the White House by our civic participation. So as you are making your transition, as you're making transition, making your transition, let this be a day. If you have not started this yet, that. Let this be a day where you lead, especially, husbands and fathers who are listening to me, that you lead your family in worship, right, Starting right in your homes. You know, one of the challenges with young people and worshiping the Lord in the corporate worship settings, because unfortunately for too many of us that, that is an unfamiliar experience when the reality is when we gather corporately with the Lord's people as believers, we should do so together corporately to do so, what we are already doing before we gather corporately, right? But if we would exalt the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, starting first in our homes, there's no question as to what can transpire in our society. But we have to get it right, starting at home first. Everything that happens within our society, it is the byproduct of what does or does not transpire within our homes. To the Word of God we go. Proverbs chapter 11 is, where I'm going to begin for today's programs. Proverbs chapter 11. The first three verses of this proverb is where we're going to go. All right. This is what the word of God says. Proverbs 11, verse 1. A false balance is an abomination to the Lord. But a just weight is his delight. When pride comes, then comes disgrace. But with the humble is wisdom. The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them. Starting at verse one, a false balance is an abomination to the Lord. Some translations also render that phrasing there as unjust scales. A false balance or unjust scales is calling into mind, the historic utilization of a balance as, as a, as a. A mercantile terminology, a term that would apply to an instrument that was used in buying and selling and with, with trading Amongst people. When you had schemers, what'd you say from Hennepin County, Minnesota? Did you say that, Bob, you have schemers who would try to swindle people out of goods or out of, out of money by having a, false balance, having unjust scales. Well, the Lord in his Word is reminding us that people are not the only ones who are evaluating whether or not scales are just or not, whether balances are true or not. God is reminding us that he, he assesses the fairness and the justness of scales and balances. And I'm saying that because there are wicked people, there are, who really believe, that they are so shrewd that they are getting away with their treachery. And I just want to remind you that they're not. They're not. There are many people that will be held account on this side of eternity, but rest assured, even those who think they escape justice on this side of eternity, nobody escapes ultimate justice. Nobody does. A false balance is an abomination to the Lord. To the Lord. So when we have conversations and boy, we plan to get into this later in the show with the, Mary Patola, that's how you pronounce her name. And in, in Alaska, and the candidate farming, trying to find a person, finding every potential registered voter in Alaska whose name is Dan Sullivan and having evidence that shows that her campaign was involved in it. While they say Mayor Patola herself is not aware that was going on. But the NewSong York Times, and this is something people don't realize, it wasn't some conservative, outlet that broke this story. It was the NewSong York Times. The NewSong York Times broke this story as a result of interviewing people close to the campaign, including Mary Patola's former campaign manager. Do you understand? I'm saying the former campaign manager. The evidence that the Times used to break this story included text messages, as I mentioned, memoranda circulated within the campaign, all, ah, for the express purposes of siphoning votes away from the elected incumbent U.S. senator who's running for reelection. Dan. See, is that confusing? To get Dan S. Sullivan, you know, the S and the J, one letter, right? A, false balance is an abomination to the Lord. But you have people saying, oh, well, well, sure, Mario or Mary Patola doesn't know about it. Yeah.
Abraham Hamilton III All right, if you got a scheme, how do you think it works? Have you ever heard the term plausible deniability? There's a reason why when you have drug dealers, the big time drug dealers don't hang out on the corner. Why so they have a fall guy, but it shows you the kind of sleaze that is involved. Or you toggle to Hennepin County, Minnesota, to where James o' Keefe and Cam Higby were involved in exposing, exposing how easy it is to cheat in Minnesota. And instead of a move being made to secure elections in Minnesota. No, no, no, no, no. They turn the governmental, prosecutorial, dare I say, persecutorial dial or onto James o' Keefe and Cam Higby because they were embarrassed that you meant, I can vouch for up to eight other people. And then, and then if you get down into, into the details of the law, if you have a person who works at a residential facility, you know, like where older people may live or another, type of residential facility, the voucher doesn't even have to be a registered voter themselves. They just have to be employed by the facility. And if they are a voucher from the facility, they can have an unlimited amount of vouching. So the government there was embarrassed. And so their, their conclusion is, well, it's kind of like Alissa Slotkin we talked about yesterday, right? You want to have that deterrent effect, you see now, now you don't want to come investigate around these parts, because if you do, you might find yourself in a whole lot of trouble. So now Higby and Okeefe are facing felony charges. But I want to remind you that a false balance is an abomination to the Lord. But a just weight. A just weight is the Lord's delight. When pride comes, then comes disgrace. But with the humble there is wisdom. The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them. As we see this, these various iterations of wickedness and treachery, Guys, remember, you don't return in kind just because they are wicked. In scheming and treacherous and conniving, that we don't, we don't respond in that same manner. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, they're mighty. Through God to the destruction of fortresses, to the pulling down of strongholds. And every now and again we need to be reminded of that, because just like everybody else, as human beings, we could be tempted into, to sliding over into the, into the muck where the muckrakers are. But we must resist that a false balance is an abomination to the Lord. And make no mistake about it, God will not be mocked. So as you're considering participation, and this is about. Sure. this election season that culminates next Tuesday, I really hate saying election season. That really bothers me, but this is where we are. but this is also far broader than an election season, because I would urge you to consider. What is your plan for November 4th? Should the Lord tarry? What will you do differently on November 4th? What is God moving you to be and to do in your neighborhood? What is God calling you to in your homes? We cannot continue to go about things the same way we have been going about them without any type of biblical, biblical, or I should say Bible driven examination as to where we are. And yet in looking for and expecting a different outcome. Guys, it doesn't work like that. It doesn't work like that. There are lots of things we inherited. Freedom. We inherited, this robust and abundant nation we've inherited. But Benjamin Franklin said it all the way back 1787. Would have you wrought, O Benjamin, a republic if you can keep it. That if was a suggestion that keeping the republic was not an automatic nor foregone conclusion. It was not then and it is not now. God has placed you and I in this nation at this very time. God has given us the access and the resources that we have in this nation at this very time. God.
Abraham Hamilton III God expects you and I consider the parable of the talents. God expects you and I to use the things and the resources and the access that he has granted to us to put the light on the lampstand. We must, I say it daily, but we must be about our Father's business. God has planted you and I in this nation at this time and in this moment. We must not miss our moment. As crazy as it is in our culture, as challenging and difficult as it is in different points and in different ways, I'm excited and grateful to be alive right here and right now, first and foremost, because this is the time that God has ordained for me. Secondarily, because we have the opportunity to put the light on the lampstand. And as the light is properly placed, darkness has no choice but to retreat. God can do this any way he wants to, but he's chosen to use his people as his hands and feet. That is you and me. And if you're listening to me and you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ for eternal salvation, what are you waiting for? Today is a day of salvation. There's one name under heaven by which men must be saved. That is Jesus the Christ. Yeshua hamashiach

Abraham Hamilton III Shining Light into the Darkness. This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
Abraham Hamilton III Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner. Abraham Hamilton III here. And I'm delighted to have on the program with me right now the director of communications for AFA Action, which is the Governmental affairs affiliate of the American Family Association. The director of communications for AFA action is none other than Dr. Heather Hefner. Heather, thank you for joining me here in Hamilton Corner this evening.
Dr. Heather Heffner Good evening, Abe. I'm so happy to be here. Thank you for having me.
Abraham Hamilton III Oh, it is truly, truly my pleasure. I wanted to take a few moments just to kind of give our audience a little bit of who you are. I mentioned AFA Action is the Governmental affairs affiliate of afa. There are three divisions under AFA Action. We have the center for Judicial Renewal, in which we engage in things to affect and impact the judiciary. That includes research for federal court, state courts, ah, really moving toward being a major influence, for judicial appointments from presidents at the federal level and things of that nature. We have the center for Government Renewal, through which we do lots of lobbying state by state across the country. And we have the I Voter Guide Division, which, exists primarily to provide voter information to make sure we not only have people willing to vote, but those who cast an educated vote and vote widely. But before we get into a lot of those details, I want to invite you, Heather, just to share a little bit how you came to become a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Dr. Heather Heffner Absolutely. and, you know, that's the most important part. That should be our foundation every time. Amen. so as when I was a teenager, we actually had a youth night at our church, as a lot of youth programs do. We had A group come in from a local Christian college, and they did some speaking, they did a skit. And when they did this skit, it was all about this girl who was kind of the main character of the skit. And she was being pulled in all of these different directions by the world, and that was putting chains on her, and she just didn't feel like she could get free, and she felt trapped. And then when she felt like she was at her lowest point, Jesus showed up and freed her from everything that the world had placed on her as a chain and as a boundary. and that, really, God used that to convict my heart. And, that was when I made the decision to come to Christ and give my life to him and serve him.
Abraham Hamilton III Wow, man. Praise God. Praise God. And as you mentioned, that is the foundation for everything that we do. It should be for us individually. It also is a foundation for. For what we do here through AFA and the various ministries under that umbrella. And I know you have, you are a PhD, hence my description of you and introduction as Dr. Heather Heffner. How did you come to the place to be the Communications Director for AFA Action?
Dr. Heather Heffner Great question. Because my doctorate is in nothing that remotely has anything to do with where I am currently. So I was in education, pursuing education. My goal was to be an administrator in education, which is what my, doctorate is in. And that had been my goal. I thought that was my purpose. I thought that was where God had called me to be. And as he often does, he says, hey, your plan isn't exactly in line with my plan right now. So he opened a door. My husband actually had been at AFA for several years, about 10 years already. And through those connections, doors were opened. And I said, okay, God, if this is where you're going to lead me, I'm going to give it a try. Because the worst thing you can do is tell God no when he opens the door.
Abraham Hamilton III So. Very true. Shout out to Bo, your loving husband. absolutely.
Dr. Heather Heffner Shout out to Bo.
Abraham Hamilton III Yes. Now, with all of this, we are in the time where I've been describing it as the culmination of election season. Gone are the days when we had election day. I mean, what were we doing then? Had to make this move to our election season. And next Tuesday is the culmination of the opportunity in most places, for people to cast their votes as the Director of Communications, for AFA Action, which you're still in education in a lot of ways, just differently than you probably were expecting to be before.
Dr. Heather Heffner That is true.
Abraham Hamilton III What are some of the things that are available to voters to help them to become equipped to enter, the ballot booth with all of the information that they need so they can, they can confidently cast a wise ballot? What are some of the things that are available to, to people who are listening and watching the show right now?
Dr. Heather Heffner We have several great free resources, and our newest one that is very specific to this election is that AFA Action has a free state by state guide that's covering 58 ballot measures across all 24 states that will have measures on the ballot come Tuesday. and we're talking about topics that include life writing the right to abortion into state constitutions. We're talking about voter ID and election integrity. We're talking about parental rights. We're talking about protecting women's sports, girls sports at the K12 and college levels. we're talking about defending the sanctity of marriage as one man, one woman, how God designed it to be. These are the things that are going to be on people's ballots come Tuesday. And Abe, as a mom, the races that I care about most are the ones that most people are actually skipping. They're the ones down at the bottom of the ballot. So a new Barna study found that 85% of reliable voters show up for the big races. They do the top of the ballot, but only 55% are making it to the bottom of the ballot. And that's where the decisions closest to home are being made. You know, my kids may not ever go sit in a senate chamber, but where they are going to go sit every day is in a classroom that is run by a school so many people are not even bothering to vote for. So we can't ask God to bless our communities and our families and our children on Sunday morning when we're sitting in church and then hand those decisions over to whoever bothers to finish the ballot on election day.
Abraham Hamilton III And if I recall correctly, having read that study by Dr. George Barna, he indicated that the primary reason why people usually skip those elections down to the lower parts of the ballot was that they had insufficient information. Am I recalling that correctly?
Dr. Heather Heffner That's right. That's right. they cited that the main reason is because of that lack of information. And that is why we developed this state by state guide. And all you have to do is go to afaaction.net that's asaaction.net and you're going to click on the blue and red banner at the top of the page and that will take you to the state by state guide where you can find every ballot measurement for your state so that you can go into the ballot informed. and the Barna study, you know, it asked voters what would get them to finish the ballot. And the number one answer as you said, ahead of polls, endorsements and even a pastor's encouragement was a voter guide they can trust. So we also have I voter guide which is exactly that. And all you have to do is go to ivoterguide.com you type in your address and you will receive a personalized voter guide based on exclusively on your ballot. And you know voters are hungry for this help. 64% of them in this study said that having trusted information would make them more likely to vote in down ballot races. They want to get it right, they just need the tools.
Abraham Hamilton III And that's why we're trying to make these available and make sure everybody knows. And if you're listening, right now we're watching the show and you're aware of these tools and things, items and this information, please share it with your friends and your families, and your loved ones to make sure they can be, they can join you to become a part of the ranks of the informed, wise voters. Now Heather, I was going to ask you, when it comes to I voter guide, what are some of the things that people can expect to find about the candidates once they go to ivoterguide after having clicked on ivoterguide.com, put it input the information that you mentioned. What are some of the things they can expect to find there?
Dr. Heather Heffner Right. Once they go to ivoterguide.com they type in their address, they're going to find a candidate profile for each candidate on their ballot that's going to show questionnaire answers. If they filled out our questionnaire, it's going to show them voting records. What did they vote on, what did they not vote on. It's going to show them endorsements. Who are they endorsing, who is endorsing them. It's going to show them donations that they are accepting and also who they're making donations to. So it's a very comprehensive research that is going into these candidate profiles. And they will also see a rating of liberal to conservative, verified liberal to verified conservative so that they get a full picture. And these are rated by real people. You know, we're not inputting this into an AI algorithm and letting it spit out what we, what it thinks we want to hear. these are real people that are trained, vetted Volunteer panelists that are rating each of these candidates, and then that's going to an oversight panel that reviews every one of those ratings.
Abraham Hamilton III M Now, I've been that that's so helpful and it's so much information that it will be exceedingly beneficial for people to access and then utilize it as you go to cast your ballot, in your state and your, your polling location. I've been talking quite a bit, just this week Israel's, parliamentary elections took place and which will ultimately determine the, next prime minister and president if there's going to be a change or is it going to be a, continuation of Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu. But one of the things that struck me is that they had record turnout for these elections. 77.7% of voting eligible Israelis participated in the elections this week. The average U.S. participation, particularly in midterm elections, hover hovers around about 40%, 40%. What would you say to someone who say, ah, heather, elections, I'm going to sit out. None of these votes matter anyway. People are going to do what they want to do anyway. I'm going to sit out. What would you say, to a person who might make that suggestion to you?
Dr. Heather Heffner I would say that it's not an option to disengage. Disengagement is not an option. We have to go out and vote. We have to vote the entire ballot, every single race, every ballot measure. Because if we make the choice not to vote, we are handing over the outcomes to someone else. you know, and with candidates, which is, you know, top of the ballot usually is candidates, and people go and vote, that is giving someone else the ability to speak on our behalf, so to speak. but when we're talking about these ballot measures that are at the bottom of the ballot, we have the opportunity to make decisions on policy. And if we are not doing that, these are things like judges and mayors and sheriffs, school board. These are things that directly affect our daily life. So disengaging and not showing up, is not showing up for our families and our children and our communities.
Abraham Hamilton III M and the [email protected] is, concerning the ballot measures is such a valuable resource because how many times have people showed up to vote? And many of them unfortunately, were unaware that there were even ballot measures on their ballot.
Dr. Heather Heffner That's right.
Abraham Hamilton III Let alone would they know how they would want to vote? Because sometimes the ballot measures are worded, in a kind of tricky way. They're convoluted, they're wordy in many instances, very, very difficult to discern. So having the time to sit with the ballot measure before you enter the booth, you get to see, the way that we present it through AFA Action and you get to assess that long before you ever step into the voting booth is just a valuable, valuable resource. Would you share again where, listeners and viewers can go so that they can get access to the state ballot measure guide that AFA Action has put together?
Dr. Heather Heffner Yes. That state ballot measure guide for all 58 measures across all 24 states that will have them on the ballot can be found at afaaction. And all you're going to do is click on the red and blue banner at the top of the page. That's afaaction.net and Abe, you're a pastor and you would think, or hope at least, that the first place believers would turn for, you know, the kind of guidance and help that they need for even an election would be the church. But we found this alarming statistic that only 7% of voters say they get election information from their church, while unsurprisingly, they're turning to social media, 40%, it was at number one where they're turning for this information. So if the church doesn't equip God's people, the world we know will, and it already is. So AFA Action and I voter guides resources, I want to say, are not just available for individuals. These are free resources that pastors and church leaders can use to equip and mobilize their whole congregation so that the church can be part of the solution.
Abraham Hamilton III So well said. Unfortunately, too many churches have kind of bought the lie that, the church is not supposed to be involved in politics. and the reality is, and I've said this numerous times, that when people who are applying for electoral positions or who may be in electoral positions discuss things that are governed by God's word and submitted to the jurisdiction of the Lord, that doesn't inherently reclassify the subject matter. And I remember reading somewhere, I don't know whether I read this, but I read something that says that the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world, and we who dwell therein. So my question would be, well, what exists beyond and outside of the scope of the sovereignty of our Lord and King? I would say nothing, nothing outside that scope. So your point about these resources being available not only for individuals but, but also for churches to utilize for people to bring to their churches to share, with their fellow Congregants. that it is a point that is well taken. Would you share one more time the websites for us? That and the distinction between what's available in each website for people to take advantage of individually or in larger groups, corporately and even in churches.
Dr. Heather Heffner Absolutely. At, afaaction.net is where you're going to find the state by state state ballot measure guide covering all 58 ballot measures across 24 states. That's asaaction.net click on the blue and red banner at the top of the page. And then for your personalized voter guide, you're going to go to ivoterguide.com ivoterguide.com type in your address and receive your personalized voter guide based on your ballot.
Abraham Hamilton III Excellent. Excellent. Is there anything else that I may not have hit that you want to make sure that the people know they have access to and that they could utilize so that we can be as informed as possible and so that we can vote wisely?
Dr. Heather Heffner I don't believe so. I just want to say we have one week left. Well, we have less than one week left. Yeah, less than one week. You have one ballot. And as a citizen, it is our stewardship, it is our job to go out and vote, to make our vote matter. And you can do that by having informed, knowledgeable choices when you go into the ballot. And I do want to say you can print these out. You can print out your state's ballot measure guide, you can print out your personalized voter guide that you received from ivoterguide.com and you can take that into the polling place with you. Many people don't know that.
Abraham Hamilton III Yes, you can carry that with you. Ivoterguy.com, afaaction.net, those are the websites. The information is there for you to review, to peruse, to study, to learn and print and carry with you into the ba. Into the voting booth. You can carry it with you. Heather, thank you so much for joining me. You tell Bo I said he better leave you alone tonight because you've helped us here on a Hamilton corner.
Dr. Heather Heffner Yes, sir. Thank you for having me.
Abraham Hamilton III All right.

Abraham Hamilton III the Hamilton Quarter podcast and one minute commentaries are [email protected] Back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
Abraham Hamilton III Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner. Abraham Hamilton III here. Thank you again to Dr. Heather Heffner for coming on and sharing with us the various resources that are available. Again, if you have this information and you're aware of it, please share it with those in your circle because there are so many who are not aware of it, and they need to have access to the very resources that you are aware of. And if you weren't aware of it before hearing, Dr. Hefner discuss it, well, you're welcome. And I say that on behalf of Heather. Well, some of you may recall back in August, I shared with you, some footage and commentary from the investigative journalistic report provided by James o'. Keefe. He traveled to Minnesota, including Hennepin County, Minnesota, and he exposed for many of us who, who do not live in Minnesota for the first time, the state voting system that they call their voting, their vouching voting system. In the vouching voting system, it allows for one registered voter, okay? One registered voter whose name is listed as a registered voter to appear at a voting precinct and to vouch for up to eight other voters who do not, who are not registered. Okay? Not registered. None of this requires any identification. Not from the voucher, the one person who would do the vouching, nor from the eight additional people. The voucher only has to have their name listed in the registrar of voters for the particular county. And the voucher then says by literally their word, that these other eight people are also voters who live and should vote in this precinct. In the video that I shared, James o' Keefe served as the person who was the registered voter. And he said, well, he asked, how many people can I vouch for? They say up to eight other people. American First, America First Legal discovered that nearly 20,000 people voted most recently was it most recently voted in 22 and 24 elections via the same vouching system. Additionally, pursuant to Minnesota state law, as I described to you during the first segment, if there's a person who is an employee at a residential facility. That employee does not have to be a registered voter. They only have to be employed by the residential facility. And that employee can vouch for an unlimited number of people. The law has been on the books in Minnesota for over. For 50 years. 50 years. Now, I'm sure you can imagine when the law was passed 50 years ago, you know, prior to the transformation of the Twin Cities area areas into, you know, little Mogadishu. You know how you could see how and why some people might do that? Well, you know, people know their neighbors, et cetera, et cetera. Because I want to be specific, what the law allows for. The law allows for the voucher and the vouchees to cast their ballots. But according to the state law, in order for the ballots to, quote, unquote, be counted for certified electoral purposes, then the voters would then have to demonstrate that they are in fact registered voters, et cetera, et cetera. Now, how often do you think, once the ballots are cast, that the people are going back to say, now wait a minute, now we have this percentage of votes that have been presented via the vouching system, before we include them in the certified election results, we need to go back and determine and conclude and affirm that these are in fact people who are eligible to vote in the election. How often do you think that happens? Huh? How often do you think that happens? So what James o' Keefe did, and when I shared this on this show, the majority of you could not believe it. You said, what? Surely, Abe, this isn't real. And honestly, when I first saw it, I didn't think it was real. That's why I had to go and do my own research and define, oh, this is in fact real. The state of Minnesota has a vouching system to it. Nobody has to produce IDs. In fact, one of the poll workers told James O' Keefe that for the people you're vouching for, you are their idiot. You are the id. You are their id. No need for them to show voter id. You are their id. Well, many of you were, as I was shocked to learn that that was an actual system that was in play in existence right now. But it is. Well, the state of Minnesota, and in particular Hennepin County, Minnesota, where James o' Keefe Field filmed his videos. Frankly, I would argue they were embarrassed. They were embarrassed by it. But instead of saying that we are going to make adjustments, we're going to amend our state election laws to provide for the Security that people in our country are clamoring for. Do they do that? Oh, no. Oh, no. The Hennepin county attorney held a press conference yesterday during which she. Now I'm saying she. Now, when I show you this video, I want you to watch it. Now. She, Mary Moriarty, announced that. No, no, they're. They're not changing their. In amending and correcting their voting system. You know, closing loopholes, making it harder for people to cheat. No, no, no. They are charging James o' Keefe and his associate, Cameron Higby with felony charges for exposing the insanity of Minnesota's vouching system. Listen to and watch clip number one. Clip one, go. Do I need to start it over?
Mary Moriarty To cast doubt on the state's vouching system by posting videos of themselves on social media? We were alerted to this conduct by the Minnesota Secretary of State's office. This conduct has been the subject of investigation and review. That review is now complete. Today we are charging two individuals, James o' Keefe and Cameron Higbee, with felony counts of unlawful voting and identity theft.
Abraham Hamilton III You heard it. Two felony counts of unlawful voting and identity theft. Now, of course, you guys know I went to dig to find the charges, and the charges read count one in the charging instrument. Count one, identity theft. And this is the description below. Count one, knowingly misrepresenting his identity and applying for a voting ballot. Count two, unlawful voting. Knowingly misrepresented his identity in applying for a voting ballot. Exact same phrasing, the exact same verbiage. Well, as you might imagine, during the press conference, there were reporters, in the audience who said, now, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Because we all saw the videos, and in the videos, we saw James o' Keefe, before casting any ballots, he didn't take anything or do anything. He didn't actually vote. So are you suggesting that James o', Keefe, during his investigative journalistic operation, that he actually intended to cast a ballot to which the county attorney had to literally say, well, no. The county attorney literally says, no, we didn't. We don't believe that James o' Keefe intended to actually cast a ballot, and Cameron Higbee intentionally intended to cast a ballot? Well, are you just admitting that the second count is now completely nullified because you said he had no intention to cast a ballot, yet you charged him with unlawful voting. And then, you know, the state statutes across the country vary, but as a former prosecutor, I've prosecuted identity theft cases. Identity theft usually is accompanied by some substantive pursuit in which a person Affirmatively not only represents himself as somebody else, but follows that up with some substantive action. You know, somebody steals your identity because they want to use your skimmed credit card number. Somebody assumes your identity because they, want to commit fraud in some other way. This is clearly an effort for journalistic pursuit. The reality here, folks, right, Stealing, you know, you misrepresent somebody's identity to forge a, ah, financial, ah, instrument. Clearly James o' Keefe's purpose was to disclose and to reveal to the American public the voting system and what, what a farce it is in Minnesota. And the reality is that the Minnesota government, the regressives in Minnesota government were embarrassed. This is a prosecution of retribution. This is a prosecution of retaliation. This is a prosecution to say you. How dare you expose our system where it's easy to cheat and we like it that way. We have no intention to change it. No, in fact, we're gonna prosecute you for daring expose us for what it is we're trying to accomplish. Guys, this is insane. It reminds me of, of Isaiah 49, you know, that he who seeks to abide by righteousness and truth makes themselves a prey. And, and hold it now. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty. So you're saying that you want to prosecute James o' Keefe because he's cheating, Unlawful voting. But I thought, I thought, I thought the regression said that don't happen. Didn't Leslie Stahl say we don't really have people. That's illegally. But then didn't Leslie Stahl say that? Did I, Did I. Did I just make that up? Mr. Roza, why are you crying? Why are you crying? Leslie, why are you crying? Mary Moriarty, it is not my fault that you have a vouching system. Guys, this is, this, this, this is insane. This is insane. Leslie Stall said it's so rare, we don't even really need to have investigations. You know why this is happening, guys? For the reasons that Senator Alyssa Stock and Slotkin said to you Monday, we need to prosecute. What did she say? Signature cases. Signature cases that would cause anybody who doesn't share their belief system in their worldview to think twice before engaging publicly in a perspective that diverges from their own. That is what this is about. This is the regressive Hennepin County Attorney's office trying to use their resource. I mean, come on. The things that are happening in Minnesota, this is what you want to spend prosecutorial resources on. This is. This is it. This is what you want to use the resources and the state taxpayer money to investigate. And what kind of investigation do you have to do not to be fair? James o' Keefe did use a registered voter's name, all right? Voter rolls are, readily accessible. Why do you think. Why do you think you all have been getting all these phone calls and text messages from people saying, oh, you're going to vote. Who are you going to vote for? You have this person running. This person running. What do you think that information came from? Guys, because county electoral offices share that information all the time. They redact identifying information, and they share it all the time. That's. That's how. That's how they've been. That's how. That's why your phone has been lighting up with text messages. Because you voted. You've been an active voter. That. That's how. That's how it happens. And more than likely, I don't know if this is what James o' Keefe did, but more than likely, I think he did the exact same thing that political parties and pollsters do to get information from prospective voters to conduct their polls and for candidates to try to make their appeals to people. He more than likely did the exact same thing, which is how he found a name in Hennepin County. And he used that as a basis to find out whether or not to test the theory as to whether or not this whole vouching thing is a real thing. The real issue is that the regressives of Minnesota state government are angry and they want to try to make an example out of James o' Keefe and Cam Higby as one of the Slotkin described signature cases. That's what this is about, plain and simple. And if that wasn't enough for you, like I mentioned, in Alaska, the whole Dan Sullivan thing is the NewSong York Times that broke the story and you had, what did I tell your name was? Elisa Rios, Patola's former campaign manager is one of the witnesses who provided cogent evidence to show that this is a part of a Democrat Party scheme to siphon votes away from the incumbent, Dan S. Sullivan. Well, President Trump is now weighing in, saying that this needs to be investigated. The governor of Alaska just announced today that he's issued an order to probe Patola Senate campaign for potential election violations and criminal activity in the recruitment of Dan J. Sullivan to add his name to the ballot. Guys, this is some, slimy, sleazy stuff, but I'm gonna end the show the way I begin it. I started the program that, a false balance is an abomination to the Lord. Before you can consider that. Conclude, not consider. Before you conclude that schemers are scheming and they're getting away with it, I want to remind you that nobody gets away with the schemes ultimately. And God is taking note of those who are advocates for the schemes of the false balance. Take heart. Pray, do your homework. Get to the polls. Y' all have a great evening.
