Bishop EW Jackson Darkness is not an affirmative force. It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light. This is the, Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio. It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite, delivering people out of the bondage of mainstream media and the philosophies of this world. God has called you and me to be his ambassadors even in this dark moment. Let's not miss our moment. And now, the, Hamilton Corner. And sitting in for Abraham Hamilton III, none other than yours truly, Bishop E.W. jackson. Great to be with you as always. And as always, thank you so much for your support. We just had share a thon last week and we appreciate the tremendous response that you gave us. And God bless each and every one of you. Couldn't do it without the grace of God and without your gracious support as well. So thank you. and as I've said before, everywhere I trav I run into, listeners of AFR and thank you all for your encouraging words. Thank you for approaching me and, letting me know that you're listening. Not just to, support me, but to support the network. And believe me, we are all very, very grateful to you. You know, I have raised many, many times, various perspectives on what we are dealing with right now with this spiritual crisis that we have in our country. It is a political crisis, it is a cultural crisis, but I really believe that it is first and foremost a spiritual crisis. And we are in a spiritual battle. But there's something that God has really brought to mind again that I want to remind people of, particularly in light of the upcoming elections. What is it that motivates the left? What is it that motivates the Demon crat Party? What is it? Why, why this demonic obsession with all of these bizarre issues? And why are they so quick to do things that most of us find offensive, abhorrent, and potentially dangerous to our lives and well being. I mean, for example, wanting to encourage our children to have sex change operations and hormone treatments without, without parental permission. I think, well balanced, decent human beings don't think that way. I have beautiful grandchildren. I love them very, very much. And, in fact, I was just visiting them this last weekend, and my granddaughter went to the supermarket with me to run an errand one time. And she said, well, granddaddy, can I go with you? what do you think I did? I said, well, let's ask your mother if that's okay. I'm the child's grandfather. But still. I said, but your mother is the one who's got to make that decision. Her father wasn't home at the time. I'd probably turned to him as well, but he wasn't home at the time. So I said, well, your mother. Let's talk to your mother, see if your mother says that's okay. Now, again, why? Respect for parental authority. You have a group of people who have absolutely no respect for parental authority. And then I'm thinking about, these various, I think, iterations of the attitude that they have toward the average American. Just, you know, we Americans who are grateful to be Americans, we love our country. We're trying to fulfill our responsibility as citizens and as individuals, as members of families. And yet we seem to have this condescending, hostile response, to our desire to just. To live our lives as we see fit. Not trying to harm our neighbors, just not wanting to be harmed either. just live our lives according to our biblical principles, our ideals. And yet the venom that is spewed toward us, such as, we're deplorables, we're bigots, we're haters, we're racists, we're white supremacists, we're Christian nationalists, and various and other sundry names that they've come up with to describe us. Oh, we're domestic terrorists. Let's not forget that one. We're domestic terrorists. Where is. Is all of this coming from? Well, let me tell you what. What I've been thinking about, and I want to run through some other things as well, related to this. I am convinced of this, folks. And this may seem like a harsh statement. It may seem, even to some people listening to this, may, could that possibly be true? I'm convinced it is true. I am convinced that the left, that the demon crack party, truly hate Americans. I'm convinced of it. They truly hate us. Now, would they ever say that? Of course not. They would never say that. But think about this. Think about what Communists have done. Every time they've taken over countries, they are punished viciously with torture, with death, with commitment to labor camps, sending you to Siberia. But they have severely punished everyone that they perceive to be an enemy, past or present, with either death or torture or commitment to some horrendous labor camp where you're supposed to be reeducated. I read a book once about North Korea. Oh, my goodness.
Caroline Ah.
Bishop EW Jackson it'll come to me. Or maybe I may be able to find it, but find the title of it. But it was about a family in which one member had been basically accused of Saying things that were not in keeping with the regime. And the entire family got committed to a labor camp. And it was about the horrendous, the horrendous treatment that they experienced. Well, you see, I'm convinced that that's the same place. The Demon Crat Party, the Democratic Socialists of America, these people are so singularly obsessed with power that anyone who gets in their way is the enemy. And in all of these countries, that includes the majority of the people, because the majority of the people don't want to live under totalitarian, tyrannical government. And once they gain power, they've got to punish all those people who are in the way of the great utopia that they're trying to create, you see? And I'm convinced that's where this is coming from. so, for example. So, for example, I'm sure you heard the story about Mamdani spending two hours on the telephone with the Secretary of Homeland Security and even apparently had the nerve to call the President. I can't imagine why President Trump would even let him get through to him. But basically arguing for the release of a guy who's convicted of, a violent assault, but also charged with a number of other violent crimes. His name is Oscar Belgal, 28 years old, from the Dominican. Dominican Republic. fourth degree grand larceny. I don't know what fourth degree is, but grand larceny is. I mean, that means you stole something of a certain level of value. and criminal cases involving a whole series of various crimes. robbery, drugs, weapons charges. Is a reputed member of the Trinitarios gang, known for inflicting wounds and killing people with machetes. And Mamdani spends two hours trying to get this guy released. Now you get him released, what is he going to do? The likelihood is he will hurt the American people. You think, well, why in the world would the mayor spend all of that time, given all that he must have to do, trying to get a guy like this back on the street. Now, again, I don't even think they're conscious of this. I really don't in most cases. But I think part of the issue is that they see these people as the punishers of the American people. They see them as people who will inflict the pain on the American people that we so well deserve. Because, after all, it's our fault we produce this guy, right? I mean, we're responsible for him. So it's only fitting that we should be punished by him. It's only fitting that we, or our children or Our wives or husbands be killed by this guy or hurt by this guy, or robbed by this guy or raped by this guy. It's only fitting because after all, we're responsible for his very existence. We're responsible for the fact that he is a ne' er do well, that he is a malingerer, that he is a convict, that he is a killer, that he is, a violent madman. We're responsible for it and we ought to be punished for it. I mean, El sayed, well, you know, we kind of brought 911 on ourselves. Now, he was sort of subtle in saying, but that's basically what he said. Mamdani, you know, yeah, that one thing happened on October 7th. But you know what? And he's really talking about America and Israel because he considers whatever Israel has done, America somehow has backed them. So. Yeah, but what Israel done is an ongoing genocide, nothing to compare with October 7th. And yet he blames us in part for it, if not entirely responsible for it. these folks hate us. They hate us because we're in their way. It's not President Trump alone who's in their way. President Trump is only in their way because he has so much support from the American people. But it's the American people, these idiots, as they would see us, who want a president who loves our country, cares about the American people, and is always trying, whether you agree with his every decision or not, which I don't always, but nevertheless, I believe with all my heart he is always trying to find the answers that will best benefit the American people. And they hate that. They hate it about him. They hate the fact that we're benefited. Everything about this country that we love, they want to tear down. I mean, we're trying to get illegal aliens out. They're trying to keep them in. We're trying to get criminals locked up, they're trying to get them released. We're trying to save unborn babies, they're trying to get them killed. We're trying to protect innocent children from all this disgender, sexual deviancy nonsense that they're trying to perpetrate on even the most innocent children. We're trying to stop them. They're trying to do it with or without our consent and the consent of parents. look, if you, if you found someone who you consider to be an enemy, who had been instructed on all the ways to try to hurt the American people, what you'd be, what you would have found would be the average Democrat, because they've got a myriad ways they've got myriad ways in which they're trying to harm us. And we can't vote for people and put people in office who want to harm us. We can't. Now, I was listening to, El Sayed. Ah. Or an excerpt, because I don't really pay attention to this man. I could not stomach listening to one of his stupid speeches because he reminds me a lot of Gavin Newsom. He's got this great ability to say a whole lot of nothing with a lot of words. And if you're not paying attention, you think he said something. And actually he said nothing. But, you know, he was having this discussion about, I guess, black folks. And he kept referring to the black birthing equity. And by the way, and to birthing persons. He never once used the term pregnant woman. Now, this is a Muslim. You think he believes that nonsense? Everything in his religion militates against it because everything in that religion denigrates women and puts them in a subservient position to men. But here's a guy who claims to be a Muslim, but he doesn't know what a woman is, so he's got to refer to birthing persons. And by the way, apparently, I don't know what this is supposed to mean, but black people need some kind of special treatment here because he's very concerned about black birthing equity. Now, what is that supposed to mean? Now, if he had come out and said, I'm concerned about the fact that more black babies are being murdered in their mother's wombs than of any other demographic group in the country, okay, I would have sat up and paid attention, said, well, maybe this guy's got something right anyway, but, oh, no, no, he's concerned about black birthing equity, whatever in the world that means. This is Bishop B.W. jackson. I'm in for Abraham Hamilton III. You're listening to the Hamilton Corner standby. More to come in just a moment. Hello, I'm Abraham Hamilton iii. Please consider becoming a monthly financial partner today by visiting afr.netgive that's afr.net give. M. Shining light into the darkness. This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio. Now here, here is another example. Bishop E.W. jackson, of course, in for Abraham Hamilton III. But here's another example of this hatred for all things American and for things that we as Americans Cherish. We just had Columbus Day. And of course, in many places. In fact, I went into a place one time and they said, oh, well, m. Monday's indigenous Peoples Day. And it kind of threw me off. And I said, well, first I said, what's that? And then I realized, oh, well, wait a minute, I know what she's talking about. But really, because it's not officially, it's Columbus Day. But of course, Columbus represents a Spanish man, a European, an explorer, an adventurer, a man of tremendous vision and courage and fortitude, who set out to explore the unknown parts of the world, at least unknown to Europeans, who had the wherewithal, the ability at that point, somewhat rudimentary, mind you, but the ability at that point to sail beyond their known area, off into the great beyond the seas. And. And of course discovered, what we now call North America. But he landed at El Salvador, our savior, which is. I mean, he was a Christian man, but, you know, you think he was the worst person who ever walked the face of the earth. I mean, you think he was the devil incarnate. And so we can't honor him because somehow he did something wrong. but we can honor the indigenous people because they knew no wrong, apparently. I guess, you know, we Americans believe in merit. We believe in achievement. And we know we're not a perfect society or perfect people. And we realize that sometimes there are excesses in our country and that individuals particularly, or even groups can do bad things. I'm not talking about demographic groups, but, but, you know, people can become enculturated with wicked ideas and pursue those. But we haven't existed 250 years because we've gotten everything wrong. We've existed and prospered and thrived 250 years because we've gotten so much right. But, you know, we can't celebrate Columbus. No, because, you know, somehow that, that's. You just can't do that, right? That goes back to European exploration and after all the indigenous people were abused. Well, first of all, let me give you a couple of salient facts here. This is what I mean about just hating us. They just hate us. Now. I'm an American of African ancestry, but I'm not an African. I'm an American. And the American heritage is my heritage. That's who I am. That is my. That is the ancestral origin to which I relate, because I know much, much more about that than I do about anything before that. Now, I know that my ancestors ultimately came from Africa, but I don't know exactly where I don't know who, but I have a lot of knowledge, comparatively speaking, about my American heritage. And by the way. And it's what I choose to identify with because to me, it's noble and admirable and inspiring and uplifting. Now, this is what they won't tell you. First of all, this is what the history books won't tell you. There's no such thing as indigenous people on this continent. You know what I just said? And I don't mean any disrespect to natives. There's no such thing. We don't know of any indigenous people because the natives who populated this continent and ultimately migrated down to South American onto the South American continent, they have been extensively tested and their DNA comes from South Asia, ancestrally speaking, they are South Asians who migrated across, I think was called the Beringian Bridge, which now, of course, covered by the Bering Sea. but they walked across the landmass and migrated southward, probably because they were having a hard time growing crops, having a hard time feeding themselves, and they went exploring and looking for greener pasture and ultimately ended up here. They are not from North America. So the whole idea of indigenous people is a lie. M, the best you can say about them is they were here first or settled here before Europeans arrived. And, okay, you want to call that indigenous, but that's not true, is it? I think you could argue that Africans are indigenous to the African continent because we know of no people who lived there prior to them. And m, we don't know that they came from anywhere, but we know that the natives on this continent did come from somewhere else. They did not arise originally in this continent. Of course, nobody ultimately did because we all immigrated. We, ah, go back far enough from the Garden of Eden, but that's another matter. but here's something else they won't tell you. That the first and defining event in the relationship between the European settlers and the people who were here before them is captured in what's known as the 1622 Massacre. And that was a massacre in which the Powhatan Confederacy of tribes attacked English settlers in and around Jamestown, killed 347 with a diabolical plot to befriend them first, get them to let their guard down, and then suddenly attack without mercy, killing men, women and children. 20 of the women who survived were kidnapped and held for ransom. Prior to that, the English settlers took the attitude, let's try to work with the natives, let's try to cooperate with them, let's try to assimilate them, let's try to Christianize them. And people may criticize that, but to me that was a perfectly noble approach. But guess what happened after the Indian massacre of 1622? Yeah, you know what happened? The, the, the word went out. You can't trust them and you can't expect to actually have cooperative relations with them because you never know when they will turn and cut your throat. We are going to have to defeat them. We're going to have to bring them to their knees. And the attitude change very, very, very swiftly after that massacre. Now I don't say that to say everything that happened was the Indians fault. But what I'm saying is the Indians were no different than the Europeans. There were good people on both sides and there were some people who were very aggressive and, and, and could be bloodthirsty on both sides. There were tribes on the native side that were perfectly willing to cooperate with the European settlers. And then they were tribes that would kill everything that moved. Folks, it's the human condition and this stuff of trying to paint the settlers as the epitome of evil and the natives as the cooperative peace loving people who ended up encroached upon by the mean ugly Europeans who were bloodthirsty and thought of nothing but killing them all. Oh that's. Yes. So we can't celebrate Columbus because he's one of those mean Europeans, but we can celebrate the natives because they're, they were, you know what, they weren't far from the Garden of Eden. They were just dancing and lollygagging and playing and having fun. And, and when the Europeans came, they said oh, you all can join with us and have fun too. And, and those mean Europeans said oh, we, we don't want to have fun. We don't want to cooperate with them. We want to kill them all. Well the first people to engage in mass killing was the so called indigenous people. Once again proving my principle. It's not the skin, it's the sin. And this idea of what a white man is, the. He's the problem in every, everywhere he appears. Yeah, right. Well somebody go read. I would send you people read the Bible sometime, just, just once and get a sense that even among those that God chose and anointed, there was not a single one of them, not a single one of them except our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who could be held up as an icon of perfection. Not a single one other than Jesus. All the messed up, all of them. I mean remember Abraham lied about Sarah being his wife. Elijah, became suicidal because things didn't quite work out the way he thought. I mean, there is none righteous, no, not one. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. And that's the truth of the matter is. But these people who want to paint somehow the settling of this continent and the birth of this country as somehow the epitome of all of the evil that you can conjure up, and it resides in one vessel, that is the white man. These people are truly evil. And these people hate us. And when I say us, I mean they hate those of us who are grateful for this country, who love this country, who love God. We are the Christian nationalists, after all. another one of these pop stars recently said that, you know, the greatest threat to America is the Christian nationalist. They hate us. That's why, folks, we cannot stay home and let these people take over our country, because there is no telling what they will do if they ever had the level of power they really want again. You don't have to look far to see it. You have to think, well, you know, Bishop Jackson, you might be exaggerating a little bit. Don't you remember how they celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk? So many of them, even the ones who didn't celebrate it, didn't have anything decent to say. They probably felt the same way, but they knew they better not say it because that was going a little bit too far. I mean, they're still. They're still wishing for the murder of the 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Wishing, hoping for his murder. We, as I've said before, are at a distinct disadvantage from a strictly earthly point of view because we cannot descend to the level of depravity. We will not engage in depravity, in order to accomplish anything political. The weapons of our warfare are. Are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. And that's how we win. That's how we further our interests. We use the high road of love, not the low road of hatred. So we still pray for them, even though we don't like the things that they stand for and do. We still pray for them. And we just continue to march on toward victory because we know that's the ultimate. And anyway, we know that's how it's all going to work out. We don't have to hate them to get there. In fact, we can love them all the way and hope that they'll get a revelation one day. But what we cannot do, folks, is put them in power. What we Cannot do is abdicate our responsibility to vote these rascals out and make sure they get nowhere near the levers of power. You know, when somebody says they hate you, they may not say it as articulately as I've just said it. In other words, as directly, maybe I should say, as I've just said it, I hate you. But when everything they do suggests that they hate you, you don't want to hand them a pistol. And not voting to me is doing just that. It is handing those who hate us a pistol, metaphorically speaking, of course. And saying, you know what? You know, I know you hate me. Have at it. Now, the Bible says, be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. In other words, we're not trying to hurt them. But my goodness gracious neither. Neither do we want to put in their hands the instrument and ammunition to hurt us. And putting them in power. That's exactly what that does, Talarico. I mean, this guy is all over the place. Why, just anything he can do or say to get power God is not in binding. Oh, no, I didn't mean that. I didn't mean that, y'.
Caroline All.
Bishop EW Jackson I know you all heard me say that, but. No, I didn't mean that. Open borders. No, I didn't mean that. No, no, I know you heard me say that, but I didn't really mean that. I mean, apparently nothing that this guy said in the past does he actually mean. And now he's been out two weeks, apparently with the flu. I've had the flu. Anybody ever had the flu? And you were down for two weeks. Now that the flu develops into pneumonia or something like that, maybe. But the regular flu for two weeks, three days, four days, five days, maybe. Maybe a week, two weeks. So it's technically only 10 days. Yeah, well, you know. And, no incommunicado for 10 days. What was he really up to? What m is really going on there? Well, I call him Pee Wee Herman. I think the guy's got serious problems. Serious problems. Because anybody who thinks the way he thinks and is going to blaspheme God and pull God into his sick vision and try to play with God and shape God into a vision and image that he has. Not what God presents himself to be, but what he wants God to be, that person's more dangerous to himself than he knows. Because it's a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Well, again, well, I don't hate him, but I certainly don't want him anywhere near controlling anything that's going to happen in this country. Look, when I come back, I want to take your calls. 888-589-8840. That's 888-589-8840. We have got to get out and vote. The term providence means God's superintending care over his creation. So then my question to you as I open the phone lines, 888-589-8840. Maybe I should say my questions to you are, have you voted? Are you going to vote? Have you met people, particularly Christians or maybe people who identify as at least conservative, who haven't voted and don't intend to vote? And what do you say to those people? Because I've certainly met them. I have met them. Christian people working in youth ministries. I've met second Amendment enthusiasts who tell me I don't vote. I don't get involved in that. What are you, what is wrong with you? I think my thinking to myself, what, how can you say that? What I mean, 888-589-8840 is the number. That's 888-589-8840. How can you value the rights that you enjoy that God gave you, that the Constitution is sworn, established to secure for you? How can you say, I'm not going to vote? Because to me that would suggest you don't really value those rights. You don't really value the liberty that is the grant of almighty God? Because if you did, you would be the first in line. I'm definitely voting, now. And I know some people say, well, I don't, I don't like either candidate. You have to pick the one that's closest to your values unless there's some overriding reason not to vote. And I've had those moments, by the way. They're rare, but I've had them in which there's been nobody on the ballot that I could in good conscience vote for, feeling that if I can cast my vote for either candidate, I was going because I couldn't. I, haven't voted for a Democrat since Jimmy Carter and I repented many times over that one. But there have been times when the Republican or an independent or whoever else is running was so bad that I simply couldn't cast a, vote for any candidate. And you know what I've done where I could write in a name, I written in the name of Jesus, knowing he's not on the ballot. But I just want to make a statement that I'm a Jesus follower. So I'm not voting for somebody who I consider to be an enemy of the gospel of Jesus Christ, period. I tell you what I did, here in Virginia for Lieutenant governor, and I know some people disagreed with this decision, but I wrote in the right encounter because at least I thought the right in candidate was somebody that I could in good conscience support, even though I knew he really didn't have virtually any chance because, you know, write ins. How can you possibly have a chance as a write in candidate? I mean that's, I mean, boy, that's, that's a tough one. That's a tough one. But I thought I could at least vote for that person and never have to look in the mirror and say, you know, man, I wish I hadn't done that. The person didn't win.
Caroline Of course.
Bishop EW Jackson and sadly the person who did win was a Muslim. And some people would say, yeah, but you know, you should have voted against that. Well, it would have been six of one, half dozen of the other. Muslim on the one hand, homosexual on the other. To me that was no choice at all. The number again is 888-589-8840. That's 888-589-8840. Looks like all the, as far as I can see, at least if my board is working, all the lines are, are available to you. and, and by the way, by the way, one, I, I said this about criminals, about what the criminals can, how the criminals serve as a punishment on the American people. I'm convinced of this. I'm convinced that Muslims serve the same role. I mean, think about folks, think about what Islam has produced in our world. And then Think about what it will do if it has its way in our country. The Houthis just had an attack of the Houthis by the Houthis, on the Riyadh airport. Killed 12, injured 300. And of course they're Iran backed Islamists terrorists. Boko Haram, they're killing Christians every single day in Nigeria. Hezbollah. Now they say they've been defeated, but we know they're not out of existence. It may mean that for the time being they're incapable of killing, carrying out any terrorist acts at the moment. But we know they're not dead because they inculcate young people to believe these vicious ideologies. Then you've got Hamas, they're in Gaza and they've continued to be recalcitrant. I mean, no matter how much they are punished by the Jews, and no matter what the government of Israel does to warn civilians, they stick civilians out front to try to make sure as many civilians get killed as possible so that they can use that against the Israelis. And then there's isis. we've had our run ins with them. We just had a young kid that was radicalized by ISIS in Minneapolis who was intending to go and shoot as many people as he could in the Mall of America. Then there's Al Shabaab, that's the Somali, terrorists. In fact, this kid wanted to join Al Shabaab apparently, but he couldn't get through to them. So ISIS was happy to radicalize him and, and release him to go kill Americans and the Taliban. Of course we know they're a terrorist organization. And there's several others, by the way. Yeah, I just gave you seven. And when people tell me, well, Islam is a peaceful religion, I said, well, boy, they, they certainly do have a weird way of showing it because they are prolific at producing violent jihadists for a very peaceful religion. Massive joke. But again, you know, we vote for, not you and me, of course, but Americans vote for these, these Islamists, these jihadists. You got El Sayed, who said when asked repeatedly, well, is, does, does Israel pose as great a threat to the United States of America as Iran? That's an absurd question. That's a ridiculous question. I think both are dangerous in their own way. What. Can these folks be trusted with power? And the answer to me is absolutely not. Absolutely not. Because even those like an El Sayed, who is not an active terrorist, they are imbued with the same attitudes, the same anti Semitism, the same anti American hatred. I mean, remember, he still hasn't renounced his relationship with Hasan Piker. And Hasan Piker has made clear that he hates America. He's tried to walk that back a little bit in the interest of the candidates he's trying to help. But he's made clear that he can't stand our country. I told you all. He's an anchor baby. His parents brought him here. They're from Turkey. They brought him here, had him, took him away as an infant. He was raised in Turkey. And a lot of Islamists are in Turkey right now and are coming from Turkey. and then brought him back at the cusp of adulthood so that he could be here as a thorn in the side of the American people, denouncing our country, telling us we deserve 91 1. We're the worst country in the world. We're worse than Al Qaeda and all this nonsense. We can't. We simply cannot turn power over these people. By the way, and I'm coming to the phones. Just one moment. Let me just say this. We've been praying for God to bring confusion into their ranks, to have diffusion of their attitudes into despair and disheartenment, to have their funders refuse to give them the funding that they need to carry out their plans. And when I see things like Talarico being missing for two weeks with no explanation, I say, okay, Lord. Thank you. I mean, we're seeing it right there, seeing some of the. The confusion. What does that mean? Where was he? What happened? Causing people to wonder, to take stock. I think the same is true for Syed when he can't answer whether Iran poses a greater threat. When Iran's threatened us with nuclear weapons in the past and said, down with America. Kill America. They want America destroyed. And he can't tell the difference between America and Israel. Where Israel is. Is an ally that in every way tries at least to support the United States of America. 888-589-8840. let's go to the phones. We've got Stan in Iowa. Stan, welcome. Stand, are you there?
Caroline Yes, this Stand.
Bishop EW Jackson All right, Stand. Welcome to the program. What's on your mind today?
Caroline thank you, Bishop Jackson. I wanted to. I heard you speaking about Columbus, and, there was one part of the story, that I think deserves, ah, mentioning as that, I got this from a children's book. but basically, Columbus, his crew was about to. To pull a mutiny on him because they had been out there, and the sea was. I got kind of slow and everything. And basically, he had to go in his cabin and pray. And he was looking for an idea, just something to convince his men to stay with him. And he had the idea of the resurrection of Christ, how it took three days of them waiting. And so he went out there and he told him about that, and he said, if you can just give us three days, he said, then, if there's no sign of land, then we'll turn around. And on the third day, they saw, like, twigs floating in the water from some kind of storm that had come from, the banks, of the new land. so it was definitely a great step of faith that he took to do that.
Bishop EW Jackson Amen. Amen. Stan, thank you for the call. That is essentially a true story. Can't verify every detail of that, but that is essentially a true story. I mean, they were on the cusp of a mutiny because at that point, they felt lost. They felt like they were going to die, and that Columbus had led them on a fool's errand. And, you're right. He stepped out and proclaimed that God was going to deliver them. He was a man of prayer. He was a man of faith. And this stuff of denouncing Columbus as just some kind of cruel, master and abuser is just wrong. But of course, we know it plays very well politically in some circles, so thank you for reminding us of that, Stan. I celebrate Columbus Day, not Indigenous Peoples Day. All right, let's go to Frank in Mississippi. Frank, welcome.
Caroline Hey. Hey, brother. Hey. I heard they raided Eli Omar. That's her name. She's a congresswoman up there.
Bishop EW Jackson Yes. Johan Omar. That's right.
Caroline Okay. Yeah, I'm sure they can find a lot of dirt on that woman. But anyway, I wanted to ask you about, I think I was listening to Todd Herman earlier today, and he brought up this woman. These two women that worked together. One of them liked Trump, and the other one hated Trump. And I call it Trump derangement syndrome that she had. And she shot the other woman that liked Trump and shot her in the back and killed her. I mean, what do you think of people that just hate Trump so much that they can't. They can give him credit for anything now? I don't agree with everything he does, you know, but. Yeah.
Bishop EW Jackson Ah.
Caroline I mean, they got people out there that just. They can't say any. I mean, they hate no matter what, you know? I think it's a mental illness, man.
Bishop EW Jackson Well, thank you for the call, my friend. I, believe it's a spiritual illness, because to hate someone at that level and Remember, I've been saying they don't just hate Trump. Trump represents the American people. The attitude of patriotism, of love, of country, of belief in America. They hate that he just happens to be the person upon whom they can target their venom. Because they don't know you. They don't know me necessarily. well, some of them know me, and I've had my share of it, but that's really what it is. They want this country, and we're in their way. And I said earlier, too, they don't have a problem with using lies, with stealing, cheating, or killing in the end in order to get what they want. Well, folks, it's always a, pleasure and an honor to be with you. Please don't forget, tell everybody you know of like mine that they must get out and vote and that they must vote their Christian values. I say don't vote race, don't vote party, don't even vote personality. Vote principle. Vote principle. And, if we as Christians do that, our country will be pulled back from the precipice and we'll be able to continue righting the ship of state. So, look, in the meantime, you all know what to do. Stand up, step up, speak up, and refuse to back up. Because we cannot be defeated if we will not quit because we are on God's side.
Caroline It.
