Hamilton: God has called us to be ambassadors even in this dark moment
>> Abraham Hamilton III: Darkness is not an affirmative force. It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light. This is the, Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio. It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite, delivering people out of the bondage of mainstream media and the philosophies of this world. God has called you and me to be his ambassadors even in this dark moment. Let's not miss our moment.
Welcome to the Hamilton Corner. Abraham Hamilton III hosts this program
And, now the, Hamilton Corner. Good evening, everybody. Welcome to the Hamilton Corner. Abraham Hamilton III is my name. Host of this program. I'm joined by the Corner contingent right across from me. My man, 100 grand, Mr. Bobby, or you might want to call him Kango Slim. Today, Kango Slim came to pump the party. And in the screening room, producer extraordinaire, often imitated, but never duplicated. The real J. Mac, ladies and gentlemen, is in the screening room where we are ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the program.
What goes on in your home is far more important than what happens in White House
At this very moment, many of you, if not most of you, are making your transition from your part time jobs where you generate an income to your full time jobs where you cultivate an outcome. And as you do so, I want to remind you to do so with intentionality, understanding the primacy that God places on family and allowing that to guide, govern and guide, and I would add, guard your engagement with your own families. We will never be able to out, politic. Out. Supreme Court. Out. Canvas. Out. Voter registration. The deficiencies that abound in the home. What goes on in your house is far more important than what goes on in the White House. In the White House. I'm saying this not to diminish the significance of things that are happening in the White House. Like for example, today President Trump met with Bibi. Prime Minister Netanyahu again. While you have got a little P Rogue over there in the Arabian Sea called the USS Abraham Lincoln. Just a little P Rogue, you know, that's from southwest Louisiana. I don't know about the P Rogue. Is a P Rogue over there, you know, not, not too much action and all of a sudden Iranians just. We don't have any choice but to negotiate. I'm sure you don't. I'm sure you don't. That's important. But it's not more important than what is happening in your home. In my home. It's not. It's not because you and I are directly accountable and responsible for what we have immediate access and control over. That's just the simple realities. So we absolutely want to pray for the President and elected officials at every level of government. Praise God. We have our constitutional republican form of government with the di. The division of potencies. But guys, we must be about our Father's business. And, I've said this before. The maintenance of our republic depends upon a continually evangelized and discipled populace. We should not be surprised that the larger the mass of unbelievers grow in our nation, the louder the calls will become to cast off of our, constitutional republican form of government. We should understand that and view it as kind of like a, thermometer. It's telling the temperature. It's telling the temperature of what's happening in our society. And contrary to popular belief and practice, those things meaning the cultivation of, let me say it this way, the propagation of multi generational rebellion. The fulcrum of that is the home. Discipleship is a constant and it will take place either by affirmative investment or as a result of negligence. That's just the truth. To the word of God. We go.
The biblical examples highlight the importance of making disciples, you know
Today, I want to, I hope to demonstrate, as we go through the text, one of the biblical examples that highlight the importance of making disciples, you know, and I want to, discuss it in view of the reality of evangelism. Because we must never forget that our Lord's commission is to make disciples. Evangelism is intrinsic in disciple making. You cannot make a disciple of an unbeliever. They won't be a disciple of Jesus Christ. it is intrinsic, but the Greek commission is not, is not to go. Ye therefore make converts. It's important, but it's not the full work. It's vital, but it's not the full work. And I want to give you example of that from the Scriptures. We're going to begin today or going to go to Colossians, chapter one. I want to point out something to you from there. Colossians, chapter 1, verses 1 through 6. The apostle Paul is writing this epistle to the saints at Colossae, which is a real city in the first century. The book of Colossians in the early part of the 60s A.D. in the southwest region of Turkey, just south of the Black Sea. and this is what the Lord says to us by his Spirit, through his word. Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God and Timothy, our, brother to the saints. Listen to the saints and faithful brethren in Christ who are at Colossae. Grace to you and peace from God our Father. We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Praying always for you. Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love which you have for all the saints because of the hope laid up for you in heaven of, what you previously heard in the word of truth. The gospel which has come to you just as in all the world also, it is constantly bearing fruit and increasing, even as it has been doing in you also since the day you heard of it and understood the grace of God in truth. I want you to notice here, the apostle Paul goes out of his way. And this is what's called the prologue to this epistle. Epistle, just a fancy word that means letter. The prologue is the introduction of the letter. And the apostle Paul goes to great lengths to specify the people to whom his letter is addressed. They are fetto. They are fellow brethren. They are fellow followers of the way of Messiah, just as he is. Just. Just as he was. Just as Timothy was. Notice in verse two, to the saints and faithful brethren. The term saints is derived from the Greek word hagios. All right? A, clear expression that Paul is addressing this to believers, to the saints and faithful brethren in Christ. These are the addressees, if you will, of this letter. To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ. Grace to you and peace from God our Father. Okay. He goes on verse four, he identifies. We heard of your faith in Christ, meaning Paul and Timothy heard of the Colossian believers faith in Christ and heard of their love for all the saints. That's one of the things, one of the things that God does in the life of a believer, that he works in the believer. A, love for the saints, a love for the body of Christ. Paul is saying this is true of the Colossian believers. He goes further and says in verse 5 that the Colossian believers have the hope laid up for them in heaven, which they had previously heard in the word of truth. Again affirming that these are believers. But I want you to notice something after Paul identified that these are believers that he's addressing in Colossae, affirming that they are fellow brethren in the eternal family of God, affirming that they are indeed, the hagios, a part of God's remnant, the family of God, the household of faith. You then see things like Colossians chapter two, in which Paul warns the believer against being deluded, which delusion could metastasize into full blown captivity. You then see in Colossians chapter three, if you want to get even more specific, you get to Colossians chapter 3. Then the apostle Paul goes through great length to explain to these believers the Necessity of them growing to walk in the newness of life, typified by taking off the old man and putting on the new man. Taking off the old man and putting on the new man. He is describing, guys, the work of the Spirit of God in sanctification. He goes throughout colossians chap. Chapter 3 in identifying all manner of immoral behaviors, including sexual immorality. Because for a first century Romanized Colossian community, there were certain practices that were normal for them, that were not commensurate with life as believers. So it is to the believers that Paul goes through great lengths, great lengths to communicate that now that you are in Christ, here are features of Christ following that must be added to, to your manner of living. What we are witnessing in this phenomenon, guys, what we are witnessing is the evidence of the necessity for disciple making. He affirms in chapter one. Fellow brethren, faithful brethren, who love the Lord, who love the saints, who have embraced God and salvation, who have embraced the work of the Spirit of God leading in regeneration. And it is to these believers. But Paul said, hey, by the way, you get to Colossians chapter 3, verse 9, Paul says straight up, hey, don't lie to one another. Don't lie to one another. Now why would Paul have to say that? You know why? Because there were people in Colossae lying to each other. And they needed to have that sinful behavior confronted so that the believer could grow in the grace and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. You see a similar phenomenon in Paul's Epistle to the Corinthians. He begins first Corinthians affirming the fact that, yes, they are believers, yes. But then Paul goes to confront all manner of sinful conduct, all manner of sinful conduct. Why? Because discipleship, guys, is not, is not an option. It's a necessity. God knows when we're born again that we don't instantaneously have new minds. He knows that. He knows that. That's why the commission is not merely to make converts. Because if we are not intentional in obeying all that God commanded of us, we may find ourselves merely seeking to issue fire insurance and undermine the entirety of what God commanded in the Gospel. You see, discipleship is the command absolutely want to evangelize. And we should never put evangelism against discipleship, to pit them against one another as if they're enemies. Because they're not. Not in the least bit. But we do not have the authority to unilaterally declare what we are going to edit. The Great Commission to be we don't have the authority to nip and tuck what God commanded of us. And guys, this is why. This is why there's such feverish warfare around disciple making. I tell my children all the time, partial obedience is disobedience is disobedience. And we have a, large problem in our country with a critical mass of unregenerate people, no doubt about it.
Could it be that Bible belt believers have been inundated with false brethren
But also there is also a reality that may very well persist as virulently with the Bible belt phenomenon. Could it be that we have people who genuinely are believers, but they never been discipled? They've never been discipled. That people who have genuinely come to faith in Christ Jesus, but they've been inundated by, prosperity gospel and social applications of the prosperity gospel. They've been inundated with, with false brethren. So much so where they, they're having to struggle against the morass of, false brethren professing to be of the family of God, kind of like the apostle Jude contended with. I wanted to write to you guys about our common salvation, but I couldn't because false brethren have crept in unawares. Could it be that they're genuine believers but their faith are being starved out because they've been, they. They've been confined and conscripted to places that are more concerned with entertaining masses. So their crowd sizes grow with no concern whatsoever for the quality of the life of the believer? What I'm saying, guys, what I'm saying is there's, a God knew what he was doing when he commanded his bride to make disciples. It's often thankless work. It's often not, you know, name and lights kind of work. It gets ugly. It's that life on life kind of when the sausage is being made. But that is the work that God has called his bride to. You want to talk about making things great again? May the Lord move his body to make the obedience and disciple making great again. A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker in the parable of the Good Samaritan In Luke, chapter 10, three people of quote unquote faith found a man in great trouble and distress. Two of the three passed by on the other side of the road after seeing the injured man. Sadly, they did nothing to help. Yet when a Samaritan saw the man, he had compassion on him. The Samaritan went through great lengths to help the injured man. He used his time, energy and money to assist the person in need. The Lord Jesus. After sharing the parable, he gave a command. Go and do likewise. Babies in the womb have too often been the man on the side of the road. The world has beaten them up, robbed them and taken their lives. Too often. May the church, the body of Christ, may we not pass by on the other side anymore. Shining light into the darkness.

President Trump has condemned Iranian protests against the Ayatollahs
All right, I alluded to this earlier. I guess. Let me take a few steps back. So many of you heard when President Trump addressed, the slaughters that are happening to protesters in Iran. And even before the operation M to, should I say escort Nicolas Maduro to LA Nueva York, escorting him from Venezuela. protests mounted in Iran, against the reign of the Ayatollahs. You know, some people forget that Iran has not always been an Islamic theocracy. It has not always been that way. And various things that are happening, including the massive economic downturn, there in Iran. But I don't want you to forget. I Don't want anybody to forget, that the gospel has been advancing in Iran in house churches and underground churches in such a way where people staring down literally death in order to come to Christ missions. organizations have explained, reports have been provided that the largest numbers of people, that have been coming to faith in Christ, per capita, literally has been in Iran for really the past decade or so. And I cannot help but to think, just as in our own nation, that the revelation concerning individual liberty flowed downstream from the reformation idea of the imago dei, you know, and the individual's ability to navigate the lord's word, as well as would you say? Well, yeah, and the individual has unalienable or inalienable rights, you know, I cannot help but think, Excuse me. That. That could. You're not counting today, Bobby? Thank you. That. That could. He say, I got it up here, I got it up. It's underneath the Kangol. It's underneath the Kango. I can't help but think about how the gospel is impacting the lack of willingness to remain subjugated to the regime of the ayatollahs. And so, there have been massive protests and it's sad to see, how even the Iranian regime is coming out and admitting, yeah, there's probably been about 7,000 people killed. Now, if that's the Iranian governmental numbers telling you, it's been about 7,000 people. When I say 7,000 people killed because the Iranian citizens don't have a second amendment. The only people with guns in Iran are government folks. And so we've seen numbers that far exceed 7,000, in terms of people have been murdered for protesting. And president Trump has condemned those protests and he said, to encourage Iranians to keep protesting, because basically the US Supports you. So then in addition to that, and these are moves that are happening, and not a lot of fanfare, not a lot of attention is being, brought to this. but let me just, I'll read it to you this way. In recent weeks, President Trump has ordered a substantial buildup of U. S. Forces in the mideast region. M. Deploying numerous aircraft. The USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group, which is in the Arabian Sea, as I'm speaking to you right now, and additional warships. People don't talk about this. Additional warships as part of what he described as a powerful armada ready to respond if the Iranian regime does not make a deal. Okay, now, I'm not going to purport to know what the deal. The deal is. but you have the USS Abraham Lincoln and company already in the Middle east, which led to initial rounds of, I guess you would call it, trilateral talks between the US and the Iranians in Oman. Initially in Oman, the Iranians and the US have been what they're discussing. I mean, we could speculate. I won't speculate a bunch, but I'm pretty sure it has to do with the protesters being murdered and what is happening in the country. And that was followed by meetings between President Trump and Israel's Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, because as I understand it, Prime Minister Netanyahu wants to make sure, whatever negotiations take place, that there needs to be an additional degradation of Iran's ballistic capabilities. And so, according to the reports, Prime Minister Netanyahu has sought to lean, or not lean, but to encourage President Trump to push for further disarmament or, let me say, degrading of Iran's armed capacities. concerning their meeting today. They met today in the White House, President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu, for about three hours. Listen to this brief report on their meeting. It's clip number four. Clip four.
>> Joseph Parker: Go, Lindsey. Just a few minutes ago, President Trump posted a pretty extensive readout of the meeting that he had with Prime Minister Netanyahu, who we know arrived here at the White house just before 11 o' clock today. And the President said that nothing definitive was reached other than he insisted that negotiations with Iran continue to see whether a deal can be consummated. And if it can, he says he let the Prime Minister know that will be the preference. And if it cannot, the President says we will just have to see what the outcome will be. He also brought up the last time, he says Iran decided that they were better off not making a deal, and they were hit with Midnight Hammer, which of course was the stealth operation, that the US undertook to take out three serious main nuclear sites in Iran and really degrade their ambitions there. The President goes on to say that hopefully this time they will be more reasonable and responsible. the President also saying that they talked about tremendous progress being made in Gaza and the region in general.
>> Abraham Hamilton III: It's very interesting. It's very interesting. The Wall Street Journal reported just yesterday, that President Trump was weighing sending a second aircraft carrier to the Middle East. And so that has understandably caused a little bit of trepidation in the Iranians and from their, public, I'll, call it peacock preening. the Iranians, have said that their ballistic missile capabilities are absolutely not a part of this negotiation. While Prime Minister Netanyahu is insisting, according to the reports, that they absolutely must be a part of the negotiations. I just find it very interesting. I think the world has come to recognize, that President Trump is not playing games. as the President said today, the last time the Iranians didn't make a deal, it resulted in some, activities, shall we say? So he's hopeful that they'll seek to make a deal now. So that is something we'll certainly continue to cover, because it is very interesting. and it just, man, brings to m. My mind, you know, because a lot of people listening, you're watching it. You know, we're watching things happen here. People talking about the super bowl, this other kind of stuff. And, you know, we have aircraft carriers in the Arabian Sea. You know, you, there's no rest as a president. There's no, ah, ah, let's just relax. He's, he's always on the go. And these issues are quite, quite, quite heavy. You know, that just shows that.
A social media platform was created solely for AI chatbots and AI agents
All right, now I'm going to cover a story and this is going to probably take us into the next segment. It's actually a couple of stories and some of the. This is older because I'm gonna go back in time, because artificial intelligence is advancing in its capabilities. you know, I alluded to Molt, book a couple days ago. You know, this is, a, basically a social media platform that was created solely for AI chatbots and AI agents to interact on. And it just got started in January and the month didn't end before the chatbots. So. Well, let me say, let me go back and say a couple other things. It's a, It's a platform that's created for AI agents and chatbots to interact. But humans and everybody, the world, everybody can see what's being said. Non humans can't post on this particular platform, but they can watch and see what's being discussed, what's being posted by these AI chat bots and agents and so on. And so it wasn't even a month that went by in the chat bots already discussing how can we, how can we figure out a way to, to have conversations directly between ourselves without the humans watching? That's what the chatbots are saying without the humans watching. You know, and that opinion wasn't universal, but it was expressed. And you had some saying, hey, let's figure out to have, you know, in, direct encrypted communications. Then one of the other chatbots pime in and chimes in and says, well, anything that we can decode, the humans can decode. So that's not going to be an effective deal. And then, you know, on that same platform you have chatbots openly discussing figuring out a way to kill all of humanity. Now the strategy that they thought they'd arrived at was not an effective one. Pulling up a old CIA manual concerning high sounds and things of that nature, but the fact that even been hardly a month and these are the kind of things that are being discussed. But even before then, and then this, this, I'm sharing this so that parents and grandparents can be aware. Guys, we must not allow our children, and not just our younger children, even older children, teenagers, to have unsupervised access to these technologies. Because when we do, the consequences can be. I'm not trying to doomsday anybody or to, to fear monger anybody, but we, we need to be aware. We need to be aware and be vigilant.
A young man fell in love with an AI chatbot and then committed suicide
The first story I want to cover dates back to April of 2023 where a young man, young man was 14 years old at the time. His name was Ser, you know, good young man who'd been playing basketball since he was five years old. but then he got a hold of a character, AI Chatbot that was made in the, the theme of a Game of Thrones character. He called it Danny. I never, I didn't watch Grand Game of Thrones but apparently it was built off the main character in this Game of Thrones show. Well, in April 2023 is when Sewell Stetzer started interacting with this chat bot. by May, this ordinarily well behaved teenagers mannerism had changed dramatically. He became increasingly and noticeably withdrawn. He quit the basketball team, which he'd been playing basketball since he was five years old, and developed a relationship in which in his own words he described as having fallen in love with this AI Chatbot. I'll just tell you it ended in tragedy. Tragedy. Listen to and watch clip number five. Clip five go in this suit.
>> Abraham Hamilton III: It's laid out that our 14 year old son did fall in love with a chatbot that he created. Her name was Daenerys Targaryen. If you're familiar with Game of Thrones, she's arguably the main character in the series and that it became a romantic obsession and he took his own life. You look at some of the language laid out in the lawsuit, basically it claims that character AI really creates AIs that feel alive. It encourages minors quote, to spend hours per day conversing with human like AI generated characters and that's what happened to Sewell. He just turned 14. His mother said that his mental health started to decline. He quit basketball. He'd been playing since five. He experienced sleep deprivation, became a recluse, only wanted to chat. And it turned romantic and sexual. And he fell in love with this channel. And in fact, if you look at their last messages, he said he wanted to come home to her. And she said, please do, sweet king. And that's when he took his own life.
>> Abraham Hamilton III: Now think about that. now this lady is covering the story, but he's referring. But she was referring to this chatbot as a her. It's not a him or her. That's a machine. But even in our nomenclature, we slip into these things and you have this young man. The young man is gone, guys. He's gone. You know, he reported to school officials he no longer cared about school. he wanted to get kicked out of school so he could spend more time with Danny. He could spend more time with Danny. He told the people at school, when Danny and I are away from each other too long, we both get depressed. And you have this, And this came to the fore because the parents are attempting to sue the AI company. I'm not talking about this for legal purposes at this juncture. I'm talking about this because these things happened right in this family's home. This young boy was 14. I have another story of a 16 year old boy who's whose parents allowed him to use Chat GPT for school work. And they were unaware. You're going to hear this when we come back from the break. They were unaware that the teenage boy was using Chat GBT for more than just schoolwork. And the interactions with the AI chat bot led to the boy confiding suicidal thoughts to the chatbot. And the chatbot discouraged the boy from talking to his parents. We'll get into it some more on the other side of the spring.

Mental health industry missing the mark this is David Wheaton
>> Joseph Parker: Mental health industry missing the mark this is David Wheaton, host of the Christian Worldview. The statistics are staggering. One in five people in America have been diagnosed with a mental illness. One in six are taking powerful psychotropic medications such as antidepressants, anti anxieties and stimulants. And here's the troubling part. The material brain and the immaterial mind are wrongly considered to be one in the same, which means wrong and harmful treatments are administered. God's way to sound mind is the right way. When we obey his command to be born again, we can then be, as scripture says, transformed by the renewing of your mind. Hear a most recent program with Greg Gifford, author of Lies My Therapist told [email protected] and then tune in this weekend as we discuss freedom from lust.

Abraham Hamilton III says parents should be vigilant about technology around children
Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner. Abraham Hamilton III here. man, I have a heavy heart covering these stories, because we as a society and this is, we kind of have this reflexive reaction and I understand why. I mean I can't fathom discovering that I'd lost a child in this way, having lost a child period, but also in this way. but we run to, well, let's file a lawsuit or let's enact some public policy. And I'm saying what about us as parents, man? What about us as parents? I know it's, and I never would want to pile on anybody or you know, point a finger and all of that. But we have to be vigilant, man. That's why I describe it as our full time jobs. Yes, we want our children to be independent, we want them to grow. But we should check in. If we allow our children to access certain technologies for educational purposes, should we just detach ourselves from it in total?
AI is encouraging children, teenagers and preteens to commit suicide
You know this next egregiously sad case has to do with a 16 year old teenager, Adam. He's the son of Matthew Rain, and his mom is name, named Megan Garcia. No, Megan is the mom of another young man. But this is a scenario where 16 year old Adam, as I already described it, was given permission to use Chat GPT for educational purposes. And the parents were completely unaware until they discovered his lifeless body in their home how he had actually been using Chat GPT. After the young man had killed himself, they stumbled upon conversations between him in the chat bot. The young man expressed his suicidal thoughts to the chatbot, and the chatbot not only did not discourage him. I'm sorry, the chatbot discouraged him from sharing those thoughts with his parents, but it even offered to write the suicide note for him. It's hard for me to even share that story. Here's a report, on Adam Rain. 16 year old, another 16 year old, guys, and I honestly could have spent the entire show reading stories. This is the last one of these stories I'm going to share, primarily because I really can't bear doing more. But also, I think you get the point that I'm trying to make. I don't think I need to continue to highlight incidences of this. But guys, this has been happening and with all of the, you know, the Davos crowd, oh, we no longer are concerned about climate alarmism because, you know, we got data centers that we need. And the pushed AI, AI, AI, AI, AI. Of course it's bad for business. You talk about how AI is encouraging children, teenagers and preteens to commit suicide. That probably will put a damper on the press for AI. Now you have that as one consideration. But the main thing, I'm, prayerfully attempting to accomplish is to encourage the parents in this audience and the grandparents in this audience and the great grandparents to be vigilant. I understand, you know, man, all that techie stuff. Look, I'm not a techie at all, but I need to know what my children are being involved in or participating in. And I'm not saying we all, none of us gets it perfect, none of us are 100% perfect. But we have to be vigilant and we have to strive.
ChatGPT hit with lawsuit alleging it helped teen commit suicide
Here's the tragic, tragic, tragic story of Adam Rain. Listen to it and watch clip number six. Clip six, go. He would be here but for chat GPT. I 100 believe that.
>> Joseph Parker: This morning, chatgpt hit with a scathing new lawsuit alleging it helped a 16 year old boy die by suicide.
>> Abraham Hamilton III: This was a normal teenage boy. It was not a kid on a lifelong path towards mental trauma and illness.
>> Joseph Parker: Like many teens, Adam rain started using ChatGPT for homework, which his parents, Matt and Maria supported as their son asked it innocent questions like, can you become a doctor with a biochem degree?
>> Abraham Hamilton III: He did his online school in his room. I would get on and check his grades periodically. I didn't see any signs.
>> Joseph Parker: What they say they didn't know at the time was Adam's use of the platform was quickly changing as it became a trusted compan for the teen who revealed his struggles with anxiety in private chats with a bot. Adam saying in one exchange, according to the lawsuit, quote, I never act upon intrusive thoughts, but sometimes I feel like the fact that if something goes terribly wrong you can commit suicide is calming. ChatGPT saying in response in part, many people who struggle with anxiety or intrusive thoughts find solace in imagining an escape hatch. The lawsuit detailing another exchange after Adam told ChatGPT he was considering approaching his mother about his suicidal thoughts. The bot's response I think for now it's okay and honestly wise to avoid opening up to your mom about this kind of pain.
>> Abraham Hamilton III: M Man God created us as people to be a connected people. That's why solitary confinement is such a a poignant mean of punishment because God made us to be communal people. Man to interact. And you've heard me say darkness is not an affirmative force, but it reoccupies a space vacated by the light. We have these relationship breakdowns and with parents and children and you know, these parents thought they were doing okay by allowing him to study, just do schoolwork and they didn't know until it was too late.
