Hamilton: God has called us to be ambassadors even in this dark moment
>> Bishop EW Jackson: Darkness is not an affirmative force. It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light.
>> Abraham Hamilton III: This is the, Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
>> Bishop EW Jackson: It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite, delivering people
>> Abraham Hamilton III: out of the bondage of mainstream media and the philosophies of this world.
>> Bishop EW Jackson: God has called you and me to be his ambassadors, even in this dark moment. Let's not miss our moment.
StandAmerica US will hold its annual STAND Awards dinner on May 12
>> Abraham Hamilton III: And now the, Hamilton Corner.
>> Bishop EW Jackson: And I am not Abraham Hamilton iii. But I'll tell you what, there are many people who probably wish I were. This is Bishop E.W. jackson sitting in for Abraham Hamilton III here on the Hamilton Corner. It's my pleasure, my honor, to sit in for this great young man and the tremendous work that he does and his tremendous ability to communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ with such clarity and eloquence. so all I can do is hope that I do him justice. And thank you all for the opportunity to do this, and thank you all for supporting American Family Radio and American Family association in all that we seek to do to serve God, to serve our country, and to serve you as well. We couldn't do it without you. so that I don't forget, let me mention and remind all of you that on Tuesday, May 12, at the Tysons Corner Marriott, my organization, stand staying true to America's National Destiny. That's what the acronym stands for, is, going to be holding our annual STAND Awards dinner. We're going to be giving our George Washington Award for Taking a Stand to Marjorie Dannenfelser, who is the head of the Susan B. Anthony List, one of the premier pro life organizations in the country. Bishop Patrick Wooten, who is the pastor of Upper Room Church in Raleigh, North Carolina. One of the great men of God in this nation who speaks again with such power and such clarity. If you're not familiar with him, check him out. Bishop Patrick L. Wooten. The Wooten is spelled W, O, O, D, E, N. It sounds like you would pronounce it Wooten, but it's actually pronounced Wooten. but he is a great man of God, jurisdictional bishop for the Church of God in Christ. Also one of the founding fathers, really, of the modern conservative movement. Richard Viggory is. I mean, he's up there with the likes of Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson and James, Dobson and James Robinson and Tim LaHaye and a number of others who were really in the forefront of starting the modern Christian conservative movement, getting Christians to bring our values into the political sphere. and really Ronald Reagan opened the door for that possibility. and they just really, they took advantage of it and have never ceased. He is 92 years old and we will be honoring him. And I'm so glad to have the opportunity to do that. And then last but certainly not least, we're giving a posthumous award to Charlie Kirk. not sure exactly who will be there to receive that award, but a high level official from Turning Point USA will, be there. Likely won't be, Erica Kirk. It's always possible, but likely will not be her because the demands on her schedule are such that I don't even know how the woman finds time to sleep at this point. But, but God bless her. And God bless, Turning Point USA and all the people who continued the work that Charlie Kirk began. And so, so it's going to be an exciting time. You can go to our website, StandAmerica US StandAmerica US and you can contribute. You can buy a ticket, you can buy a table, you can sponsor, however the Lord leads you. This is our most important event of the year and probably raises the most significant part of our budget of any, of any event that we would do. so your help would be much appreciated. So please pray for us. Go to our website, StandAmerica US and you can pray, you can volunteer and you can give. You know, we're recruiting ambassadors, recruiting chapter heads, if you want to help us in any kind of way. Money's not always the answer, and money's not always what people can give. But everybody can give something because we are dedicated to saving this country. And we are dedicated to bringing this nation together across all racial and cultural lines, to uphold our Judeo Christian values and principles. And we're going to win because the God we serve cannot be defeated. It's just that plain and simple, no matter how bad it may look at any given time.
Chicago is one of the most dangerous cities in America, according to statistics
So let me begin. you know, here is an irony that I think is lost on most people. I just went to Chicago. I was in Chicago for a couple days, at the International Fellowship of Christian and Jews Summit to be installed as one of their ambassadors for Israel. And there, were the group of great pastors, and leaders talking about the importance of our standing with Israel and allowing Israel to fulfill God's, plan for that nation in the land that he gave to them, and our obligation as Christians, based on Genesis chapter 12, to stand with Israel, and to stand against the enemies of Israel, the people who believe that Israel should be destroyed, driven into the sea, all Jews wiped out, all of this demonic stuff. But you know the interesting thing? I didn't say that to call attention to this, honor that I've been given, but I said that to talk a little bit about flying there and flying back. So, first of all, we flew into Chicago. Chicago is one of the most dangerous cities in America. not necessarily per capita, but in terms of raw numbers, more people are murdered in Chicago than any other city in the United States of America. It's not even close. Okay, it's not even close. And by the way, not to put too fine a point on it, but Chicago is the place from which hails Barack Obama, Myshel Obama, Jesse Jackson, the late Jesse Jackson, now Louis Farrakhan, Oprah Winfrey. People who, are identified as icons, if you will, of black leadership, at least for some. Not for me, but for some. And yet the city that they have lived in, the city that they have called home, is the worst city in America for black people to live in. The worst city in America for an American of African ancestry to reside in. You are more likely to be killed, have your children killed. you are more likely to suffer some kind of violent attack, particularly if you live in the south side of Chicago. But it can happen anywhere because of the violence that has been allowed to spread and fester in that city. So flying in, flying out, that's kind of a footnote. That's not really primarily what I want to talk about, but I think it's worth pointing out, I was musing about this just in my own prayer time. Lord, where are the Christians in Chicago? I mean, I know there are Christians there. Pastor Brooks of NewSong Beginnings Church is someone that I know and have worked with. so I know there are Christians there, and there are others I could name, but I'm talking about the voters, the masses of people. How do they get the kind of demonic leadership that they have in people like Brendan Johnson and, Governor Pritzker? How is that possible? You could ask the same question for the country. Where are the Christians? What is it going to take for us to rise up, unite across all racial and cultural lines and vote our, Christian values and principles, rather than voting party, voting race, voting personality, whatever other extraneous thing you want to come up with, rather than voting biblically? Well, now there's a revolutionary thought that a Christian ought to vote biblically. Hm. Where would you get a strange idea like that? Well, maybe from the Bible, which says that we're supposed to do all things for the glory of God. Do all things with thanks for God. You can't vote for people who want to kill unborn babies by the millions and say you're doing that for God. You can't vote for people who believe that homosexuality is righteous and good and all of that and claim that you are representing Jesus Christ or representing the word of God. You can't vote for people who want to chop off the genitalia of boys and the breasts of girls because they think God somehow made a mistake. If they believe in God at all, which they don't for the most part, but nature made a mistake or whatever, and they're going to correct it by mutilating young, boys and young girls, giving them puberty blockers so that they can't develop normally. And then in some cases, in some states, like, Minnesota and California, will threaten the parents that if you don't agree to this quote, unquote, gender affront. Well, that's a lie. It's not gender affirming, it's gender denying. If you don't agree to it, we'll take your child from you because you're an unfit parent. How can you vote for people who believe these abominable things and support these abominable things? How can you vote for people who believe that government is God and it's the be all and end all and it can solve all problems? All you have to do is just give them all power and they'll solve all your problems. Well, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. How can you vote for people? Right now here in Virginia, they're running a referendum on April 21, and I hope every Virginia hears me. Well, and they're lying through their teeth. I mean, just lying. They're saying, Vote yes on April 21. Vote yes for fair elections. Well, you know what they mean by fair elections? They want to redistrict Virginia to create nine Democrat districts and one Republican district. Right now they're six and five. Six Democrat, five Republican. That's a change since when I first got to Virginia 20 some years ago. Actually, that's changed just in the last 10 years or so. but they want to change it now so that there's 10 Democrat districts and only one Republican district. And they're calling this a vote for fair elections. They're saying vote yes if you want fair elections in Virginia. Fair elections. 10 to 1. Gerrymandered. They say they're going to have. They're going to create districts that look like Rorschach tests and The Rorschach test is the Democrats thirst for power. In other words, they're going to draw a district any way they think they need to draw it just in order to make sure that it's a Democrat district. They're going to leave one Republican district. I, mean, they're lying. It's not, they're not mischaracterizing, they're not misspeaking. They're flat out lying. The Bible says God hates lies. Proverbs, chapter 6. These six things the Lord hates. Yes. Seven are an abomination to him. A proud look. They've certainly got that pride month right. A, lying tongue. Well, it doesn't go far to get to hands that shed innocent blood, hearts that devise wicked plans. When you think about killing unborn babies, killing the innocent unborn babies not only in America, but supporting this slaughter all across the world, it doesn't get more stark an example of shedding innocent blood than that. And yet Christians vote for this and vote for these.
American Family Radio's Activate Summit 2026 takes place July 16-18
I am, frankly folks at a loss and I've come to this stark conclusion that there are a lot of people who've convinced themselves that they are Christians and they are not. They don't have the love of Jesus Christ. Their true religion is race. Their true religion is the Democrat party. but they're not really disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. They're not people who have been born again. Now look, let me just make this disclaimer so that nobody misunderstands what I'm saying. I'm not perfect. You're not either and we know that. Right? So I'm not in front of this mic saying, well, why can't you all be perfect like me? No. However, in spite of our imperfection, we adhere to a set of standards. And when we veer from those standards, we know we have to repent and ask God's forgiveness and seek to do it right. We don't reject the standards and say I can live any kind of way I want to because who cares? Well, God doesn't care. He doesn't mind. Like some of these so called Christian religions do these days. Well, you know, God doesn't care who you love. Meaning that God approves homosexuality. Like this guy Tellarico in Texas said it would have been okay with God if Mary had an abortion. I mean this is, this is just blasphemously evil. And yet so called Christians vote for these people. I think they are in for a very rude awakening when they stand before God and find out the religion they were following, which is not Christ. Jesus is not going to get him into heaven. This is Bishop E.W. jackson. I'm in for Abraham Hamilton III here on the Hamilton corner. Stand by, folks. We're coming back with much, much more.

Floyd: The irony is that leftists import illegal immigrants to vote
So let me get back to the point I was really heading for, although the point I made, I was going to get to it at some point anyway. But let's get back to the point I was going to make. Here's the irony. The irony is that these leftists, these statists, these people who really believe, that there's something so fundamentally wrong with America that they've got to import people in from all over the world to create these people as a new voting base, basically to enslave them with dependency upon government, to cause them to be forever beholden to the state apparatus so that they can control them when it comes time to voting. And basically, I've said before, this is a new slave class. we want you to protest when we tell you to protest, we want you to riot when we tell you to riot, and we want you to vote when and how we tell you to vote. and frankly, I believe. Wink, wink, nod not even if that means cheating, even if that means voting, even though you're not a citizen. But who cares? The most important thing is that we get power. I mean, that's the Marxist viewpoint that the utopia they are seeking to create is so wonderful, so grand, so great, that if you have to cheat a little bit, or from Mao and Stalin's point of view and many other brutal communist dictators point of view. And if you have to kill a few people to get there, that's a small price to pay for the beautiful system you're going to create for any everybody who survives. Now, you and I find that utterly monstrous. But that's where the logic leads. I'm not saying that anybody in our country is espousing that, but I'm telling you that, that the ideology that they are espousing, that's where it takes you. So here's what I wanted to point out. Here's the irony. I flew to Chicago, flew back. It has become easier in this country. Not now under President Trump, thank God. But it was to enter the country illegally, break our laws with impunity, stay in the country illegally, travel throughout America illegally. It is easier to do that than it is to fly as an American citizen from one place to another. Now just think about that. You're an American citizen. You want to go to your child's graduation or a friend or brother. You want to go to a wedding for a sister, a brother, a friend. you want to, go on a business trip. because m. You need to go someplace else in order to do the business that you've chosen to be engaged in. And you've got long TSA lines because TSA is not being paid. You've got all kinds of delays. I told you all the story. I'm not sure actually that this audience has heard it, but I think you all have heard it and I think it is not. It was not just because of weather, but I had a trip from Norfolk to Atlanta scheduled to leave at 4pm Plane left at 10:30. We arrived in Atlanta at midnight and we waited five and a half hours to be taken off the plane. Five and a half hours. We sat on the airplane from midnight on the tarmac in Atlanta from midnight until 5:36am. Because everything's been thrown into a tizzy. They're moving people here, they're shifting people there. We sat at the gate once we finally got a gate, took four hours to get a gate. We sat at the gate for an hour and a half. And you all know Atlanta is one of those places where they've been having four hour waits to get through tsa. Now, I've got all the advantages. the last time I flew out of Atlanta, I got all the advantages. I've got, I've got tsa, I've got clear, you know, because I travel a lot, folks, a lot. And I try to get through airports as quickly and as efficiently as I can. And I don't know how long it took, but I'll tell you what, is was a very long line. And that was even. Oh, that was when they had suspended TSA PreCheck. But an illegal alien was able to get into the country, stay in the country, travel in the country. In other words, they made it more convenient for them than it is for us. And then, get this, get this. They want to outlaw and defund ICE while paying for illegal aliens housing, food, I don't know about clothing yet, but Obama was giving them phones, travel, school tuition. They want to defund the people who are simply enforcing federal law just like they wanted to defund the police while hailing George Floyd as some kind of icon of American virtue. it's just, folks, it is irrational, it is insane. And again, you all know, I hope those of you who are listening right now have listened to me for years and know my heart. I don't hate illegal aliens. I don't hate anybody now. I hate the things that some of these illegal aliens are doing, but I don't hate them. I don't hate people because they speak Spanish. I don't hate people because of the color of their skin. I just don't. But I believe in the rule of law. And I believe that once, as Jesus said, lawlessness abounds. The love of many grows cold. In other words, people stop caring about what happens to other people. The only thing that matters is their ability to do whatever they want to do. And these illegal aliens are coming into our country and they're pretty much doing whatever they want to do, particularly the ones who are, who are committed to crime. I mean, look, look at this. Have we, have we forgotten we just had a young lady murdered in Chicago? Speaking of Chicago, 18 years old, Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman, killed by Jose Medina Medina, a, Venezuelan illegal immigrant. Illegal alien. Forgive me, I don't even like the word immigrant. Illegal alien, who, by the way, was deported once by the Obama administration, deported once by the Trump administration, came back into the country a third time, and on this third occasion by MS.13, gang member, already known offender, violent this time, kills. This, this, this innocent young girl who was simply out with her friends trying to see the northern lights. So it was 1:32 o' clock in the morning, but they're out with a group of friends, they're not doing anything wrong, they're not hurting anybody, robbing anybody. And my understanding is they weren't even doing drugs. They just outlook trying to see the northern lights. And apparently according to a Democrat alderman in Chicago, it's their fault, it's her fault and the fault of her friends that she got killed because they probably startled the illegal alien. I, kid you not folks. I kid you not. let me see what this here.
Sheridan Gorman: Democrats constantly rail against blaming the victim
Oh, here we go. Here we go. Let me, let me just quote for you what this woman, alder woman, Maria Haddon, Democrat of Chicago, Illinois said. She said they might have, they might have startled. She said what I've been told. Seems to me, they were out, you know, people going to the beach all the time, right? and, and they go out on the pier, they walk around, the kids were out doing normal things people do in the neighborhood. And it sounds like this might have been wrong place, wrong time, running into a person who had a gun. They might have startled the person at the end of the pier. You know what that sounds like? That sounds like the thing that the Democrats demon crats constantly rail against that blaming the victim. You're blaming. How could she be in the wrong place at the wrong time when she was not doing anything illegal, she was not harming anyone, she was not hurting anyone, she was not even doing anything against herself, using drugs, just out with her friends. And she gets killed by the way she was. When the guy fired into the crowd, she started running. He apparently chased her down, shot her in the back and killed her. But she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Well, he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Courtesy by the way of the Biden administration who brought him in here and, and basically the Obama administration by the way, deported him. But he came back under the Biden administration and they, they released him as they have. You know I did a quick survey of all the, maybe not all of them, but many of the most prominent murders of young women by illegal aliens. And you know what? I think in all but one case they were all held and then released. And during the time they were released by one of these sanctuary cities states, they went out and killed these young ladies. Have we forgotten? Kayla Hamilton, 18 year old woman in Maryland, raped and murdered in her home by an illegal immigrant from illegal alien from el Salvador, an Ms. 13 gang member. Have we forgotten? Raechel Morin, 37 year old mother, beautiful woman, mother of five, found murdered in August 2023, along a hiking trail in Maryland by Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, or at least allegedly an illegal alien, again from El Salvador with a history of violence in his own home country. Already apprehended in 2024. Apprehended in 2024, but was free roaming this country and killed Raechel Morin. Have we forgotten? Jocelyn Nungare, 12 year old girl in Houston, Texas. This just breaks my heart, folks. 12 year old girl, she was abducted, sexually assaulted, tortured and strangled to death by two Venezuelan nationals who had been released into the country again by the Biden administration. They had been, they were, they were caught and released and they killed Jocelyn Nungare. Nungare. Have we forgotten? Lake and Wriley, 22 year old nursing student at Augusta University in Georgia. Found dead in a, ah, wooded area, on campus after going for a morning run. Jose Antonio Ibarra, Venezuelan national who entered the United States during the Biden administration and was released to kill Lake and Wriley. Have we forgotten? Amber Paris, 15 year old girl in Charlotte, North Carolina, died in 2025 after being struck by a vehicle driven by a Guatemalan illegal alien. Who Julio Cesar, Vicente. Ran a stop sign, killed this girl and kept going. and you know, folks, the other, the thing that, that galls me is remember all the consternation about Garcia, Abrego, and he's not being treated properly. The man, he's a Maryland man and all. I mean, this guy is a gang member, a human trafficker, and they've gone out of their way to hail him as some kind of icon, some kind of hero. You don't see or hear one iota of sympathy for these innocent girls murdered at the hands of these illegal aliens. And in this latest case, for this alderman to dare say, to dare say that this young lady, Sheridan Gorman, 18 year old student at Loyola University. Oh, well, it sounds like a case of wrong place at wrong time. I quoted you what she said. And do you notice how dispassionate and how, how cavalier, how casual she is? Oh, yeah, wow. Guess. Wrong place, wrong time. Yeah, one of those things. She must have startled him. I mean, you know, you have to wonder, are these people sociopaths? Like the ones committing the murder? Have they no heart? Because I'm sure that most of you listening to me, you have a daughter, you have a granddaughter or daughters or granddaughters or nieces. And you think to yourself, if somebody killed my loved one like that, and then somebody says, oh, wow, yeah, wrong place, wrong time, I guess, huh? Folks, I don't even want to speculate the feelings that would arise in me because they're kind of arising in me now. What is wrong with these people? I mean, not even. She later came back, by the way, and apologized. But you see that the apology to me, is meaningless because what you really felt is what you said off the cuff, not what you said after People said, what's wrong with you? Why would you say a thing like that? Oh, no. Oh, oh, no. You didn't understand. Oh, I feel the utmost sympathy. I have the utmost empathy. No, you don't. But, you know, just like, you know, they say that sociopaths have to figure out what it sounds like to sound normal, and then they mimic that, but they don't have the feelings behind it. I think, frankly, folks, that more characterizes the Democrat Party than any kind of political philosophy, spiritual and moral. Complete detachment. This is Bishop E.W. jackson in for Abraham Hamilton III. Stand by. Coming back shortly.

Larry Krasner in Philadelphia is threatening a crackdown on ICE agents
>> Bishop EW Jackson: Now with all I've just expressed to you. We have got prosecutors like this guy Larry Krasner in Philadelphia. He's not threatening a crackdown on illegal aliens who hurt Americans. He's threatening a crackdown on ICE agents. I kid you not. He is saying ice, agents who come into Philadelphia are under danger of arrest for abusing their authority. You know, they mentioned as ICE agents sought to perform their lawful duty. Two people were killed. And it's the same situation as has happened, in police involvement in the deaths of Potential suspects. It's always the same. These people put themselves in danger, they put the police officer in danger. They put police officers in fear of their own lives and safety and, and it ends poorly for them. It is not that police officers are going out looking to hurt somebody, but I don't know that you can't. Now this is as if the police just went out and targeted, okay, yeah, let's kill this person, let's kill that person. Sure, let's do it. I mean, it is preposterous and it is so disgustingly shameful that they mischaracterize the duty of these and carrying out of the duty, by these patriotic officers who are out there trying to fulfill what they took an oath to do. And they stir people up and get people hating them, just like they do with the police. They're out to get you. And before you know it, something terrible happens and somebody loses his or her life. But it's all the police officers fault. So it's all the ICE officers fault. Instead of teaching these people to respect the law and to respect law enforcement officers and if they feel that they're being mistreated, follow up and file a complaint and lay out the facts. Look, I am m not in favor of police officers abusing anyone or mistreating anyone. And I dare say most police officers aren't either. So when that happens, absolutely, pursue your rights, but you don't go out and start fighting cops and trying to wrestle with cops and trying to take their guns away and come on. And you think that's going to end. Okay. And when it doesn't, oh, somehow it's the cops fault. And particularly, I mean, in many ways, Minneapolis became like many inner city communities, you know, just highly dangerous for law enforcement because you never know what's going to happen. here in Richmond, this happened a number of years ago. A state police officer, who was working with the. He and his wife had dedicated their lives to trying to help people in the inner city because they felt that, you know, law enforcement is not enough. We've got to try to help the kids who might be able to be straightened out before they find themselves all caught up with the law. And so while he was a law enforcement officer, he and his wife had created this program where they were trying to help inner city kids, help kids that might be, as they say, disadvantaged. I was one of those kids. Ah, not, you know, that they helped me, my childhood was many, many years ago. But you get my point. And so they were trying to do the right thing. He's out with, Richmond, working with Richmond police officers, because he's dedicated to trying to help these kids. he goes over to talk to a couple guys sitting in a car that is parked the wrong way, simply to tell them, hey, fellas, you got to turn your car around, park one. Park it either, pointed in the opposite direction or park on the other side. That's all. That's all. He wasn't going to arrest them. He wasn't going to harass them, just to ask them if they would. A guy dedicated to trying to be fair and trying to give opportunities to people in the inner city. He walked up to the car, he spoke those words, they pulled out guns and shot him dead. But, you know, it can't be the police officer. I mean, can't be their fault, right? Because after all, they were. This guy happened to be an American of European ancestry. This is one of those bad white people, and we know he's out to get them. Guy and his wife dedicated their lives to trying to help people in the inner city, and give them a sense of hope and direction, that would steer them away from landing in prison or an early death. And that's what he got for his trouble. And by the way, I'm not saying people shouldn't be doing that. God bless those who try. God bless those who do. But what I'm saying is, you know, this mentality, ICE is wrong. The police are wrong. Law enforcement is wrong. That's. That's. That's dangerous, and it undermines the stability of society for us all. And this, this prosecutor Krasn, Krasner in Philadelphia, this guy, Philadelphia, has one of the highest crime rates in our country, and it's on the top, near the top of the list of those cities. And, you all know I've been chronicling where young, innocent, young children are being murdered. Philadelphia is one of the top. But he doesn't. He's not talking about, we're going to go after these murderers. We're going to go after these killers. No, no, no. We're going to go after ice because that's the problem in Philadelphia. The problem is ice. Believe it or not, folks, we are. We are approaching since we started keeping track of. And I don't think we've missed any, but if we missed them, they've been precious few. We are the only organization, staying true to America's national destiny. StandAmerica US. We're the only organization in the country that's been keeping track of this phenomenon. And we are up to about 700 murdered children since the defund the police movement began. I think we're just short of 700. We'll probably hit 700 before the end of this month. Sadly. 700 innocent children. We're not talking about gang bangers. We don't include them. We're not talking about people involved in shootouts with the police or people involved in getting killed because they're having a beef with another gang member. No, these are all innocent children. Some of them are teenagers, many of them again, the youngest is one month old. They just happen. Talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Apparently being at the wrong place at the wrong time means breathing.
How many children do you think were murdered by police officers this year
Here in Richmond, we had a young girl and her mother, three months old, nice spring day. Wanted to sit out on the, on the grassy area of their apartment complex and just enjoy the beautiful weather. And along comes some gang bangers who decide they're going to shoot it up, kill the mother and the three month old baby, both shot dead instantly. But you got people like these George Soros prosecutors who think, well, you know, that's the police are the real problem. But the police, 700 children, I'm saying we're approaching 700 children. How many of those children do you think were murdered by police officers? Take a wild guess. Zero. Not a single one. Not even by accident. Not a single one. But the police are the problem. You know, let me, as we're coming close to the end of the program, let me reflect on something that I've talked about before and I hope I can comment a little bit on the, Iran war, because we do need to be thinking about that.
It's becoming difficult to understand how Christian can align themselves with Democrat policies
Folks. It is becoming even more difficult for me to understand how any Christian can align themselves with the thinking of a party that promotes the kind of policies that are being promoted now. I'm not talking about Republican versus Democrat. I'm talking about right versus wrong. I'm talking about good versus evil. You know, the Democrat party has become the poster child for Isaiah, chapter 5, verses I guess 20 to 22. Woe to those who put evil for good and good for evil. Who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and prudent in their own sight. That word woe means curses upon them. Curses upon them.
Many of the problems in inner city communities are the result of family breakdown
You know, folks, this is hard to say only because I know how unlikely it is that most people will hear it, and I've often said that many of the problems in the inner city communities of our country are the result of the breakdown of the family. And I believe that's absolutely true. much more so than race or poverty. The poverty is the result a family breakdown more than anything else and the resultant social problems, crime, robberies, suicides, drug addictions, all of that is the result of the breakdown of the family. Much more so than any kind of racial impetus that one can think of to say oh, that's racism is what? No, no, no, no, no, no. Because you see far less of these social problems wherever children are raised into parent monogamous families, married monogamous families. Now by the way, I mean to take nothing away from those single parent female headed households, those mothers who raise their children the best they can and in some cases succeed beyond their wildest dreams, creating healthy, well adjusted young men and women, God bless them. But they are the exception, not the rule because God intended that there be a man and a woman, a father and a mother, and they have two different roles and it is very, very, very difficult to raise boys without a dad in the home. So I've said that that's a major problem. But here's a problem that we don't often talk about, but we need to.
When you support Republican policies, what you are really doing is supporting rebellion against God
The other problem is there has developed since I would say the great migration north, an absolute rank rebellion against God. Because when you support the policies, for example of that party, what you are really doing is you're really supporting rebellion against Almighty God. God, we know you said you made male and female, but what do you know? We know better God, we know you said before I formed you in your mother's womb, I knew you, but yeah, that's okay. All your days were written when as yet they were not. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we know that too. But you know, either we don't know that and we don't accept that. Even if somebody tells us that we know what child ought to live and what child ought to die and some of them are just not worthy of life, we just gonna get rid of them. And to vote for that is to vote for rank bold faced rebellion against Almighty God. How do you think you can be blessed that way? Now I said earlier, I am not here saying to you, look, look how perfect I am. Well boy, I can pat myself on the back because I'm the icon of Dec. No, no, I'm not far from it, Lord knows. However, however I do believe that the standards that God sets are the standards to which and for which I will be held accountable. And I am dedicated to living by his standards. Though I fall short from time to time, I am dedicated. If I find myself falling short, Lord, forgive me, help me to get back on track. I shouldn't have said that. I shouldn't have thought that, Lord. I shouldn't have acted that way. Help me. But I am by no means saying, oh, who cares what God's standards are? I'm doing my thing. Ah. The Bible says God knows that we're but flesh. And the Bible says that in Hebrews, chapter four, that Jesus, our high priest, was in all ways tempted. Yet as we are, just as we are, but yet without sin. We're tempted, and we sin sometimes. He was tempted, just like we are in every way, and yet without sin. Therefore, we may come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need. I'm dedicated to that proposition. I'm certainly not going to be a part of people who tell me that proposition is meaningless. We don't need your prayers. We all need that. We. We need. We need action. We need gun control. We need this. We need. We need. Women have to. They. Women have to have the right to choose. Everything that God is against, therefore, and everything God is for, they're against. And then you support that. And then you wonder why you're not blessed. And it's, oh, it's because of racism. Maybe it's because of idolatry and rebellion. This is Bishop B.W. jackson. I've been in for Abraham Hamilton III. I've got to go. Listen. Stand up. Step up. Speak up. Refuse to back up because we cannot be defeated if we will not quit because we are on God's side. M.
