Nick Sandmann has received a settlement from CNN after his $275 million libel lawsuit against them.

The settlement amount is undisclosed, but knowing his lawyers Nick’s nickname now is likely Nicky Rich.

Interestingly, during the suit, CNN initially filed a motion to dismiss, arguing that calling someone a ‘racist’ is not a provable fact and therefore does not rise to the level of libel.

They made this argument in court while CNN talking heads call President Trump and others racist as a statement of fact almost daily on their network.

The argument failed because now, CNN has paid, literally, for their lies.
