In a newly released book, which Justice Samuel Alito says reflects his judicial philosophy and outlook on our nation, he posits that the Obergefell v. Hodgesdecision from 2015 is “the decisive point in our nation’s turn against religious liberty.”
That decision seems to have green-lit cultural and governmental animus against Biblical Christianity.
In his dissent from the Obergefell decision, Justice Alito,
Expressed his worry that equating expression of certain views with bigotry—or, if you like, dignitary harm—would drive Believers out of public life.
After that decision, public Biblical fidelity became “controversial.”
