In an interview with David Rubenstein, retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy explained his reasoning when the Obergefell case was before the court.

Most will recall this as the case that gave legal sanction to same-sex marriage.

In the interview, Kennedy said “it just seemed wrong to me over 100,000 children adopted by same-sex couples couldn’t have their parents married.”

By doing so, Kennedy simply foisted his privately held opinion on the matter onto the entire American Republic without any regard whatsoever to the law of the land or the Constitution.

We have an activist judiciary that has weaponized feelings.
