Montgomery County, MD’s Board of Education decided pre-kindergarteners through 5th graders were required to imbibe LGBTQ+ indoctrination. The children’s parents objected. The School Board we don’t care what you say.

The Parents sued. The District Court ruled against the parents. The Appellate Court ruled against the parents. Only, the U.S. Supreme Court rebuked the School Board, ruling that the parents are still protected by the Constitution.
