Welcome to the Awakening podcast.
I'm your host, Bishop E.W. Jackson. And I'll tell you what, just as filled with faith and hope as ever, even though I am coming to you the day after the election in which conservatives and Republicans took a, figuratively, a bloodbath. Um, outcome was terrible, terrible.
In fact, historic in its implications. And we'll get into that in a moment. But the first thing I want to say to you all, because a lot of, you can turn on television anytime and get all the rundown on the numbers for each race and all that.
And I'm sure by now you've probably heard all those if you haven't. So I want to get into a little bit of that. But that's not what you tune in here for.
You tune in here for a spiritual analysis of what is going on and a spiritual understanding. And you know, since I was up until, oh, I don't know, 1 a.m. on election night, when I went to bed, the results of the Michigan race had not come in. As we all know, the Muslim, Abdul El-Sayed, won that race against Mike Rogers by about four points.
I went to bed before that happened, woke up this morning, but I could see the trend because the candidates who won had been pretty much leading all night. And the general trend was most of the Democrats, Democrats still to me, won by 10 and 11 points. Some of the closer races were four or five points.
Where Republicans had the biggest victory in Florida, they won those races by only one or two points. I'll tell you something, it does not portend well. And I'm going to get into that in a moment.
So let me proceed with the plan I have for giving you something to think about. The biblical reference I have had on my mind since I began to understand what the outcome was, and I could see it early on. I mean, I knew, my goodness, polls closed in most places by about seven Eastern time.
I knew by eight or nine o'clock, it was bad news. You could see the margins in the races were so large and having run for office, I know, when an opponent builds up a margin that's very, very large, then the question is, are there enough votes knowing that you're not going to win 100% anywhere? Are there enough votes left to make up that large margin? I was looking at those margins, looking at Tallarico's margin, for example, and thinking, I don't see, looking at Syed's margin as well, the two races we probably paid most attention to, and thinking, I don't see them, I don't see them making up that margin. You know, we were told that Rogers people looked at the numbers and thought they were well positioned.
As I saw the numbers come in, it just, it didn't portend well. So I was kind of expecting a bad night based upon the numbers, still believing God, of course, for a miraculous victory. And frankly, given the way things went, I considered Florida to be a miracle in and of itself.
The fact that Florida used to be purplish, I guess, at best, and then it turned deep red by DeSantis. And I'd say the outcome of Tuesday's election suggests to me, Florida's definitely reddish. I wouldn't call it a deep red, not based on that outcome.
But now thank God, Brian Donalds won a very important race. And so did, oh, who's the woman who ran for Senate? But so did the candidate for Senate. I didn't pay as much attention to that race.
I kind of expected a win, but here again, Angie Nixon, and I certainly haven't forgotten her name because she's bat crazy. Angie Nixon only lost by two points, by two points, folks. Let me find that race here.
Why is it on here? I'd say these charts and whatnot, some of them are just exasperating. Yeah, I don't see the Florida race reflected here. I see Texas, I see Alaska, but at any rate, yeah, I mean, Angie Nixon lost by only two points.
Well, I guess you could say four, she got 48% of the vote. And the woman is certifiably nuts. Okay, again, before I get into some of all of that, I just expected Florida to come out the way it did.
So I didn't pay as much attention to the Florida race. That was Ashley Moody. That's right, Ashley Moody.
She won that race, thank God. But look, she only won it by 50, she had 50.87%, so not quite 51% of the vote. And Angie Nixon got 47.98% of the vote.
Folks, in terms of the actual numbers, it looks like about 8 million votes cast, and Angie Nixon lost that race by only a couple hundred thousand votes with 8 million votes cast, 8 million votes cast. She lost it by a couple hundred thousand. I mean, you had almost 4 million people vote for Angie Nixon.
Again, it's crazy. Well, let me not get ahead of myself because there's so much to talk about here. But here's what came to mind biblically.
Do you remember the story of the Levite who had a concubine who left him for reasons that are not entirely unclear, I mean, not entirely clear, except that she played the harlot according to Scripture, so she was apparently unfaithful. I don't know whether that was sexually unfaithful or just not being the companion, the mate that she was supposed to be. And concubine doesn't seem to mean wife, so I won't get into all that, but she left, she went back to her father's house.
Well, he apparently cared about her and left and went to go get her and spent some time with her father, and so she left with him, left to go back. But it was a long journey, and they finally left, and they came to the Benjamites' territory in Gibeah, and they were about to stay out overnight in the square, and a man came along and said, look, don't stay out here, come stay with me. And so that's what happened.
He went and stayed with this man. He said, you know, do not, you know, he just, he said, let your needs be my, I'm quoting now, he said, let your needs be my responsibility. Do not spend the night in the open square.
So he brought them into his house and gave fodder to the donkeys, and they washed their feet and ate and drank. But then sometime that night, men showed up. The Bible calls them perverted men.
That means these were homosexuals, these were sodomites. They showed up, and they said, bring out the man, the man who came to your house, that we may know him carnally. In other words, we want to have sex with this man in your house.
And the guest, kind of like Lot did with the angels, said, man, don't, don't, don't do this, don't do this. He said, don't commit this outrage, and the man said, look, I got a virgin daughter, and the man's concubine, let me bring them out. I don't understand the culture of this, but this is what, you know, the Bible's accurately pointing what happened.
But the men said, no, they said, no, we want to have sex with the man. I mean, these were disgusting people. And the Bible, you know, people like Tallarico talking about the Bible doesn't say anything about homosexuality, give me a break.
So at any rate, the man took his concubine out, the traveling Levi took his concubine out. And so they took the concubine, I guess as a consolation prize, and abused her all night. She came back, fell down at the door of the house and died.
In other words, they literally raped her to death. Who knows what else they did to her? Who knows how they abused her? But the woman died. The man cut her up, cut her body up into pieces and sent it throughout Israel as a message of what these Benjamites had done to this woman and told the story.
So the 11 tribes of Israel got together and said, we're gonna hold the Benjamites accountable. We're gonna hold these men accountable. And they went to the Benjamites and told them, we want you to bring these men out.
Because they deserve to be punished. And the Benjamites said, no, we're not bringing them out. No.
And basically, they essentially justified the men. And so all of Israel got together for war against the Benjamites. The 11 tribes for war against this one tribe.
Now, here's what's interesting about this. 11 tribes against one. They went up against the Benjamites the first time and they lost 18,000 men.
18,000. The Bible says in Judges 20, verse 23, it says, and the children of Israel went up and wept before the Lord and asked counsel, saying, shall I again draw near to battle against the children of my brother Benjamin? The Lord said, go up against them. So Israel went up against them again and they lost another 18,000 men.
18,000 more. So now they've lost 18, well, actually, I think it was 22,000 the first time and 18,000 the second time. That's a total of 40,000 men they've lost.
11 tribes against one. They lost both times. It says, so the children of Israel inquired of the Lord saying, shall I again go out to battle against the children of my brother Benjamin? Shall I cease? And the Lord said, go up for tomorrow, I will deliver them into your hand.
And they did and that's what happened. And for all practical purposes, they wiped out all the men in the tribe of Benjamin. But first they lost 40,000 men in two battles.
Now, I thought of that story because you think, well, wait a minute, why did they have to suffer those losses in order to get the victory? I don't know that I have a definitive answer to that. But I'll tell you one thing I can say. I really believe God wants his people to understand that victory does not come without hardship and heartache because we don't live in a perfect world.
In a perfect world, God says, do it, boom. Everything goes according to plan. Everything falls into place.
Everything happens the way you want it to. And that's that in a perfect world. But we don't live in a perfect world, do we? We live in a fallen and sinful world.
A world in which God has given us authority and responsibility. And God does not, and I use this word advisedly because I don't mean any disrespect at all. God does not magically give us immediate victory in every situation because if he did that, he'd be teaching us that we live in a fantasy world and we don't.
God wants us, frankly, I mean, if you can perceive this, God wants us to toughen up. He wants us to understand. No, things aren't going to be handed to us on a silver platter.
He wants us to toughen up. And I think what the lesson we have gotten from this election on Tuesday is don't curl up, toughen up. Now there's the word of the day.
Don't curl up, you know, into a little fetal ball. Don't curl up, toughen up. I mean, these tribes lost 40,000 men before God said, okay, now go up and take them.
I'm going to give you the victory. You got it. Now we just lost a major election.
I mean, democrats now have a commanding lead in the House and the Senate. They don't have a veto-proof majority, but they're going to be able to give President Trump fits. And some of them are already saying, lawyer up, everybody.
All you Republicans better lawyer up because they're going to try to put people in jail because this is the way they think. Not because anybody's done anything illegal. If they claim that they have, they haven't pointed it out to us yet, have they? It's just a whole lot of innuendo.
Trump is fighting an illegal war and Trump is, you know, I mean, it's just a whole bunch of nonsense because these people are so filled with hatred of Donald Trump, and mainly because Donald Trump defends this country without apology or compromise or equivocation. And they just can't stand that because they think America needs to come up and they think America needs to be brought down some notches. I mean, Obama actually said that, that we needed to be brought down a notch.
That's why he ran around apologizing to the world. That's the way these democrats think. They're not grateful to God for what he's given us.
They think that they can be God and they can make this wonderful constitutional republic God has given us, they can make it better by turning it into a pure democracy. So basically they can vote anything they want to vote. They can vote away your first amendment liberties.
They can censor you. They can put you in prison. They can do whatever they want to do to you because they don't like you.
Because they don't like the positions that you take. How dare you criticize their baby killing frenzy with abortion being a sacrament to their culture, religion? How dare you? How dare you misgender people and say, I refuse to call a man by a woman's name or pronouns because he's a man. Ooh, how dare you? We want to lock you up for that.
How dare you suggest that we're grooming children by talking to them about being born in the wrong body and trying to get a girl to be a boy and get a boy to be a girl and not wanting to tell the parents. How dare you criticize us for that? Yeah, we criticize you for that because you're demonic, you're abusers, you're groomers, you're manipulators of children. And so Bishop Jackson, if all of that is true, what in the world happened on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026? I'll tell you what happened.
We saw at work the results of a long practiced, long standing propaganda and indoctrination machine that works overtime to a lot of people. It includes the mainstream media, the alphabet networks, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSN, you name it. All of these sort of so-called legacy media, these leftist media.
Because you know what the interesting thing is? Tallarico, when asked what is he passionate about, he said the transgender children that came to see me. I mean, what is this man? That's why I call him Pee Wee Herman. I mean, what? The transgender children? That's what you're passionate about? Well, exactly what do you want with them? I mean, what do you want to operate on them? You want to do it yourself? I mean, that's the weirdest answer to a political question I've ever heard in my life.
I'm passionate about the transgender children. Oh my goodness, he's got the nerve to call himself a Christian. This story should be a lesson to us.
Just because you lose the first time, just because you lose a second time, doesn't mean God intends for you to lose. God wants us to learn the virtue of perseverance. He wants us to learn the virtue of toughness, spiritual toughness.
He said don't curl up, toughen up. Now, this is gonna be a rather disgusting two years we have to contend with because I've already heard Tallarico talking about his battle was about battle between David and Goliath. No, that's wrong.
His battle was a battle between the imps and demons of Satan trying to undermine the state of Texas and ultimately our constitutional republic. James Tallarico is not a Christian. He's a liar.
He is not a Christian. When you go to a church that doesn't even know, can't tell you that, we don't know if Jesus actually existed. You're not going to a church, you're going to a cult, a demonic cult in which the pastor claiming to represent Jesus instead blasphemes his name.
By raising doubt whether Jesus ever even existed. We have no proof of that. Well, obviously, you don't know him, you dummy.
Because anybody who's had a true encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ doesn't just think or doesn't even just believe he exists. We know he exists. We know it.
You know, we talk about faith and there are aspects of Christianity that we function with by faith because we can't on any kind of intellectual basis know. So for example, I just learned of someone very dear to me who's been struck with a very serious illness. I have faith for that person's healing.
Complete, total, and absolute. But I can't say I know, unless God tells me and God does speak to me at times in situations like this. But most of the time, I can't say I know that this person will be healed.
I have faith that the person will. But I've had faith that people would be healed and they didn't get healed. And I won't get into all the theology that goes into that.
But I think there are lots of reasons for things like that happening, some of which we know, some of which we don't know. But there are also some things I absolutely, unequivocally know. If you say, well, you just believe that Jesus exists, you don't know that.
No, I know that. I know that Jesus is real. I know that Jesus is the Savior.
I know that he is the Son of God, come in the flesh to die on the cross for our sins. I know that he rose on the third day. I don't just believe it, I know it.
I know I'm going to heaven. I know it. I don't just believe it, I know it.
So how can you say you know it? There are things that God deposits so deep in you that you know, that you know, that you know, that you know. Okay? And you got Tallarico running around in church and you're like, well, we don't really know that Jesus. Well, then what are you following? The one who might exist, might have lived, might not.
I mean, Tallarico, the pastor, probably most people going to that church are not Christians. If any of them are Christians, they better get out of there before it's too late. Because they're liable to throw away their salvation following those idiots.
So he's telling the story about David and Goliath, just like it was a David and Goliath battle. I mean, stop blaspheming God and using these biblical images for your demonic mess. I guess he used the same image after cutting off some little boy's genitalia.
It was a David and Goliath battle. There were so many people, the parents, who didn't want me to do it and who didn't want it to happen. But we fought and we got Johnny turned into Joan.
It was a victory for God. Oh my goodness gracious. I mean, oh, and you know, I was thinking, it is going to be disgusting to have to hear him for the next two years.
Now, don't get me wrong. I don't hate that man. I feel sorry for him, frankly, because he's a deeply confused individual.
But I tell you what, I also feel sorry for the people who voted for him. I don't even know how any thinking person could vote for that reprobate, because he is a reprobate. I mean, like I said, he reminds me of Pee Wee Herman.
And you know who Pee Wee Herman was. He was a rather disgusting human being. I don't know whether he's alive or not, but you know what I'm talking about.
So there's, here we are, okay? Don't curl up, toughen up. Okay, that's number one. Here's the number two thing I think we need to be aware of.
And I wrote a piece about this, which you'll be able to check out on Truth and Liberty. I haven't submitted it yet, but it's on the way. You know, the mistake that people make, and I hope Christians do not make this mistake.
I hope Christians never make this mistake. Gas prices are high. Last time I put gas in my car, I paid close to five bucks a gallon.
But I have a big truck, and I have to use high test. So my gas was close to five bucks a gallon. I fill up now, it costs me 100 to 110, 115 bucks.
Unfortunately, I don't commute, so I don't burn up as much gas as somebody who had to commute back and forth to a job that's 10, 20, 30 miles away every day. I don't have to do that. But it is extremely short-sighted to vote one's temporary economic pain, hardship over the long-term interests, spiritual, cultural, and economic of your country.
It is extremely short-sighted. But I know people do it. Christians shouldn't do it.
Because look, does anybody really believe that the Democrat Party understands or cares about America's free market economy? Does anybody really believe that? I think that the people who voted for these democrats, these reprobates, I think the people who voted for them are frankly indoctrinated to believe that somehow, well, some of them voted for them really believe in that whole philosophy, and they're just as demonic as the people they're voting for. So some of the people are like that. But for some of the people who may have crossed over, who believe that, well, we need balance, and we need, sometimes you need to teach the other party a lesson, all that, I don't know what to say for you.
Because the economy is cyclical. I mean, I don't care what the policies are. I don't care who is in office.
The reality is, I'm not saying it doesn't make a difference. It does, obviously. Better policies make for a better economy, no question about that.
Low taxes, low regulations, fostering, entrepreneurship, all of these things help our economy to grow and to move. But the fact of the matter is, no matter what policies are in place, the economy moves in cycles. It expands and it contracts.
It goes up and it comes down. It grows and it shrinks. We have inflationary periods, and then we have non-inflationary periods.
