“Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Luke 8:17 (NASB95).
My name is Abraham Hamilton, III and this is The Hamilton Minute.
At the height of Schmovid insanity in September 2020, Gabriel Rench and Sean and Rachel Bonnet joined their local church leaders in worship at an outdoor, maskless, 20-minute Psalm singing service in Moscow, ID.
The city responded by arresting the three of them.
In March 2021, Rench and the Bonhets sued the city for violating their 1st and 4th Amendment protected freedoms. After a hearing during which the Judge rebuked the city for violating the U.S. Constitution as well as its own municipal code, the city agreed to pay them a $300,000 settlement.
