“For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light.” Luke 8:17 (NASB95).
My name is Abraham Hamilton, III and this is The Hamilton Minute.
Hunter Biden’s plea agreement with federal prosecutors on tax and gun charges — panned by critics as “a sweetheart deal” — fell apart in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware, after a federal judge scrutinized the agreement.
U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika objected to portions of the Agreement saying, “the gun charge agreement doesn’t seem to be constitutional.” After stating her objections and learning Hunter Biden was still being investigated criminally, Judge Noreika refused to accept the deal and Hunter Biden ultimately pled “not guilty.”
This move makes a trial more likely.
