18 states have now filed a lawsuit against the Biden Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) after it released new sexual harassment guidelines extending Title VII’s protections against sex-based discrimination to cover gender identity.

The new guidelines insist an employer may be liable for improper pronoun usage by employees or for keeping male employees out of the women’s restroom and vice-versa.

The states suing to stop this garbage include Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
