First-time homebuyers in Oregon are being encouraged to apply for a taxpayer-funded $30,000 grant for down payment assistance—but only non-U.S. citizens can apply.
That’s right, the Hacienda Community Development Corporation is advertising the program, which specifically states the perk is “only available for people who are not American citizens.”
It’s almost as if the influx of illegal immigration we’re experiencing in America is… non-accidental.
Would this type of program incentivize or disincentivize further illegal immigration?
