Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced nine indictments of California criminals who’ve used the tragic fires in and around L.A. to loot evacuated homes.

More than 40 people have been arrested for looting.

It is despicable to consider that this tragedy, where at least 24 people have died and at least 16 people are still missing to date, has been viewed as an opportunity by criminals.

It is yet another example of the reality that our nation’s most enduring need is repentance. May God grace our nation with a move of repentance that sweeps from coast to coast.
