After losing its attempt to defend an insidious state law prohibiting officials from informing parents about their children’s dysphoria, the state of CA has been ordered to pay $4.5 million in fees to the parents and teachers who's constitutional freedoms were trampled upon by the Golden State’s government.
The law specifically put school officials, teachers, and administrators in a wedge position between parents and their own children. It was government compelled mean-girling, forcing them to keep secrets from the children’s parents concerning identity and sexuality.
CA taxpayers will now have to pony up for their government’s parental and constitutional hostility.
