A NY jury found Psychologist Kenneth Einhorn and Surgeon, Dr. Simon Chin, liable for malpractice after they supported and performed breast removal surgery on a 16-year-old girl. The girl, Fox Varian, now 22 years old, no longer identifies as transgender and is described as a destransitioner.
The medical “professionals” admitted during the trial that they didn’t know the little girl expressed confusion about her sex and that the psychologist and surgeon never actually had a conversation about her before the surgeon removed her breasts.
The jury awarded the young lady $1.6 million for pain and suffering and another $400,000 for future medical expenses.
