Introduction of Guests and Initial Discussion on Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's Controversial Tweet
Brandon Gill: One of the people that I got to meet not long after getting elected was somebody by the name of fellow Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. One night we were having late votes on the House Budget Committee, which I serve on, and she was really angry at me. And she was angry because I, I might have tweeted that America would be better off if she were deported. This is a true story. And she kind of gets in my face and she starts cursing at me and she's really angry and it's unbelievably vulgar. And the whole time I'm standing there and all I could think of was, man, do you kiss your brother with that mouth?
Sandy Rios: That's, Congressman Brandon Gill from Texas, the great state of Texas. You know, he is just so good. I, I would not doubt that Brandon, if he lives long enough because he's such a young man, might be the President of the United States sometimes, sometime. Because he's got so much courage and so much smarts. He's just a, But isn't that funny? I thought that was funny. Anyway, we're going to be talking about Ilhan Omar today, about the raid on her home, and about, you know, what, what's the, what are the charges? The suspicions, and a lot of other things regarding Ilhana More Omar today on Sandy Rios 24 7. Well, we have a new press secretary.
Introduction of New Press Secretary Katie Zacharias and Her Personal Story of Being Saved from Abortion
Her name is Katy Zacharias. She is a beautiful girl, an amazing, she's got her a lot of graces. You, you know, like the uber talented, uber achiever overachievers. It's wonderful. But what you might not know about Katy because she made her first debut, just this week and I'm talking to you on October, 13th, as I speak. She just had her first press conference. But this is something you might not know about Katy Zacharias. She was almost aborted 30 minutes before her scheduled abortion appointment for her 19 year old biological mother received a call from a Christian counselor urging her to place Katy for adoption instead. Guess what? She lived. And she's now the new White House press secretary. Is that not an incredible story? Is a great verse from Jeremiah. Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. And that applies to all of us.
The Sanctity of Life and the Mission of Preborn to Support Pregnant Mothers Through Ultrasounds
And that is why life is sacred. We have no idea what those babies inside of us are going to be when they grow up. And that's the thing we want to communicate to moms who are carrying babies that they're actually maybe thinking about aborting. It's just so hard for me to understand and yet it's epidemic in this country. And so like preborn, this Christian friend or counselor just begged them to do the right thing and they did it. That young mom at 19 did the right thing. And now we have Katy. That's what we're trying to do through preborn. We're trying to show these young moms m and sometimes not so young, maybe, pictures, photos in utero of their little babies. And once they see them, they, they generally speaking, don't choose to abort. It is a miracle in itself. I believe it's God's way of persuasion, the best. One at a time, one woman at a time persuading them to God's opinion on this, that life is, is sacred. If you would like to help preborn, it's $28 for one ultrasound. $28 is it? Or you can of course give more money than that. But that's just that just gives you an idea of the scope here. And if you would like to give, go to preborn.com sandy that's preborn.com sandy. Well, okay. We're going to give you all kinds of election news and updates and I think you'll want to hear them on today's edition of Sandy Rios, 247 from American Family Radio.
The Importance of Genuineness and Seeking God's Justice Over Social Justice in Public Discourse
Sandy Rios. We are not called to be nice. We are often called to be confrontational.
Speaker C: And here with me in D.C. is Fox News contributor Sandy Rios.
Sandy Rios: I think the most important thing we need to demonstrate to our children is genuineness, that we actually believe what we say we believe. A longtime Fox News contributor, Sandy Rios. Thanks very much for being with us.
Sandy Rios: Seek justice. Not social justice, but God's justice. What's right. Sandy Rios is with the American Family Association. A pro life radio talk show host.
Sandy Rios: We've got to say this is the line. Life is sacred. Director of Governmental affairs for the American Family Association.
Federal Search Warrant on Ilhan Omar's Home Amidst Allegations of Immigration Fraud and Political Targeting
Step up, speak up. Say something, do something.
Speaker E: A, surprise federal search at the Washington D.C. home of Minnesota progressive Democrat Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. Homeland Security agents carried out a court approved warrant early today. President Trump reacting. I understand they're looking at it very carefully.
Speaker F: I've always found them to be totally crooked personally, but that has nothing to do with me.
Speaker E: The Department of Justice said today's search warrant is part of an ongoing federal criminal investigation. A source familiar with that probe tells NBC News it includes alleged immigration fraud and involves whistleblowers, documents and witness testimony in a years long investigation. Omar is a Somali born Muslim who became a U.S. citizen at 17. Omar responded, I'm okay. Make no mistake, this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. Specifics in the search warrant remain under seal.
Speaker F: How about Ilhan Omar? She comes from Somalia.
Speaker E: campaigning in Tennessee Saturday, the president suggested action could be coming J.D.
Speaker F: vance, and our people are looking at it very strongly.
Speaker E: In March, Vance made this accusation. We actually think that Ilion Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America.
Speaker E: Omar's office said today the congresswoman has done nothing wrong.
Sandy Rios: Of course she hasn't. This is all in racism, and it's targeting by President Trump, who hates her because her policies. Ah, she rejects his policies. That's what we're supposed to believe. That was a report by NBC. And of course, they have a bias, and I have one too, by the way.
Discussion with Former FBI Agent Bruce on Homeland Security's Unusual Involvement in Ilhan Omar's Investigation
So, I've asked Bruce to join me this morning. Hello, sweetheart. Thank you for joining.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Good morning.
Sandy Rios: Bruce, if you don't know if you're just new to the show, is a former FBI agent and also former prosecutor in Cook county, which is Chicago, Illinois. And, when we talk about these things, he really has so much knowledge, and I want him to be with me when we talk about this. Now, Bruce, let me just ask you. They did this early morning raid, 6:00 clock in the morning, but this is not, FBI. This is Homeland Security.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Right, Right.
Sandy Rios: Which is really unusual, isn't it, for. For a congressman?
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): It is. Normally the FBI would be handling something like this, but because it appears to be that the allegations are going to involve immigration fraud, that's why Homeland Security is looking at it. in fact, it looks like. And we don't know yet. We don't know yet, but it looks like this is headed down the road of Ilhan Omar has never legally gained citizenship in the United States. She, allegedly got here, as a child, in other words, under 18, when her father immigrated to the United States. But there's a big question now as to whether her father ever really got naturalized as a citizen in the United States.
Sandy Rios: So. Him too?
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Yeah. There's no paperwork been produced showing that her father actually, was made a citizen of the United States. And her way of coming to the United States was that she was a minor child of his and therefore she qualified. that has been called into question as to whether or not either of them has been naturalized.
Examining Ilhan Omar's Background and the Allegations of Immigration Fraud Related to Her Father's Citizenship
And so this search, I'm not sure exactly what they were looking for, but, it's interesting to see that whenever you look at Ilhan Omar is kind of an enigma. Anything you ever hear about her usually comes just from her campaign. And they state it like it's facts. This is when she came to the country. This is when she was naturalized. This is what she's done for a living. This is what her net worth is. And she is like, a no go zone for people in Minnesota.
Sandy Rios: What do you mean, she is like a.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Well, it seems like none of her accusations or none of her, statements of fact are ever challenged by anyone.
Speaker C: Right.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): we're just supposed to accept them as fact. And if you dare. If you dare to question anything she says, then she labels you a racist. And, you know, up in Minnesota, people love to say, we're Minnesota nice. And that's a great way to get people that are Minnesota nice to back off of you.
Sandy Rios: Yeah, like, it's nice. It's not nice to talk about that.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Right.
Sandy Rios: You know, we'll respect her or whatever their, justification.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): And, you know, the thing that Ilhan loves to hide behind is that she's, quote, unquote, a refugee. You know, I think that term has really been bastardized in our. In our society. Refugee. Used to be you were fleeing from something that, was oppressing you and you had no fault in, Ilhan, Omar's father was a colonel in the Somali army, and he was involved in a coup d' etat where they removed the president of Somalia and the party that he was affiliated with, led by a man named President Barre, was in power for several years. And then they were oppressing people. They were aligned with the Soviet Union. They were receiving support from them. And this regime that her father was a part of, was a high military officer in, was nothing, but brutal. And finally, enough tribes in the region that had been oppressed by this president rose up and started a Somali civil war. And that's when her father came. Well, actually, they went into a refugee camp, in the Middle east for four years. Then they came to the United States. But what I'm trying to get at is that Ilhan Omar makes it sound like she was just an innocent person and she was a child. She was a child. I'll give her that. But her father was not innocent. And why, he got citizenship here, I'm not really sure.
Sandy Rios: Because we're not sure he did. Right.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Well, that's true.
Sandy Rios: That's what you're saying.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Why he even got admitted to this country, I should say, is a mystery to me. And especially if he was granted citizenship.
Sandy Rios: Do you know what year they was it 2000, when she.
Questions Surrounding Ilhan Omar's Citizenship: Birth Year Discrepancies and Naturalization Process
I'm trying to find that number, she was born, ah, in Somalia, became a naturalized American citizen in 2000. So 2000 would be the Bush era.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): So a thumbnail history of Ilhan Omar's, ah, journey to the United States is that after the civil war broke out in Somalia, she and her family went to a refugee camp in Kenya, and they stayed there for four years. and in 1995, when she was supposedly 12 years old, that's when her family came to the United States. And allegedly in 2000, when she was 17 years old, according to her, her father was granted US citizenship. Naturalization. And as a minor child, she, was bootstrapped along as a naturalized citizen. However, there's two issues at hand here. One is whether or not, as we said, her father ever was actually naturalized. The other one is whether she was actually 17 years old at the time her father was. If he was naturalized. some of the records indicate she was 18 years old at the time her father was allegedly naturalized. And if she was 18, she's considered an adult. And she cannot ride in on the bootstraps of her father. She would have to be naturalized on her own. And as far as I can tell, there's really no paperwork that's been produced showing that she naturalized as an adult.
Sandy Rios: So, Bruce, let's. I've got a clip here. It's Liz Collins, and she's talking to Benny Johnson. I'm not sure Benny's voice will be heard here, but they're discussing this and she's been researching this a lot. So let's. Let's hear this discussion. This would be 13, but it very
Speaker C: much appears, Betty, that Ilhan Omar changed her birth year. And this is a story we've been tackling for, quite some time at Alpha News as well. So why would that be? So months ago, I, interviewed a former congressional candidate. she acted as kind of a whistleblower in all of this. AJ Kiern is her name. She went into great detail how Omar has repeatedly claimed, and you'll see this in stories back in the day that she became a citizen at the age of 17. But based on public records, Omar was actually 18 in the year 2000 when her father became eligible to apply for citizenship. So Omar would not have been a minor, when her father applied to be a citizen. So you have Representative Omar changing her birth year. And again, this is all online, on certain records, you actually see it. There's a video that goes out exposing all of this. Two days later, her congressional staff contacted the, Minnesota Legislative Reference Library. This is back in 2019, to change the congresswoman's date of birth from October 4, 1981 to October 4, 1982. And we've reviewed those screenshots and records as well. And again, these are things that you can obtain, online. And again, just two days after that, social media video. Benny, the question of, is she even, is she even a US Citizen? If she's, if she's saying that all along she obtained her citizenship, as a minor, that's, how she was telling her own citizenship story. But if she's 18 at the time, she would not have been eligible because she would have been an adult, at that time and would not have been able to attain U.S. citizenship under her father. I think this is an even bigger, issue as well, and I think some people are starting to kind of go there. but we did a three part documentary, I'll put that on my, on my X page as well.
Legal Implications of Ilhan Omar's Birth Date and Citizenship Status in the United States
It's three different parts that really, that did, I think a really good job hearing from people kind of from all walks of life that have done this work. This was really an independent media collaboration, back in 2019. And they go through all the evidence, the social media posts, the documentation, and you can see it all there, for yourself.
Sandy Rios: So that's Liz Collins, in case you'd like to like to do that. Liz Collins. And so, Bruce, do you, let's talk about this for a second. Let's flesh this out. Now maybe I'm throwing this at you. You're not exactly an expert in immigration law. I mean, you're an attorney, but that doesn't mean you know every area of the law. So I don't want to take for granted this question, but can you flesh that out? Why is this now? She just said it. But let's talk again. Why does this, why does her birth date matter so much?
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Well, the birthday matters because it matters whether or not she was actually considered an adult. In other words, that she was 18 years old or was she 17 years old when her father allegedly gained citizenship? Once you reach 18, you're considered an adult. And you, if you want to become a naturalized citizen of the United States, you have to submit your own application. You cannot come as a child if your parents are given naturalization.
Challenges in Verifying Birth Records from Somalia and the Historical Context of Ilhan Omar's Father's Regime
So it's really a big deal here because one way or another, whether her father was ever naturalized and if she was 17, that's in question. And even if her father was naturalized, whether or not Omar was 18 at the time her father was naturalized. In other words, the birth date really matters. And it's amazing to me how you just heard this news report that all of a sudden, Omar's birth date is changed online. And I will tell you that in countries like Somalia, the birth records of people are often very difficult to obtain. So it's easy to lie about when you were born or when you were allegedly born. You can kind of, make it up as it goes. And, it sounds like that's what she may have done.
Sandy Rios: You know, Bruce, I heard a long time ago and, way back, that her. Her father was, yes, a colonel, but the regime he was serving serving was actually a communist regime. You know, they don't say that now. but, anyway, that's part of what I have been told. Yes, that needs to be verified.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): They were definitely. That regime was definitely an alliance with the Soviet Union.
Sandy Rios: Okay.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): And Russia was propping up the regime that her father was a colonel in. And, and that's why, That's why they were. They were oppressing, neighboring tribes, trying to bring them under their control as a socialist country, a communist country.
The Somali Civil War, Refugee Status, and Allegations of Ilhan Omar Marrying Her Brother for Citizenship
And that's why eventually these tribes revolted and started a civil war in Somalia. And that's when the Ilhan Omar family fled to Kenya.
Speaker E: Yeah.
Sandy Rios: Okay, so there's, one more thing. I want to play this second clip with Liz Collins, because I honestly, I'm not sure what she says, and it may be something we've already to discuss, so just indulge me. but there's another reason why she may be under investigation, and we'll talk about that in just a second. But this is clip 13a again, a discussion between Benny Johnson and Liz Collins, and, just a further discussion on her citizenship. Here we go.
Speaker C: Yeah. AJ Kiern, in that interview, talks about that, how she sort of went on this. This quest to make sure she had everything kind of all buttoned up before going public with this. And in fact, she put in a records request to find out as much as she could about the citizenship of Ilhan's, father. And I, think it came back from the, you know, the office. This was a DC Address that she sent everything to and received it back. It took some time, I want to say almost a year. She waited for those records to basically corroborate, what she suspected all along, because I think it was pretty telling that she suspected all of this, kind of went public with it. And again, it's hard because something like this would have went viral Nowadays, but take, take back to 2019, that was not the case with social media. But you, you know, puts this online and I think it received very few views back then back in 2019. And then you have 48 hours, you can see for yourself that you know, the screenshots on the way back machine, that show how her birth date was changing in real time on these websites. And I think that that is pretty, pretty telling as well. Sort of like, you know, the truth was, was catching up to her. Well, and this is what AJ Kiern talks about. She thinks that this is, you know, this, this bombshell. I mean we have a member of Congress that potentially is not a U.S. citizen. And she's thinking, well you know, this is, this is going to be a huge story. So imagine her shock when this is really all. But I, back then. And so that's why, you know, just even hearing Mark Wayne Wolin basically say he married her brother. Yeah, I mean I think that that was something that, that so many had had been doing that, the legwork here in Minnesota to. But I also believe back then that case was presented to the Hennepin County Attorney's office, from what I recall. And you know, no charges were ever filed against her or anything along those lines, you know, in a very blue city of Minneapolis, of course.
Sandy Rios: Okay, another again, Liz Collins and I would recommend, if you want to know more about this, she had referred to her, her ex account and she has like a three part series on that. I don't think it's very long, but it just has great information. Again, it's Liz Collins. I'm sure her, her Twitter handle will be something with her name. So.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Well, you know, Sandy, think about this Hennepin county, that's Minneapolis is enclosed in there. And think back to the ICE raids that were going on in Minneapolis and how Hennepin county refused to allow, in the city of Minneapolis refused to allow police officers to assist ice. they went after ICE officers actually, trying to indict them locally. And that's because one of the reasons is the Somali community now has a stranglehold on politics up in Minneapolis. They're a large enough group that they can really, if they vote as a block with or against you, they determine whether or not you get into office. And my understanding in talking to people from up there is that the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the major newspaper up there several years ago started looking into the Somali connections, Ilhan Omar and basically they were intimidated out of publishing what they had discovered, that was derogatory towards that community. and it just shows you. I mean, when you talk about. Well, these charges of whether Ilhan had committed fraud were, submitted to the Hennepin County Prosecutor's Office. That's a joke. they are completely subservient to the Somali community up there. Ilhan Omar's office in Minneapolis is approximately a block from one of the largest scammers that's been uncovered in these fraud investigations into what's going on up in Minneapolis. Whether, there are just storefronts posing as healthcare, daycare, all these things. It's right down the street from her. and, you know, I'm going to go off on a tangent here, but I find it interesting that Homeland Security only searched the residents in Washington D.C. of Ilhan Omar. and my curiosity goes to. Normally, if you're going to do something like this, if there are multiple locations, you're looking for evidence, you hit them all at once. And my natural inclination is, well, we should have looked at the Minneapolis home and office of Ilhan Omar. And that wasn't done.
The Concentration of Somali Community in Minneapolis and Allegations of Political Influence and Media Intimidation
And I'm going to go on a theory here, but I'm wondering if the judiciary up in Minneapolis, in that area, isn't so pro Somali that they refused to give Homeland Security a search warrant for those locations. Now, I have nothing to prove that, but I do think it merits being looked into whether or not, they were allowed or if they sought, and if they did seek a search warrant, whether it was denied by the judiciary up there in Minnesota.
Sandy Rios: You know, Bruce, I think it would do, a little good here to just remind people the reason that the Somalis are so concentrated in Minneapolis is, because of a. Well, a person named Barack Obama. you will recall that one of his first speech after becoming president was a message to the Muslim community. I think he did it overseas in one of the Islamic, countries. I can't remember which one. And then he went on a campaign to bring in tons of Muslims into this country. And they planted them in red states, Texas being one of them, Minnesota, I think, at the time even. And, they planted tons of them in Nashville, Tennessee and other areas of the country that I can't recall. But this was intentional. And we are seeing. We are seeing reaping the results of what has happened because Somalia is such a corrupt country with a corrupt system. And, so they're just. They've just brought into our country their corruption.
Comparing Ilhan Omar's Background to Barack Obama's and Critiques of Community Organizing
But I want to go back to Ilhan.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Well, just real quick, I think it's really interesting to look at the history of Ilhan Omar. She reminds me often Barack Obama. There are serious questions in my mind still and on many people as to whether or not Barack Obama was born in the United States and whether he was eligible to be president. Same as, Ilhan Omar. Is she a naturalized US Citizen? You have to be one in order to serve in the US House of Representatives. There's also, you know, you look at their history. Barack Obama was a quote, unquote, community organizer. You know, that really, to me means they were taking money to stir people up. And, it's strictly to get people to vote a certain way.
Sandy Rios: Plus is a buzzword. It's a thing in the communist system now. That's what they do. They use that. Community organizing is that buzzword, which is not much of a secret anymore, to organize people, not to just, gee, folks, you should get out and vote. It's to organize them, to their platform, which is just horrendous.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Yeah. And if you look at Ilhan Omar's history, she's had jobs. That's basically the job she's had is like, through, the University of Minnesota, which is very liberal.
Financial Disclosures, Marriage History, and Perceived Arrogance of Ilhan Omar
She's had positions basically in nutrition. She was a nutrition educator. She also organized women, helping women or something like that. But it's always with money from the government to, run these projects. And you know, one of the things that's really skipped, under the radar here lately is the financial disclosure, that Ms. Ohan, Ilhan Omar filed, as a government employee.
Sandy Rios: Misses A couple times.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Yeah. She's married to.
Sandy Rios: We're not sure, her brother.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Three times now.
Sandy Rios: We're gonna talk about that in a minute.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Yeah. And, as a government employee, I was forced or not forced. I was required to file a financial disclosure. And in that I had to reveal my income, your income, our assets, all those things. And Ilhan Omar is married for the third time to a man named Tim Minette, who converted to Islam right before he married, Ilhan. And on their original disclosure, they said we have assets between $6 million and $30 million. Now, if you look at Ilhan's original filing, when she first came into Congress, she said she had a negative net worth. In other words, she had more debt than asset. Now she's, disclosing that she has assets worth. And I don't know how you have such a range, but she said 6 million to $30 million. Well, James Comer, who heads the House Oversight Committee, was, curious when he saw that filing. And one of the assets that was listed, the main asset that was listed in her disclosure was a winery in California that her husband had an interest in. And Comer asked for the financial disclosures on that winery. And two months later that winery was closed. And no financial disclosure was ever given to him. And subsequent to that, Ilhan revised her, financial disclosure to say she was only worth $1 million or less than that. So, you know, these are the things that are floating out there. She keeps saying I, you know, this is just a witch hunt. This is, she loves to use the term racism. she throws that around like, like water. I mean, she just, you know, every time she gets approached about anything, it's racism.
Sandy Rios: Yeah, she is very crafty. No question about it. She went to the school of, what, what school they all go to, which is the school of lying. And you know, but she's very arrogant. She's very, very unlikable. I love that Brandon Gill clip that we played at the beginning.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Yeah.
Sandy Rios: Do you kiss your, brother with that?
Detailed Examination of Allegations Surrounding Ilhan Omar's Marriage to Her Brother and Citizenship Status
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): And we should broach that topic because.
Sandy Rios: Yes, let's do. All right, let me just set it up a little bit because I wanted to do that. Here's the thing. The claim is that Ilhan Omar married her brother, Ned Noor, said Elmi, to facilitate, him becoming a citizen. So she was, she was married to him I think two years. And then she left him for another, another guy who was also Pakistani. They had like three children. And now she's married to Tim Mynette. Tim was a staffer, worked on her campaign. And he's got a. Yeah, as you said, he converted. Okay, so what do we know about him, her being married to her brother Bruce?
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Well, her brother, who's allegedly a homosexual, needed to, he wanted U.S. citizenship. And the, the theory is. And this is what, another thing that's being pursued by Homeland Security is that the way he gained naturalization to the United States? Was he married Ilhan Omar, who is his sister. And of course that's not allowed under US Law. That is not a way to gain citizenship is by inter family marriage.
Sandy Rios: I think it's illegal to marry. Yeah, yeah, it's illegal to marry a relative. Second cousin.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): I looked at a, comparison photograph of Ilhan and of her brother side by side. And I'll tell you what, they look very, very similar. Now she will deny to her death that he Is her brother and that he. And that she married him for that reason. But, And I think that's part of what's going on here is that's. That's being continued to be investigated. He now, has. Her brother has now left the United States, and he's in Great Britain. I don't know if that's for convenience or whatever, but he's not available, I don't think, to be looked at. But I, would challenge you to look at their photographs side by side and tell me that's not her brother.
Sandy Rios: Okay, so in terms of the charges, then, Bruce, it sounds to me like the most serious one is that she might have been a minor when she came in under the umbrella of her father's. Now we're not sure of citizenship and. And lied about that date. Changed the date so that she would be 18 or 17. And so she was 18. That means she had to get her own citizenship, which means she would not be a citizen, which means she would be expelled from this country and certainly expelled from Congress. If the people there have the, you know, to. To do what's right.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Yeah, that's lawful. That appears to be. What's on the line is that, if she's found not to be a citizen, you cannot serve in the House of Representatives. Now, would she be deported? I don't know.
The Legal Consequences of Ilhan Omar's Potential Lack of Citizenship and the Republican Candidate John Nagel's Campaign
That would be. Or denaturalized if she, quote, unquote, has been naturalized illegally? I don't know. Those are big steps. But at the very least, I think Congress needs to look at this investigation. And if she got here, illegally, they need to expel her from Congress.
Sandy Rios: Now, let me tell you something really ironic, Bruce. There was. They had their primary just a couple of weeks ago in Minnesota. And of course, Omar is the Democratic candidate because the congressman have to run every two years. But there is a Republican candidate. His name is Jon Nagel. And guess what? He did. He used to be a policeman. Oh, state trooper. Thirty years as a state trooper in Minneapolis. And he kind of introduces himself, in a short video I'm going to play. And you can hear who Jon Nagle is because, well, listen, she might have to withdraw. I don't know what's going to happen. But this is her opponent, Her Republican opponent, Jon Nagel.
Speaker F: Clip 10 well, first off, I'm humbled. I think the people of Minnesota have been lied to. They've had their money stolen. they want to see somebody that's going to come in and fix things. They're tired of being Told the same old things and everything that I've said, going all the way back to when Walls was going to be vice president and running, people now know about that. Minnesotans for the longest time were in the dark because of the media not covering so many things and things have gotten so bad and people like Fox News yourself have come out and the other media outlets have been forced into starting to look at things. So we have a really big, huge advantage in that. I'm from Minnesota, born and raised here. I'm not a Washington plant. And because I was a State Trooper for 30 years, there are a lot of people that know me from, you know, a bunch of different things, whether it's teaching defensive driving, whether it's, you know, all the schools that I went to. I mean the, the area that I'm running in, I went to so many of these schools and I mean I was like officer safety guy and I taught defensive driving. So there are a lot of people that, that have just, they know me and they understand I'm not a politician. They understand that I'm not doing this because I want to go to Washington. It's a double edged sword. I want to go to Washington so I can bring industry, money, business back to Minnesota. We are losing jobs. We are. School system is so bad that no one's going to want to bring their kids here, even if we do have industry here. and people are just fed up. They want normalcy, which is what I want. I'm doing this because I've got a family. I'm doing this because I got a, you know, I got a brand new granddaughter and I'm not going to leave what we currently have in Minnesota, which is a mess, to people that really are just self serving.
Sandy Rios: Doesn't he sound good? Sounds like a great candidate. He also goes on to say that there are a lot of Somalis coming out of the woodwork to say that they, they will not support Ilhan because they've been bullied and mistreated and some of them don't like what she does. And he says, he makes the statement, he said, look, I, I will support any Somali in this, in my area that wants to be an American and supports our ways, you know, that absolutely will represent all, all people. so he's just a good, solid guy. But I don't know, Bruce, I don't know how much of the vote is Somali, for heaven's sake. If, if, regular Minnesotans would get out and vote, he probably could Win.
The Somali Vote Bloc in Minnesota Politics and Criticisms of Local and State Leadership
But will they? That's the issue.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Well, that's the thing. And I applaud Mr. Nagle. I, I really hope he does well, but I have to admit I don't think he will when he says they want, they want to fix things. Believe me, there are huge numbers of people living in Minnesota that are Somali that do not want to, quote, unquote, fix things. They want things to be left just the way they are and to be left alone. you know, you look at the, at the politicians up in Minnesota. Start with Governor Waltz, Senator Amy Klobuchar, Mayor, Jacob Fry of Minneapolis. Don't tell me that these people don't know what's going on up there. if they don't know they should be removed from office for negligence. If they do know they should be removed from office for fraud. you know, everybody's acting like they had no idea that any of this Somali fraud was going on. And in fact, some of them, and I think Jacob Fry has basically said, look, it's not that big a deal. Even if it's going on, it's not that big a deal. He said that you can't have leadership like that and expect that things are going to change. I wish, if anything, Jon Nagel, maybe he can expose, some more of this, the shenanigans that are going on up there. But as far as his chances of winning, as we've already said, the Somalis vote as a block and they are a huge, hammer up in Minnesota politics. If you don't go with them, they can, they can knock you out. So that's the problem we have here.
Concluding Remarks on Sandy Rios 24/7 and Promoting Preborn Charity
This is Sandy Rios, 24 7, on American Family Radio.
The Impact of Planned Parenthood and the Life-Saving Work of Preborn Through Ultrasounds
Sandy Rios: Abortions performed by Planned Parenthood were among the top leading causes of death in America, revealing the terrifying truth of the left's anti life agenda. According to Planned Parenthood's 202223 annual report, Abortions performed by the organization accounted for the top four leading causes of death. Think about that. Paid for by our tax dollars. And honestly, this freight train is going down the track so fast and so powerfully. It's really hard. It's going to be hard for us to stop this. And I think one of the best ways I've said before, I'll say again, is preborn. Preborn who was not part of the government, not part of the public debate or campaigns, but an organization that's simply providing ultrasounds for moms who are pregnant and doubting whether they should carry the baby to allow them to see their baby through ultrasound. It's an amazing process, and it actually works. when the moms see their babies, I think it doubles the chance that they will not take the life of their baby. You know, you can't beat those odds. If you'd like to help, $28 pays for one ultrasound, just one. And you can send however much you can afford. Go to preborn.com sandy that's preborn.com sandy.

Revisiting the Ilhan Omar Tweet Incident and Injecting Humor into Serious Discussions
Pastor Jeff Schreve: One of the people that I got to meet not long after getting elected was somebody by the name of fellow Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. One night, we were having late votes on the House Budget Committee, which I serve on, and she was really angry at me. And she was angry because I. I might have tweeted that America would be better off if she were deported. This is a true story. And she kind of gets in my face and. And she starts cursing at me, and she's really angry, and it's unbelievably vulgar. And the whole time I'm just standing there, and all I could think of was, man, do you kiss your brother with that mouth?
Sandy Rios: I couldn't resist. I couldn't resist. I thought you needed to listen to that again. All right, well, that's funny. We have to have some fun along the way, don't we?
President Trump's Efforts to Reverse National Decline and Address High Gas and Diesel Prices
but it's really tragic and terrible what's been happening to our country. We're trying to reverse that. You know, President Trump is pouring his heart out and his life really, into reversing the decline of our country. He's thinking of everything. I wish you only knew all the things he's doing. I can't even. And every day I get these things in my box or I have meetings. He's just making incredible strides, with his. He's got the best cabinet. They're just working day and night to try to fix everything. And of course, on the. On the oil and gas issue, they're. They're all over that on diesel and all of that. they're doing everything they can. They're pulling out all the stops. And I just think people need to remember those of you in Minnesota, another country, other places where, especially the blue states, where the. The governance of your state is making sure that you pay the highest possible prices for gasoline and diesel. You have to remember that it filters through the state, they add taxes, and they. They stop. They have not got the will to try to get that down for you because they don't want, the Republicans to win.
A Call to Action: The Critical Importance of Voting to Preserve the Nation and Make Informed Choices
It's as simple as that. So, but this is the thing. We are not helpless. We're not helpless. I don't believe it's too late. I just don't. And if I thought it was, I would tell you. It's just that if we could get each and every one of you listening to me and people in your churches and in your sphere to go to the polls and vote, for heaven's sake, vote. I mean, even if it's a person that you, don't like. I know a lot of people in, Texas don't like Ken Paxton. He's the Senate candidate down there for the Republicans and we talked a long time, we did a whole show on that. If you want to go back and look at some, what's being he's been accused of and all of that, it's a kind of a mess down there. But he's running against telo. We're going to be talking about James Talarico in a, in an upcoming podcast. But even if you don't like a candidate like Ken Paxton, he has done great things. He's accomplished so much. He is a hardliner, hard charging on, on immigration, illegal immigration and all of this. Ah, versus a man who's just really crazy. I think crazy is probably the word. We're going to talk about him being checked into a mental facility, in the last few weeks. But, if you cannot understand that, if you don't go out and vote because, you know, you don't like Ken Paxton, he's just, you know, not as good as you think he should be, or he's done this or that or X, Y or Z. I swear. You're going to, make Talarico, who is exponentially more complicated and dangerous to this country. You're going to make him win. He's going to win because you are too righteous, shall I say self righteous to make a choice that's based on the whole picture. I think sometimes Christians just don't see the whole world. They don't see the whole picture maybe because they're in the Christian silo and they don't understand. And I don't mean that as a slam. I'm just trying to encourage all of you. You've listened to me for a long time, most of you, and God has taken me out of the Christian silo in my life. I was raised in a Southern Baptist church and went to A Southern Baptist university. That's my background. And yet God just pulled me out of that. Not because it was bad, because he wanted me to see a broader picture so I could tell you and help you to understand that there's more to consider and there's a different way to look at things that is still certainly righteous. and so, I just beg you, I really do beg you to get out and vote on November 3rd. Get out and vote on November 3rd.
Encouragement to Vote and the 'Tiger' Nickname Origin Story for Sandy Rios
Contact all of your friends if you're not sure where they are. Just make a, respectful plea or suggestion. You know, get to know what's going on here and, pick. Pick one candidate if you want to, or whatever's happening in your state, and don't give up. Because really, I'm hearing some really optimistic things. we don't know what's going to happen. I know the press is reporting. I'm going to get into that in another broadcast podcast, too. Press is, you know, reporting everything. Just like the Republicans are doomed. They're going to lose the Senate, they're going to lose the House, and it might happen, but I don't think it's a given. I do not think it's a given, but it is a given if you don't vote. So if we get a bad result and you didn't bother to vote, you remember, every time we start sliding down a horrible path, it's a. It's because you didn't vote. It is because you refused to take up your duty, as a citizen. Seriously. You just thought it didn't matter. Ah, you were too righteous to vote for X, Y or Z. Look, I'm all for, godly candidates. That's not it. It's just that we. We don't live in a country now where people are. Are what they should be. We had more righteousness in our citizenship many years ago. And so we have to choose the best candidate and think big and think big about what's happening in the country. All right, I've said enough. But, honey, thank you so much for joining me today.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Thank you, Tiger. And let me, emphasize this will be a turnout election that is going to decide it, and the other side is coming out strong. So really, the ball is in our court. We can control this election if our people vote. But you need to get out there.
Sandy Rios: Okay? I think I heard you just call me Tiger. And I don't think they know why. And I don't want to tell this story now, but there is a reason why he said that. But usually not on radio.
The Story Behind the 'Tiger' Nickname and Sandy Rios's Powerful Debate Against Jocelyn Elders
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): Well, you're my little tiger.
Sandy Rios: Okay, quickly, quickly. Can you tell it quickly?
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): All right. The first time I ever saw Sandy in an appearance, I really didn't know what she did for a living. We were in D.C. and, we were both living in Washington, D.C. and we were supposed to go out one evening, and she said, I. I can't go out tonight. it was our first night, actually, to go out. I. I, have to be on tv, but here's where I'm going to be. Anyway, I tuned in, and she was, going against Jocelyn Elders, who had been the secretary of health under, Bill Clinton. And the secretary had admonished people to teach their children all about sex when they were, say, six years old, and had forwarded a book or had written a forward for a book advocating that. And so Ms. Elders talked, and she looked okay, but her words were crazy. And, then they went to Sandy, and she just dropped the hammer on Ms. Elders. And the first thing I thought to myself is, wow, this woman is a little tiger. And that's been 25 years almost, that I've known you, and I still call you Tiger.
Sandy Rios: And he still married me. Can you imagine what went through his head after one date? Okay, well, I wanted you to know because that was a little drop. And, you know, I'm sure you did not think about doing it, and I wanted people to know why you did that. It's really very.
Bruce (Sandy Rios' husband): All right, Tiger.
