Two years after invading and annexing the territory, Moscow is putting on a huge show of force in Crimea.

It is staging war games on land, air and sea in maneuvers called Kavkaz-2016—right on the border of Ukraine.

Russia is sending a clear message with these complex, large-scale drills.

They are ready and willing to take Ukraine.

Russia’s forces are more modern and better equipped than probably at any time since the end of the Cold War.

But you didn’t hear much about this in the mainstream media… did you?

Recent decisions concerning the 1st Amendment, 2nd Amendment, and the sanctity of the life were narrowly decided, sometimes by no more than one justice’s vote.

The Obama administration’s Commission on Civil Rights has released a report will become the playbook for legal persecution of Christians in America.

The report, entitled “Peaceful Coexistence: Reconciling Nondiscrimination Principles with Civil Liberties,” asserts that religious liberty and the free exercise of religion are cloaks used to conceal bigotry and racism.

And, “the phrases ‘religious liberty’ and ‘religious freedom’ remain code words for discrimination, intolerance, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, Christian supremacy or any form of intolerance.”

This report stands as the means to crush religious liberty going forward.

The nation’s strictest LGBTQ non-discrimination laws are set to come into effect in Massachusetts.

According to the “Gender Identity Guidance” released by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), churches must embrace transgender ideology or employ the Biblical teaching on human sexuality in secret—putting Christianity in the closet.

Just to remind everyone, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court was the first to legalize homosexual marriage back in 2003 and from there the issue swept over the entire country.

Any doubt Massachusetts’ non-discrimination law will sweep the nation too?

Senate Democrats blocked a bill that allocated $1.1 billion to fight the Zika virus.

Why you ask? It’s because Republicans refused to give more money to Planned Parenthood in the bill.

Democrats had been pushing to approve money to fight the virus, but balked when Planned Parenthood couldn’t get their grubby little hands on any of the money.

Once again, this shows that Democrats feign compassion, but when the rubber meets the rode they are rigid ideologues who have as one of their chief commitments, the slaughter of babies in the womb.

This also reminds us that Democrats seem to always fight for their objectives—even if it means shutting things down.

A U.S. inspector general has issued a 78-page audit in which Hillary Clinton is found to have violated the law, as well as State Department guidelines as it concerns her email.

Clinton used mobile devices to conduct official State Department business on her personal email account and private server. She never sought approval from senior information officers who would have refused the request because of security risks, the audit said.

This shows we have a presidential candidate who intentionally violated federal law or whose judgment is so bad she can’t recognize the danger of sending sensitive government information through a personal email account on a home server.

Abraham joined Tim Wildmon and Ed Vitagliano on Today's Issues yesterday. Among the guests, was Todd Starnes of Fox News and Commentary discussing the culture war in America.

The announcements were made concerning the presidential debate moderators.

First, Lester Holt of NBC News will moderate.  Then, ABC’s Martha Raddatz and CNN’s Anderson Cooper team up. The final debate will be moderated by Fox News’ Chris Wallace.

The first and third debates will be question-and-answer sessions on six separate topics chosen by the moderators and revealed a week in advance.

The second co-moderated debate will be town hall style with half of the questions posed by audience members.

Will the debates be Candy Crowley type ambush events or will the moderators stay neutral and leave it to the candidates to get voters’ support?

Anyway it shakes out, these debates could very well determine who will be our next president.

Not only did Hillary Clinton delete 30,000 emails, we now know she used Bleach Bit software to do it.

U.S. Congressman Trey Gowdy said Clinton scrubbed her email server so thoroughly “even God can’t read them.”

Andrew Ziem, creator of the BleachBit software, noted his program is an effective way to delete emails beyond recovery, short of the “physical destruction” of a server with “a hammer and a blow torch."

We also know that Clinton burned some of her daily detailed schedules during her time as Secretary of State.

Then stop and consider, a person acting with this level of secrecy and deceit now wants you to elect her as your next president.

“But Jesus called them to Him, saying, ‘Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God’. ” Luke 18:16 (ESV)

Police in Iraq stopped a little boy who had an explosive belt around his waist. The child claimed terrorists kidnapped him and forced him to become a suicide bomber. Thankfully, the police stopped him before it was too late.

This occurred two days after an adolescent suicide bomber blew himself up at a wedding party in Southeastern Turkey. At least 54 people were killed. President Erdogan said the boy bomber was between 12 and 14 years old.

Jesus said let the children come to me. Terrorists turn children into ornaments of Jihad.

There is objective evil in the world.

After trying for three years, The Associated Press finally got its hands on Hillary Clinton’s calendars from her time as secretary of state.

Clinton stonewalled the AP’s request for the calendars which required them to file a lawsuit to get them.

Now we know why she didn’t give them up voluntarily. The calendars show Clinton sold her State Department influence to the highest bidders with regularity.

85 of the 154 people who met or had private phone conversations with Clinton, while she led the State Department, donated to the Clinton Foundation or the Clinton Global Initiative.

We now know exactly how the Clintons went from “dead broke and in debt” in 2000 to filthy rich now.

A 20-year-old Muslim man was charged with two counts of aggravated malicious wounding after he attacked a couple in Virginia, leaving them seriously injured.

Witnesses said the assailant yelled “Allahu Akbar” as he stabbed the woman and attempted to behead the man with a knife.

ABC News reported the assailant traveled to Turkey in the last year and tried to sneak into Syria to meet with ISIS militants.

With all of this evidence available, the FBI is reportedly “still investigating whether the attack was terror-related.”

If this is the quality of “investigation” afforded by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, it may be time to give that agency another name.

The United States 4^th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled it is unlawful discrimination for schools to enact policies that restrict students to use restrooms reflecting their biological gender.

According to the courts, schools cannot require boys to use boys’ restrooms and girls to use girls’ restrooms.

The sexual deviancy agenda and its allies in U.S. courts clearly seek to wrap our children in their wicked social experiment.

First, it was heterosexual free love, then homosexual love and marriage. Now, it’s "transgenderism." What is the next stop on the sexual revolution train?

In 1954, Americans lived under constant threat of nuclear attack from the USSR.

When America’s children practiced “duck and cover” in classrooms across the country, President Eisenhower realized that our pledge had no distinction from any other republic.

After hearing a sermon on February 7th of that year, President Eisenhower signed a law adding the words “under God” to our pledge.

The president recognized the true source of unity – of indivisibility – is unwavering submission to the God of the Bible.

As we go about our day, let us all remember the only true source of national unity and indivisibility is submission to Almighty God.

Two ISIS knife-men stormed into a Catholic church in Normandy and forced the over 80-year-old priest to his knees. They recited some sort of sermon in Arabic and shouted “Allahu Akbar” as they beheaded the priest at the altar.

One of the assailants was already being monitored electronically by the French authorities because he twice tried to go to Syria to join ISIS.

His bail terms allowed him to be unsupervised between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The priest was killed between 9 and 11 a.m.

It was later revealed that the Catholic church was on a terrorist “hit list” found in the apartment of another ISIS terrorist in April 2015.

There is objective evil in the world.

“In God We Trust” originated in “The Star Spangled Banner.” The 4th verse says, “And this be our motto: ‘in God is our trust.’ ” On July 30, 1956, it was declared our national motto.

The challenge for us now as Americans is to live as though our trust is in God.

One way to trust in God is to make prayer a lifestyle.  A life without prayer is a tacit declaration of independence from God lived out daily.

As we celebrate the anniversary of our national motto, let us accompany our “In God We Trust” declaration with a lived out demonstration.

Day 2 of the DNC Convention the Democrats gave the stage to Cecile Richards, Lena Dunham, Bill Clinton, and the mother of Michael Brown.

For anyone keeping track, that’s one mass murderer—the Adolf Hitler of the amniotic sac, one woman who admitted to fondling her sister, one alleged serial abuser and rapist, and the mother of an attempted cop killer.

That was only day 2.

There is such a thing called moral bankruptcy. The DNC is so proud of it that they chose to advertise it on their convention stage.

The DNC Convention has started and WikiLeaks is releasing nearly 20,000 emails it has from DNC communications.

In one email, a DNC staffer derisively refers to Latino voters as “taco bowls.” This email rips the cover off of a party which has benefited from the media narrative that the Democrat Party is the one for minorities.

Kind of makes you wonder how they describe other groups of people behind closed doors?

Scripture teaches us that our words are an overflow of what is in our hearts.

Can you imagine the response if this were the Republican Party calling Hispanics “taco bowls?”

Of the 1.6 billion Muslims in the world, only a small percentage are understood to be active terrorists. But 10% of 1.6 billion leaves 160 million active jihadists.

According to Pew Research, the overwhelming majority of Muslims prefer Sharia law – 99% in Afghanistan, 91% in Iraq, 89% in Malaysia, 84% in Pakistan.

Other polls show as many as 51% of Muslims here in America prefer Sharia courts to the American constitutional law. But our president insists that Islam is the religion of peace.

Alinsky dedicated the book to Lucifer, who successfully employed his “rules” to inherit his own worldly kingdom.
