Laughing at the kitchen table, playing a silly game, shooting hoops, dancing in the living room, or letting your child teach you the rules to their favorite game. You don't need expensive activities or hours of free time. Follow their lead for just 10 minutes. Be silly. Put away your phone. Let yourself laugh. Play. Communicate something powerful. You are worth my time and I enjoy being with you. If your child could choose one thing they remember most about being with you, why do you want them to remember how much joy you shared together?
