But that didn’t stop Bernie Sanders from asking Russell Vought, President Trump’s nominee for Deputy Director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, whether he believed non-Christians would be condemned.

Because Vought believes the Bible’s teaching on eternal life, Bernie Sanders opposed his confirmation.

Kinda gives new meaning to “feel the Bern,” doesn’t it?

Following the terror attack on the London Bridge, Piers Morgan grilled London’s Muslim Mayor Sadiq Kahn on the “Good Morning Britain” television show.

Morgan queried the mayor concerning the whereabouts of 400 known Jihadis who returned to London after fighting for ISIS in Syria.

He couldn’t wrap his mind around the fact that British authorities were completely in the dark about known ISIS fighters who’d returned to London.

Hopefully, this is an indication that more progressives will awaken from the P.C. stupor.

Andrea Yearwood, a freshman who was born male, won the girls 100-meter and 200-meter dashes at the Connecticut high school Class M state championships.

Yearwood’s winning times were 12.66 in the 100 meter race and 26.08 seconds in the 200.

The last place time in the boys 100 and 200 meter finals were 11.73 seconds and 25.59 seconds respectively.

That means Yearwood’s times would have placed him dead last in the boys races.

Progression?  Or are we letting mediocre male athletes dominate female sports in the name of political correctness?

For just as the body is one and has many members and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For the body does not consist of one member but of many. 1 Corinthians 12:12, 14 (ESV)

Look briefly at one of your fingers. You’ve just witnessed one of the greatest displays of God’s creative intent there is. No other person in all the world, even an identical twin, shares your fingerprint.

God specifically designed each of us to be unique. That means we shouldn’t try to carbon copy anyone else in the Christian faith.

If God made you an arm in His body or a kneecap, praise be to our glorious God for drawing us to become a part of His body.

How freeing it is to realize that we were never meant to copy anyone – but Jesus.

Sometimes there’s a delay between crying out to God in prayer and seeing those prayers answered.

It is imperative for us in those times that we don’t waver in our confidence in our God.

The next verse goes on to say, “For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised.”  Hebrews 10:36 (ESV)

You see, the delay between supplication and delivered answer is one of the ways God develops endurance in us.

He desires that the roots of our faith grow down deep, that we become trees planted by rivers of living water … steadfast, immovable, always abounding in His work. In this we grow beyond superficial Christianity.

“And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together” Colossians 1:17 (ESV).

President Trump has announced “in order to fulfill his solemn duty to protect America and its citizens, the United States will withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord.”

This Obamanation was nothing more than a Marxist sprint to spread more of America’s wealth and jobs around the world under the guise of protecting the planet.

Withdrawing from the Accord saved American tax payers from shouldering a larger financial load than we already bear and saved countless millions of American jobs that would have been lost due to punitive regulations from globalist environmentalists.

The anti-freedom talking snake media continues to ride the Russia collusion narrative… or have they already blown it up unknowingly?

Relying on yet another anonymous source, reports are swirling about Jared Kushner’s attempt to establish back channel communications with Russia in December.

Despite the fact that back channel communications are used quite routinely, this is being used to further the “collusion” narrative.

But, if Jared is attempting to establish communication with Russia in December, after the Presidential election, that means the Trump campaign couldn’t have “colluded” in November, doesn’t it?

For those who fancy socialism, consider this: Russia used to be the USSR, the United Soviet Socialist Republic.

Does anyone doubt that the USSR was a communist nation with a communist government?

The phrase “democratic socialism” was introduced by Vladimir Lenin in 1919 to get the Russian people to embrace communism. He softened the description so people would embrace communism.

Socialism is always an intermediate stop on the road toward communism.

What you call something isn’t nearly as important as what it actually is.

“And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold” Matthew 24:12 (ESV).

A study by St. Mary’s University Twickenham London has found the UK’s nonreligious population is now bigger than its combined Christian one.

The study shows for every new convert to Christianity in the UK, 26 Christians abandon the faith.

This is what happens when macro evolutionary theory, moral relativism, post-modernism and secular humanism dominate a society.

We can expect no less in America unless we learn the lessons of Europe, repent and turn to God.  May the LORD revive the Great Commission in our nation.

Some of the most important words uttered in President Trump’s speech in Saudi Arabia were when he said “Religious leaders must make this absolutely clear… if you choose the path of terror, your life will be empty, your life will be brief, and your SOUL WILL BE CONDEMNED” (caps in original text).

Bold statement to make, especially in Saudi Arabia.

The question is, what do Muslim religious leaders think.  Is it the Manchester murderer or the Manchester martyr?

Jesus had just predicted that Peter would give his life for the Gospel, when Peter said, “What about John, LORD?”

Jesus responded, “What does he have to do with your calling? You follow me.”

With those words, Jesus hit a consistent flaw of the human condition.  We derive value and self-worth by comparing ourselves to other people.

Your ups, your downs, your failures, your victories were never meant to be compared to other people.

We have been called to serve an audience of One. The only approval you need is His.

Former FBI Director Robert Mueller has been appointed as Special Counsel by the Department of Justice to oversee the federal investigation into Russian interference with our election.

It is worth noting that Bill Clinton’s ultimate impeachment started with the appointment of “independent counsel” to investigate the Clintons’ financial chicanery the Whitewater Development Corporation.

All I’m saying is that this could end up far away from Russia with investigations into all sorts of things, perhaps illegal intelligence community leaks.

Be careful what you wish for.

But, she crossed the P.C. line during the pageant when she was asked whether healthcare was a privilege or a right.  Kara McCullough, Miss USA, clearly and unequivocally said that it was a privilege.

Predictably, the leftist keyboard warriors went bonkers.

Next thing you know Miss USA is on TV walking it back.

Independent thought is now criminal, punishable by societal condemnation.

There’s a bi-partisan effort underway in the Senate to overhaul Obamacare.    Republican Senators Bill Cassidy and Susan Collins are leading the way.  They refuse to consider the Swamp-Care bill passed in the House.

But, what happened to the 6 previous bills the House voted on to outright repeal the Obama-strosity?

It’s easy to deceive the American people when you know there’s no real chance at repeal because Obama is President

Albert McMahon Elementary School in Canada has banned Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.

In the letter announcing the cancellation the school explained celebrating moms and dads would be insensitive to “students in non-traditional families.”

So, to “celebrate diversity, inclusivity and to nurture those students” Mother’s Day and Father’s Day must go into the trash heap.

The end of this insanity is the complete destruction of the biological distinction and complementarity between men and women… to mar the Imago Dei.

The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments on President Trump’s temporary immigration suspension order.

During the argument Judge Paul Niemeyer questioned the ACLU lawyer.

Judge Niemeyer asked “if a different candidate had won the election and then issued this order” would it be constitutional?

After a bit of verbal squirming the ACLU lawyer admitted, “Yes, it would be constitutional.”

Evidence, that the issue is not the Constitution.  It’s Trump.  The political elite cannot allow a successful President Trump.  So, they must destroy him.

Democrat Congress members have introduced the “Therapeutic Fraud Prevention Act.”  It classifies any Biblical counseling or reparative therapy concerning sexual confusion as fraudulent and illegal.

If gender is fluid and sexuality exists on a spectrum, how could therapy that facilitates change be fraudulent?

If a person has unwanted same-sex attraction, can’t that change too?

I guess “fluid” only flows in one direction.

Did you know, if a Palestinian is convicted for terrorism in an Israeli court, the longer the terrorist stays in jail the more money their family receives from the Palestinian Authority.

Did you know, if the terrorist dies as a result of their attack against Israelis the terrorist’s family will receive annual payments from the PA greater than the average Palestinian annual salary?

Did you know the U.S. gives the Palestinian Authority over $300 million per year?  That means American tax payers provide this blood money.
