An important, yet underdressed, fact in the Biden classified documents scandal is that the Department of Justice entered into an agreement with Mr. Biden’s personal attorneys, dating back to November 2, 2022, concerning the search for and handling of the illegally possessed classified documents.
This executive collaboration helps to explain why the illegal possession of the documents, initially discovered prior to the 2022 midterm elections, was kept from the American People for nearly three months. They spent that time to develop and implement their coordinated PR rollout.
