Decision in Florist Case
A decision has been reached in the case of Baronelle Stutzman, a Christian florist who refused to do the floral arrangements for a homosexual wedding ceremony. According to a release put out by ADF, the group defending Stutzman: "The court’s decision affirms a lower-court ruling that requires Barronelle to pay the attorneys’ fees that the ACLU racked up in suing her. Often, in cases like this, the attorneys’ fees for each side are hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not more."
