"Hope for the Caregiver," with Peter Rosenberger, is a weekly broadcast strengthening fellow caregivers.
Peter reminds us that any life other than one wholly surrendered to Christ is death in disguise, putrid and stinking. Dying to our sin and ourselves is beginning to truly live in total transformation of everything that Christs offers to live new and fresh and clean.
Peter reminds us that there is a time and a place AND a purpose for sharing our stories. There are details of our lives that shouldn’t be laid out for the world. We must use discretion about how much of our lives we share. We then revisit his interview with author and scholar, Ethan Burroughs.
Peter talks about navigating the FOG – fear / obligation / guilt – while we remember our King seeks for us. We also hearken back to one of our best interviews of 2023 with Lt. Col. Oliver North.
Happy New Year! Peter brings us an update on Gracie and himself, gives us a demonstration for graceful confrontation, and asking better questions. He also issues each of us a challenge to “Learn Something new” this year, followed with a reminder that the battle is the Lord’s.
This episode from 2022 is timeless for any program, but we chose to air it for this last day of 2023 because the content is rich and full of wisdom for any and all who care for loved one’s in need.
Our Year-end Assessment

As Peter is away preforming his caregiving duties, we re-visit one of the best from 2022.
Holidays and caregiving are not always compatible but if we remember we are stewards and not obligated merry makers it can help.
Embrace new traditions, getting above the chaos with solitude and what that looks like are two things Peter identifies for us – it is not isolation.
And finally, a cautionary tale - “How much trauma is acceptable?”
Gratitude! Peter shares an article he wrote some time ago reflecting on gratitude and how it motivates our lives. We then join an interview from last year with his friend, aviator & caregiver, Frank Frazier.
Peter shares Gracie’s story and her music on the anniversary of the accident that forever altered both of their lives.
11/11/23 - H E L P M E! – 1/2/30 A Little formula for staying healthy (cont.)
The final portion of the formulas offered by Peter is the thrust of the program with some helps for practical and some theological applications.
HELP0ME - 1/2/30 A Little formula for staying health.
Peter offers listeners a formula to help us keep ourselves healthy because you aren’t healthy, you can’t serve your loved one as a caregiver very well.
