Caregiving is unpredictable – don’t make it worse.
Mary Tutterow is a caregiver and author with much to offer and she joins Peter for the program again to talk about The Path To Peace; five simple steps.
This week on Hope For The Caregiver Peter tell us to comfort with the same comfort that you have received – Scripture is our guide.
God is always there with His eyes WIDE OPEN to our pain that He allows, and He never flinches. Just like medical instruments in the hands of skilled doctors, experience can be a tool for weakening and strengthening in the capable hands of our loving God.

This week Peter says, “Have some fun; live your life!” Easier said than done sometimes but he has some hints for incorporating fun into your stressful situation.
Also, Safety First! Many caregivers find themselves fearful for themselves or family as they try to care for those with addictions and mental impairments, so making sure you are safe is very important.

Peter addresses our universal reaction to pain; all kinds of pain and how the believer in Christ can rest in Him and draw on Christ's unfailing, ineffable resources of grace, mercy and love.
Peter shares from his own experience how hard it can be to present ourselves as a sacrifice for those we care for.
Obedience that please God is always a believing obedience meaning, we know what God has said, we believed what He said and we act in obedience because of His love.
